We rented 3 of the cottages/casitas for various family members. We were all in town to visit local family. It was an excellent place to stay. The cottages were clean, roomy, and well supplied with cooking utensils etc. It was perfect for us because the living area was large enough that all of us could meet up in one cottage. There is easily enough room and seating for 7 or 8 to sit down and visit or have a bite. It was cold when we went so we didn't use the pool, but the fire pit was really nice. The views are great. There is easy access to the main drag and everything you could need in a couple of miles, grocery, gas, walgreens, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, well thought out, and convenient. There was a clear attention to detail, everything was functional and fairly new, and the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Parking was spacious, close and easy right in front of each cottage. The grounds are lovely. We would definitely stay again.

**Warning!" Wine Ridge "Policy and Rule sheet" is presented AFTER you reserve your spot. If you disagree and change your mind, you will NOT get a refund! Argumentative staff, unprofessional business practices and was threatened with security. Very upsetting and disrespectful conduct by acting management. We highly do NOT recommended staying at "Wine Ridge"

My husband & I have stayed at Wine Ridge many times over the last several years, and this go around was a pretty awful experience - so much in fact that we just had to check out today, a day early, and pay to stay at the Holiday Inn Express down the street. We both work remote and went to get on the WiFi this morning, only to find it did not work. The password wouldn't even work, so it was not an issue with reception or streaming. I called the front desk and their response was "It's very spotty. You need to just move closer to the Clubhouse." Well, I cannot work from there all day long, especially when the password won't even work. Right after that, we learned the water had been shut off due to some sort of leak. Therefore, for quite some time, we could not use the bathroom or even wash our hands. My husband went to check us out early and was told we could not get a refund, even just for tonight since we'd need to figure something else out, and they said no refund could be provided. On top of all of that, we checked in yesterday after being exhausted, and were awoken this morning around 6am by major construction being done right behind the property. I understand it's not on their property per se, but there should have been some warning that would be going on, as it caused us not to be able to sleep. The hot tub was also broken and not working. Extremely disappointing experience, and I don't think we'll be back. This used to be our favorite part about visiting Pahrump, but it has really gone downhill. The winery also has about 60% less of the wines than usual, also disappointing.

This was our second time staying here while visiting family. We like the ability to have our cozy own place, cook for ourselves and relax here. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is great for walking. The front office is very helpful. We did not eat at Symphony this time but did enjoy on past visits. A few suggestions though: drying racks for towels and bathing suits, hairdryer, better "instruction" sheets IE: trash pick up, dirty towel exchange and activity info. Will definitely be staying here again.

I can’t begin to express the filth that was in the cabin I rented! Here are a few of the disgusting things I found: - Cobwebs covered the drapes in the kitchen - Food spilled on the top of the oven and dripping down the side - I could not remove the trash bag from the can and when I pulled hard enough I saw all the food inside sticking the bag to the can - Food in the kitchen sink so the water couldn’t drain - Hair and a thick layer of dust on the oven hood - Weird odor in the hallway which appeared to be coming from the floor vent - Fuzz and visible hair on the bedspread - The floors were so dirty (and I removed my shoes at the door) that my socks turned black and when I turned on the lights you could see spots and wads of hair and dirt in two corners of the room All of this for over a hundred dollars a night!!! They also had the audacity to leave an envelope with a request for a tip for the housekeeping staff???????

We stayed here in a 36' 5th wheel for one month. It was the perfect location for easy access to Red Rock Canyon, Death Valley, and Las Vegas. The sites were not stacked on top of each other. The amenities were great. We really enjoyed Monday night meals, Taco Tuesdays, and Wednesday Wine Dinners. The Christmas Dinner was fantastic! We would highly recommend Wine Ridge when in the Pahrump area!

We had a wonderful time here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the park was beautiful! The spaces were roomy and not cramped like other RV parks we have been to.Carrie was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help us establish ourselves as Nevada residents, too. The restaurant was great and food delicious. The sunrise and sunsets were absolutely beautiful. The view of the mountains surrounding the park was awesome. And there were many places we wanted to see around the area and they were within an hour to an hour and a half away so it was easy to make day trips. I definitely recommend Wine Ridge RV as a great place to stay.

Very comfortable and quite. Easy to get in and out of (we were in a 40 foot Class A diesel pusher). Hook ups were conveniently located, it was pretty and scenic too. Looked like a really nice pool, although we never went to use it.

This is one of the best places to stay in Pahrump. Once discovering it years ago, I never go back to the hotel chains. The cottages are bigger, better, and more private than any hotel. Only minor issues to mention: the kitchen should have some dish soap, to wash dishes & glasses. Also, the bedroom would benefit from another night stand, and at least 1 reading lamp. I probably could've gotten the dish soap from house keeping, but I was in town to train at Front Sight, which involves getting up early, and getting back late. I've gone entire stays without ever seeing the resort's support staff, due to the training schedule. I forgot to request the dish soap on the "Golden Ticket" slips, meant for requesting towels, etc; so that's on me. Additionally, the floors were not clean. My feet bottoms were black after walking around the first hour or so there. Other than those minor over-sights, this property is by far my favorite.
