In the middle of a nice suburban neighborhood near the airport. This works well to explore the Reno-Tahoe area. The décor is very 90s but works for a family. There are no amenities (pool or gym) but if you're looking to get away this is perfect place.
My husband needed a medical procedure so we wanted to stay somewhere where we could be on the ground floor and have a full kitchen as he’d be on bed rest for a few days. We selected Club Lakeridge and were happy we did. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, good size TV in the living room and a small TV in the master bedroom. The unit was exceptionally clean and it was well stocked. Pots, pans, dinnerware and silverware for 8, bowls, etc. There were plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper etc and a good start on both laundry and dishwasher soap. What made the unit stand out was the awesome service from Samona. As the complex is very small (one building 8 units) there isn’t always a manager on site, but she was always available via email, text or phone. Her customer service attitude was outstanding - we ran into an issue and needed to extend our stay and she helped take care of things. The price is reasonable and the location is great. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown and a short drive to Lake Tahoe. I gave it 4 stars not 5 as the outside of the unit could use some scraping and painting, and the tennis courts, swimming pool and gym are closed. But If you don’t care about that and want a clean equipped place to stay for less than a hotel, and want great service, I’d highly recommend it. …
Club Lakeridge is a perfect Reno vacation spot since it is so close to restaurants, shopping, and the casinos too. We were surprised how quickly we were able to drive to North Lake Tahoe from here. With the wonderful staff and the great facilities, we would definitely stay here again.
Great vacation, convenient to casinos, lake Tahoe, Virginia city,And Trukee California. We had a great time lots to see and do people were friendly! We would definitely come back here again for vacation
We visited for the Reno hot air balloon festival, and are very happy with our stay. Mary gives excellent customer service, sending us driving directions prior to arrival and preparing information and tips for attending the festival. We found nice extras upon arrival like laundry soap for the washer in the room. We called ahead and they were able to accommodate our request for a first floor room (definitely recommend if you have concerns about stairs). Location is very convenient for anything in Reno with many restaurants near by. Room is clean and spacious, beds comfortable. The only negative is that it is a little loud with external noise, bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
