The cabins here look average from the outside, but are not. Inside the furnishings are upscale, and romantic with a free standing glass enclosed fireplace and a huge Jacuzzi tub/shower. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave. Please note there is no Wi Fi, TV, or cell phone coverage inside the cabins which make for a totally relaxing getaway.... More

It felt like were staying in a tree house. We sat on the deck watching the deer (bucks included) walking amongst the trees. Gorgeous sunrise sunset views. The cabin had a refrigerator, microwave and jacuzzi tub. It was a bit hot for sleeping though with the lack of air conditioning. They provide fans to keep you cool. We had dinner in... More

Amazing cabins 45 minutes from downtown Vegas! Mount Charleston is beautiful! We stayed in the Lovebirds cabin complete with gas fireplace. When the sun goes down it gets cold so you need that fireplace! we loved the private deck with view of the mountains and the stars. Perfect place for a romantic getaway. It's amazing to have this special place... More

Enjoyed a fabulous breakfast at the Mount Charleston lodge after a morning hike on the mountain. What a beautiful spot. We sat outside looking over the mountains and the valley while hummingbirds flew around the lovely hanging baskets of flowers. It is a dog friendly patio too, so we were joined by our canine friends. Humans got to order their... More

The Mount Charleston Lodge is the last Lodge On The Mountain. To be confused with the hotel which is not as far. I have lived in Las Vegas all of my life so I remember the lodge when it was quaint, romantic and cozy. The fireplace in the middle had comfy loveseats all around it, it was like a real... More

We went for our anniversary to get away from the VEGAS summer heat. Great old style cabins with Fireplaces and GIANT sleigh beds. A balcony overlooking the trees and green valley with an old rockin' chair to rock in. We left the window's open all night. COOL BREEZE.....Later that evening we had dinner in the Lodge and finished off with... More

My wife and I drove up for the day to escape the heat and ate at the old lodge. I've been going here for over 20 years and the food has been crappy for twenty years. This time I left my expectations at zero so it was a little better than cafe food that you're charged too much for. The... More

Cozy little lodge. Not a lot to do but it's a nice place to stay while doing stuff on the mountain, hiking, skiing, etc. We stayed on a Saturday in July. They had a live solo musician on the patio until 7 pm. He was great. Bar/restaurant is a little pricey but I live in Vegas so I'm used to... More

This place has lots of individual cabins that despite being fairly close to each other provide enough privacy. The restaurant is decent, and even if it weren't it would be the place to go- for the views. This is as far up as you can go, next to the Cathedral peak turnoff. It's not cheap, nor easy to book, but... More
