Meet Park MGM, a fresh take on the Vegas resort experience in the center of the Strip. Here we're all about what's fresh, Park MGM is smoke-free. This is the kind of place where outposts of established excellence—like Eataly and The NoMad Hotel, Restaurant and Bar—sit alongside exciting new ventures we call our own. A poolside restaurant conjures the South of France, and a bodega-style bar and eatery brings the best of LA’s food scene to the desert, courtesy of Chef Roy Choi. Enjoy flair without the formality at Bavette’s and savor a handcrafted cocktail at Juniper Cocktail Lounge. Try your luck at the table of your choice, or with a brew and a bite at BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar. Kick back in a cabana or cool off in one of three pools. When the sun goes down, linger over drinks on the terrace—at Primrose, La La Noodle or our club On The Record. Park MGM is located next to the 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena and is home to the 5,200-seat Dolby Live.

The hotel is nice. I with preface this review by acknowledging that I am a traveler with mobility issues due to leg weakness. I reserved a handicapped accessible room. I rented a mobility scooter from the Bell Desk and that worked so smoothly! Totally recommend that. The rooms on the other hand were not so user friendly. My primary issue is muscle weakness in my lower extremities. The toilet had hand rails but was still pretty low. Thankfully I brought my own toilet seat riser so I had no problem there. The showers water pressure was weak at best! The real issue is with the beds. They are on a low platform with just a mattress. The bed is comfortable but it is nearly impossible for me to get up from the bed. When sitting on the edge I am lucky if I am 17” from the floor due to the low height and the compression from sitting on it. When explaining the situation and my issues and asking for help, I was told - and I quote “yea, the beds are really low”. No other rooms with higher beds. She Couldn’t even tell me if a sister MGM hotel might have better accommodations with higher beds. For that reason, I scored the hotel fairly low. If you have leg weakness issues and getting up from seated is a challenge - skip this hotel because of the beds.

Pretty much moms last tip she will not be able to travel any more. This was her favorite place to go. Wanted her to have one more trip before she got worse. Thank you for all you did. She was upset she did not win.

For the price it was ok. The staff was pretty solid. It was easy to get to the hotel from the freeway. The casino had great selection and friendly dealers. It is pretty nice that it's connect to the Aria. Made it easy to go there and see what it had to offer.

The smoke free casino was a huge draw for us. Staff were all lovely, and the StayWell room was very comfortable. The adults only pool was so fun, especially while the DJ was there. Appreciate the lifeguards handing out bottles of water to keep us hydrated later in the day too. I’d appreciate a couple of veggie options at Side Betty’s since it’s the only late night option. Maybe a veggie sandwich, pretzel and cheese, or cheese and fruit platter would be a quick option?

With over 30 years of visiting Las Vegas. This was our first time staying at Park MGM formerly Monte Cristo. It was an awesome place to stay. Very clean, nice staff and within walking distance of other places to see.

Everything was disappointing from check in to check out. The room was filthy upon check in. Hair on bed sheets, dirt of sofa think layer of dust on headboard, dirty carpets. Then my key was deactivated before I checked out and I was unable to get back into my room after I used the pool. When checking out, the person at the front desk didn't read the notes left by the manager that my resort fees were waived and I ended up having to speak with the GM. It was a very disappointing stay.

A/c did not work properly. Was turning on and off exactly every 2 min interval, which triggered a massive headache. We reported it in the morning and front desk claimed engineer will come in to fix. When we arrive to settle in for the 2nd night, it felt great but it broke again in the middle of the night. By that time it was too late to report anything. Hallways on the floors were very filthy. Seems like vacuuming is not a priority.

Title says it all. Stayed for 3 nights and house keeping never came, even after I called them 3 times. AC didn’t blow cold either the room was very hot. I asked for this issue to be looked into and nothing ever came of it. Also staff at bell desk was very rude
