Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The downstairs bar/bistro was great to have after traveling in, working, and trying to adjust to a 3 hour time change. I was able to order a good meal, have a drink while waiting, and then take it back to my room for peace and quiet. The lobby area also had a...

I had a problem with my room (fire alarm turned on for no reason) and the hotel team did all it could to make me comfortable while I waited for it to be fixed. The room furniture and decor is not modern but it has all the basics, including a mini Fridge. It's close to a lot of places -...

We stayed on the first floor and our room had a patio. Beautiful modern, spacious, renovated, clean room. AC was great and cooled the room efficiently. The staff was great and helpful by arranging taxi service for us. Free coffee in the lobby.

This courtyard had a clean and modern feel with attentive staff. The room and bathroom were clean and updated. Common area and sofa were also well kept while the room was filled with natural light. The room was quiet although near a main road and mall. Lots of dining options within a short walk.

Nicely appointed and helpful, courteous staff made my stay quite pleasant. This facility is located close to the freeway. Additionally it's in a mall area so access to restaurants, shopping, etc is an added benefit.

PROs - very helpful staff at check-in - plenty of options around for food CONs - a little out of the way to the airport or to the strip - elevator ding is especially loud, so be aware if your room is near the elevator

Hi 150hotelnightsayear, Thank you for taking the time to review our property! All of us here at the Courtyard Reno value your feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed your time here with us, but do apologize for the "dinging" coming from the elevator. That noise has since then been turned down for future guests. I never got a chance to actually stay overnight at this location, but the service I received was extraordinary. On the last night of our trip before heading home, my sister and I had reservations at this location. As we were exiting the freeway, someone rearended us, adding stress to an already stressful previous 2 days (we were just backed...

Hotel is average for Marriott chain hotels. The fixtures and decor in room are dated. The lobby looks modern with TVs, ambiance lighting and bright stylishly colored furniture. The hotel desk staff was friendly and accommodating. No free breakfast was offered at this location. Rather there is a cafe in the lobby, and unfortunately it has serious issues. On a...

I would recommend staying at the Hyatt Place instead of the Courtyard, if possible. The Marriott was OK, but was not as new, or as clean (this was my biggest issue). The prices for most days were comparable (the Courtyard probably is less expensive on average). Some of the furniture in the room was pretty worn, and in need of...

I was looking for a place downtown and was tired of the casino scene. I got lost driving there because my navigator took me to the Siena. The Courtyard is not yet part of the map.
