I did have some construction noise at odd times. They shut off the water from 2-6 am one night and I could hear the work. I would just ask to be on a quieter floor and away from any construction. Don't be afraid to play the honeymoon "card". If you could cancel and rebook, I would. But if money is a consideration, you really don't spend all that much time in the room anyway...other than the obvious honeymoon activities. Make sure to ask for an upgraded room or floor.
