We stayed here one night with our dogs. This truly is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I would consider the "dog friendly" area of the hotel to be a complete dump! We did see other rooms with a river view and they are pretty nice. The room we are in however....is terrible. Furniture falling apart ,dumpy and...

The Pioneer Hotel & Gambling Hall has reasonable accommodations and a fantastic restaurant inside the Casino. Although somewhat dated, we are very partial to Vegas Vic and the Pioneer tradition. The breakfast is fantastic!

The room is very outdated, the bathtub shows worn black spots, the toilet ran. It could be much better if they spent some time cleaning it a little better and making some small repairs, we stayed at the Pioneer one night so it was ok.

Stayed here again with my brother. All the hotels in Laughlin could use some upgrading/refurbishing and the Pioneer is no exception. Having said that, for the price you pay, the Pioneer is a great value, especially during mid-week. The room cost is usually on par with the Colorado Belle or the Edgewater. We stayed in the "Motel" section not facing...

This hotel is terrible we stayed 2 nights with our pet and the hot water never worked we had to call all the time and they would send someone to turn it on. We booked a room 2 months in advance and they never had a reservation when we arrived then when they finally had a room available after a...

We have been going to the river for thanksgiving week for years. This year was a little different because we brought out four month old boxer. We have never stayed at the Pioneer, but once we saw how pet friendly the were we had to give it s try. The room is very pet friendly, but not very people friendly....

We travel with a dog, hope the other rooms are better. Room looks like a dorm room, no carpet, no frills at all. No coffee, fridge, no clock even. Had to leave a $100 deposit for our dog. He couldn't have hurt one thing in that room. Then housekeeping has to inspect your room to get your deposit back. Felt...

The room we stayed in could use some major updating. The chairs that came with the little table in the room were wooden, and the finish on them was all worn off. They looked like something you'd find at a tag sale.. The bedspreads looked really old and worn also. Bed was very comfortable though. The front desk employees were...

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The casino was not real large, but was fun. The service in the casino was good. We did not have to wait very long for a server to bring us drinks. The only person that was not real pleasant to deal with was the man in the cashier's cage. The room...

I have coming to Laughlin for many years. I have stayed here before when I had a dog. And, to me, the slots pay pretty well. But this last time, the rooms had deteriorated and I left early and stayed at the Aquarius for the same price. Let me give you an example. I had a river front room. The...
