I am leaving a two ONLY because the people working there were so courteous and professional, HOWEVER, there must be something wrong with upper management. We booked the room because we were there for an event and we checked ahead of time to see which amenities would be open. It said nothing on the website. We arrived to find the pool closed and all but ONE of the restaurants. Then, when we got our room we were sent down a long dark hallway that had clearly not been vacuumed in a long time; we could tell by the chips and trash the littered the floor. When we entered our room there was what appeared to be a large barf stain on the carpet and the beds did not have pillows, the floors had not been cleaned nor had the counter tops. This is Covid time and we were entirely grossed out. They were kind enough to give us a new room which wasn't a ton better (we wiped it down with alcohol wipes) but the hotel is in such horrible shape that we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around until 3am. The place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It is sad.

The hotel was decent for an overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Restroom was clean but area around the sink is narrow. It was an accessible room. Although the beds were higher than expected, my friend didn’t have any issues climbing into her bed. We had a double room. Bedding was clean, no stains. Didn’t have any issues with any of the staff. Restaurants practiced social distancing and the food was very good at the Primm & Proper and GP’s Steakhouse. Walking through the outlet mall next door was sad because half the stores are closed (out of business). Parked in the parking garage found the elevators aren’t working and the door to the crossover bride was locked.

I booked the room through their website and was quoted a final price of $47.24 for one night stay. at check-in, nobody was working! After a while the employee showed up, the line was building up. I was asked to pay another $18 resort fee that was NOT quoted or charged on the "pay for the room" page. this is fraudulent advertising. In addition, I think the $18 resort fee is a taxable fee and the Casino avoids paying sales tax on that amount. Meuter Media

Decided to stay on a friday night before arriving to las vegas, we were tired from all the drive and thought it would be a great hotel to spend the night. Overall it was ok. Didn't like that HsK went over twice to know on my room at 9am and then again at 10am even though check out was at 12pm. Secound time they went a room attendant asked what time i would get out.

DON'T be fooled by how nice the pictures and the outside of this hotel looks. It is disgusting, people are rude, and there is no available food. The only thing in our hotel room that was cleaned was the sheets. Everything else had stains and were gross. No toilet paper and no shampoo or hand soap. The people who come here are not friendly and rude. We went to order pizza and they said the pizza area was not taking any orders. Horrible place. Don't be fooled. Don't go here!
