Hotel's Favorite
Atlantis is world-class for quality of service at every level and for excellence in safety and sanitation. We enjoyed fabulous food at Manhattan Deli and at the newest dining destination, Red Bloom. The new Atrium Bar is gorgeous with upscale cocktails. Concierge rooms feature luxury bedding and stunning views. We'll always return to Atlantis and highly recommend it to others for a wonderful time.

The spa suite tub is amazing- however, I was unimpressed by the rest of the room. There was a lot of remodeling going on in the rooms surrounding ours, so I'm guessing that these rooms are being upgraded. I would stay again just for the tub though. Nothing quite like sitting in a private spa watching TV before bed. We also ordered room service and that was a great experience.

I my wife and I love staying here we spend a lot of money and we have no room comps that unfortunately causes us to stay at other casino’s our preferred home away from home is Atlantis casino anything you can do to help us stay here will be greatly appreciate we currently have a room booked for April 30 2023 our 40 year anniversary our anniversary is April 28 again no comps we are forced to stay beginning of the week thank you so much John Soriano

Every time I come here I am pleased. It is always clean and the new rooms are amazing. I have stayed at other casinos in the area and they don’t compare to the Atlantis. My wife loves the spa and the indoor pool or perfect for our children.

Very friendly staff, including the airport shuttle drivers. It was chilly outside, so stayed inside the resort for 2 days and enjoyed the good size Casino and restaurants. Room was very relaxing and quiet. Bedding was of good quality and comfortable. My only gripe would be to separate the non-smoking casino area better from the smoking area and maybe put in glass partitions around the Manhattan Deli where the smoke was wafting in. The Manhattan Deli makes an awesome Ruben sandwich.

We spend the weekend at the Atlantis for a family get together. The Atlantis staff provided excellent service, the clean hotel and casino was clean and easy to navigate. The buffet had many food choices and good quality. The Atlantis is child friendly with the pool and fun center.

When I lived in Northern California, I went to Atlantis Casino and Spa at least once a year with my girlfriends for girls weekend. Since I’ve moved to Idaho five years ago, I’ve made it three time. It’s the best spa in the area and the concierge tower and the 25th floor is great. And lots of different restaurants to choose from. I love them all.

Took a large group of military folks out there. Christine Openshaw handled all of accommodations for our large group of 30 plus. We were so impressed with the support we received. Truly world class! Everything from transportation, recommendations to walkable food and even places to explore around Reno/Tahoe. Also, the actual casino was very clean and tasteful. A great experience and we will return.

I just returned from The Atlantis in Reno after a 4-5 day stay for the first two rounds of the NCAA Basketball tournament with two friends. The Sports Book at the Atlantis is one of the nicest I have ever been in & the staff is friendly & accommodating. We had an amazing hostess, Menchie Espiritu, who checked in on us daily & made sure we had everything we needed, provided great advice about all of the restaurants & in general was extremely welcoming. We also played many Casino games (Craps, Blackjack, Slots) & ate every meal on our Reno trip at The Atlantis. In fact, we never left the grounds...absolutely no need to...everything we needed or wanted to do was right there. Needless to say, I will be going back for this annual trip again next year!
