Modern hotel with everything you need. We were at the very end of the hotel so it always took us 15minutes to walk from the entrance to our hotel room. Shame that the wifi didn't work in the room, only in the lobby.

As with other reviews we could not have a King room as requested but as we were only there for a couple of nights it wasn't really a problem. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet but it would have been helpful to have a coffee maker and fridge. The location was great - right on the strip -...

I was shocked to see the lack of communication and organization on the Tropicana's staff behalf. On Friday May 24th the fire alarm went off on the 17th floor. Guest from this floor were coming out of their rooms (including my party) and looking confused and worried. Staff members (I believe security) were telling guest that they were not sure...

On arrival there was a long line of people waiting to check-in and only one person on the desk. We waited so long that everyone in the line was complaining about the service. Our room 1631 was never cleaned until very late in the day (one day after 5:00 pm). Our room had no amenities. The shower dripped all night....

Great value for the money. Rooms were clean, comfy, spacious, romantic and quiet. Very relaxing. The casino itself isn't awe inspiring but you are 5 minutes walk from great casinos. Be prepared upon check in- your room preference is just a preference based upon availability. There were no king bed rooms available, but the front desk staff found one that...

We stayed in the Tropicana this weekend, and I have nothing but praise. The room was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great -- the only thing I would change is a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room would be excellent. The staff was wonderful. The valets were quick and nice every...

We booked a (return) visit to The Tropicana for our May holiday after a great stay in 2011. We had found out that they were renovating the garden rooms (now called the ‘bungalows’) and specifically booked a bungalow room with a balcony facing the pool. When we arrived at the Tropicana, ‘Doug’ on reception told us that we had been...

Hotel was clean, and restaurants were excellent. The pool is a delight and offers in-pool blackjack. Only drawback was the stale smoky smell of the casino. I've been in casinos with far better ventilation.

The hotel was exactly as advertised ,clean ,affordable, not to bad for the casino smoke . Comfy beds, pillows could have been softer. No issues otherwise. I guess the only problem was , air was on the whole time but the room never really got that cool ,but that may have been an isulated issue.
