We stayed here for about a week and really liked everything about the resort. The pools were great to lounge around. And we enjoyed everything we ate and drank here. We had the spa suite and used the jacuzzi almost everyday. I wish the food and drink service at the pool continued later into the evening, but otherwise, things were great.

It is rare to find a resort, albeit a casino resort, that feels like they truly care about every single aspect of the experience of being there. That is what we found at the Peppermill. Here is just one small example: We requested some decaf for the room. When it arrived, it was not only an ample supply, but it also came in a bag with four bottles of bottled water - the kind of thing so many resorts charge you for. Every common area is filled with photos and video screens of beautiful places around the world. Our experience at the Biscotti restaurant was beyond what we've come to expect at "just the cafe" in a casino resort - ample food, attention to flavor and gorgeous plating. The spa is so grand that locals love it ( which we learned not from their promotions but from friends who live in the area and we're drooling over the spa!) The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fridge and coffee maker, again unusual in a casino resort, where they want you out of the room and gambling rather than making coffee in the room. Since our visit, we have been on a road trip, stopping at various hotels and airbnbs along the way. And we agree that the Peppermill has become our new gold standard for what we want in hospitality wherever we go. Bravo.

How can people give negative reviews? This place IS wonderful! I did expect a nice room. I booked a king suite in the Tuscany Tower. From looking at their website pictures, I knew it would be nice BUT nice doesn't cover it! It's 550 square feet of luxury. Granted it is a good walk from the casino but just look at it this way, you're saving money each time you go back to your room. Peppermill Resort/Casino is huge! I never was able to get my bearings. But fortunately, there were always courteous employees to be found that were more than happy to show you where to go. They were even glad to walk with you until you knew which way to go. The slots were loose. The slots were tight. LOL It's just the luck of gambling. That's why it's called gambling. My first impression was they were loose. The next session I had with them they were tight! My last session with them, they were loose! So first impression was fun slots. Last impression of the slots was fun! (I do have a tale to tell. Don't you just hate it when someone sits down right next to you and on the second spin wins big? Then almost immediately after pulling off the win, he hits another big hit! Well guys, that happened to me but in this case I WAS the one that just sat down and won BIG! I felt so bad for the people I sat down next to. But again, that's why it's called gambling.) Peppermill has a great variety of slots. I really enjoyed playing. I'll end my review by saying I had no negative experiences at the Peppermill.

Terrible drilling all day and when asked to move denied. Mess all over, rude workers! How dare they rent out rooms under these conditions! The rooms definitely need updating! Ugly! Only two drawers! But how can they expect people to pay for this! Next time it’s Atlantis for sure.

I would like to discuss your visit with us. We are in the middle of a huge remodeling project, but we should have been able to move you if the construction noise disrupted your stay. Please email me, deckert@peppermillreno.com, so I can research the issue further. Thank you, Daniel Eckert Director of Service Excellence

Best resort and casino in Reno. Stayed 5 days. Takes about a day to navigate all the food, bar and entertainment option. Top notch service throughout the property. At a minimum get a Peppermill Tower Imperial Suite and ask for corner room, more windows. Keep the drapes close when not in room to help the AC chill the room. Also has 2 mini fridges and steam shower. Peppermill tower elevators are just steps from all the action. We'll definitely be coming back
