Location was very convenient. Really a small casino, we didn't gamble much there. Rooms were spacious and clean. Deb, our cleaning lady was very polite and receptive to our needs. I requested additional towels and a couple extra pillows and she provided them as asked. I liked the motel concept rather than the hotel concept. We drove right up in...

Pioneer is a motel with rooms you can drive up to and windows that face public walkways. But once you know that, it is great. Very clean, friendly staff, perfect location. Limited river views, restaurants and gaming on-site. And for $25 a night--what a bargain!

Well located near the southern end of of the Riverwalk (and across from the Tropicana). Had what was described as a deluxe room (#453). First floor of three with parking immediately in front (very convenient). Quite largeroom, king bed (comfortable), desk, table and chairs and tub/shower combination. Very clean but very dated, fraying wall paper, 20 inch old style TV,...

I stay in Laughlin often, mostly at the aquarius or the Colorado Belle, the Belle is most reasonable but the Aquarius is the best; this time I tried the Pioneer; AND! they fail to mention they charge you a 50$ deposit up front. I left small change and my pocket knife in the room; the maid took it; she said...

Maybe the view rooms are good but the parallel units behind are worn out. Cheap but not a good value. The place lacks good maintenance and upkeep. Comparable to one of the many forgotten mid-century properties in the shadow of the Vegas strip. Not the worst place I've stayed, but I won't be back. Morning breakfast was served by a...

After a long days driving we needed a place to sleep for the night and just happened to drive by the Pioneer Hotel. It had outside access to the rooms which we like so we stayed. The place is falling apart and needs serious renovations, it's decorated in 1960's farmhouse style and is all worn out. Bathroom light was full...

approx 33 yr old, best of the older low teaser price. Have stayed at two others close by and found this one cleaner and great service. Opted for the riverside 3d floor as can't beat the morning wake up view. Despite mixed reviews on the breakfast buffut, we found it to be very good value, great taste large variety. Plenty...
