First, this is NOT a 4 star hotel. Check in went smooth and lobby looked nice but this is where the good stuff ends. Opened room 230 door to be hit with an overwhelming bad smell of mold or something. On inspection, shower had mold around drain and with a line of it on bottom of tub. Come on cleaning staff, that’s a bad look. No sure where the bad smell was coming from but I have never had a hotel room smell like this one. Bed comforter was frayed and had dirt on top. Also, fresh coat of paint would be helpful.
Don’t know when the pictures were taken of the guest rooms but the room we got certainly didn’t appear anywhere near what the pictures looked like !! Carpet was dirty and stained, furniture and doors, bathroom vanity and mirror were all scratched and chipped up, tacky looking, tub looked unclean and linen seemed grungy. The entire room needed a good cleaning and furnishings replaced. Would never stay here again and if you care about feeling comfortable in a CLEAN room, I recommend you drive on by !
We ate dinner at the Gregory’s Masquite Grill last night and the food and service were amazing. Our server and server assistant were Melissa S and Carlos P. I highly recommend the filet mignon and French onion soup. Our hotel room was great and the casino was a fun place to gamble. I even left w/ a few extra dollars in my pocket. Thank you to everyone that took good care of us.
We had a love,y check in, very nice employees all over. Our room was ok , not up to LasVegas standards - no desk, ok bathroom, but clean. No refrigerator, which was too bad. Very thin walls. As for the pool, lots of noisy children all over , and very crowded. We waited until late afternoon to swim, as earlier there was no room to sit! The casino is across the parking lot, and the slots are really tight. The bar off of the sports book was very quiet and lovely; great service and good nachos. Don’t order white wine! All in all, seems like a nice place for Mesquite, but not up to standards anywhere else.
I booked the Paramount Suite for my wife and I for our 15 year wedding anniversary. At the time of our stay, this room cost us $275 per night with the Military rate. Here is my honest review of the “Resort” There are almost ZERO amenities included with the cost of your room, even in the most expensive room they offer. Surprising since they market as a resort destination. There is no spa. There is a buffet at the casino, but it is only for brunch on Sundays. The closest food is at the virgin river casino across the street. The only thing offered in the morning in an industry where even a continental breakfast is standard, is black coffee. The pool and courtyard area could be very nice, however it is poorly maintained. All of the lounging furniture is dirty and looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a good long time. The pool itself is filthy. I have attached photos. In the two days that we have been here, I haven’t even seen anyone attempt to at least skim the junk off the surface. This is a really big 0/10 for me since it was one of the main reasons for booking here. The paramount suite was a great room and really the only saving grace for our trip. The room is spacious and the bathroom with deep jacuzzi tub with enough space for two, and large walk-in shower were excellent. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets are scratchy. The surprising thing was that this top tier room had such a crappy view. Literally every view from the room is of parking lot, a big miss considering the nice looking courtyard and pool in the back. The staff was friendly, but since there’s not anything to book for amenities or reservations for dinner, there’s not really any reason to interact besides to just check in and check out. Overall the quality of the room itself is the only reason I can say anything positive about our stay. Is it worth $275 or more per night? Absolutely not. At maybe half the rate I think it would be easier to justify it being worth the experience we have had. I’ll be looking for a different place to stay for our next trip.…
It started with a very bad attitude and went down hill very, very quickly! The front attendant copped an attitude right when I walked in.. $250.00 for 1 night? Who do they think they are? Closely resembles a motel 6. Peeling paint and filthy! Room 229.
They were very busy but, moved people in quickly. The employees were helped us with big smiles and cheerful attitudes. There were many choices and all that our party tried were great. o Great Food, Great Service and a reasonable cost. That hit all the check marks for us. Thank you Eureka for a wonderful Easter meal.
I went directly to the Eureka website to book a room for one night for a stop on our way to Vegas. I thought I was dealing directly with hotel but realized after I had been sent to a agent called HOTELSONE. I was travelling so on a phone booking and using spotty wifi in another hotel trying to book. The original reservation I got no confirm no email nothing to indicate it was booked so assuming it didn't go through I started the process again only to find out that when I got to the hotel I had 2 reservations. I called HOTELSONE and talked with the front desk endlessly trying to get a credit for the first reservation that I had no confirm for. The front desk as absolutely useless the conversations with HOTELSONE was like talking to some cold no feeling person with an attitude saying your SCREWED. After a couple of calls to the HOTELSONE they started blocking my calls "CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT". Absolute nightmare, never again. I paid for 2 rooms and NO ONE would help me. Never again will I stay or recommend this hotel and if I get directed to 3rd party mofia I will pick a different hotel.…
Went to the Steak House for Christmas dinner. I don't know where to start. The Staff were spectacular. Melissa ore server made us feel like she was just there for us. Very tentative and met our every need. The food was Spectacular everything was so tasteful was almost as if we were at home celebrating the holiday. The Chef Gus even came out to make sure we were enjoying everything. Thank you for making this a Christmas to remember
Have stayed here on 10+ stays over 13 years of golf visits and never had a problem until this year. One of the 2 rooms reserved had somehow been cancelled and the other we were given was a smoking room. Thank goodness there was ONE room still left when I called to say we would be arriving late or we would have had a much-worse situation. Never received an explanation or apology. I guess one bad experience doesn't ruin many prior positives, but such an experience does make one think about returning when other options are available nearby - especially at the price they now charge!
