I stay at The Venetian a lot, I’m an Elite Grazie member with their player’s program. Check in at the Invited Guest line was excellent with Andrew. He was so friendly, efficient and accommodating!! Suite was clean as usual. Casino cocktail waitresses were excellent, as well as Grand Luxe Cafe food and service. All excellent! On tbe 2nd evening ld my stay, the bathroom lights would not turn on. Called Front desk and I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Someone finally got on the line and they tried to walk me through problem solving with no luck. I told them that I have show tickets and I need to get ready ASAP. They sent an engineer up somewhat quickly and he came in and hit a reset button in the hallway that was down low on the wall. The following morning we were trying to sleep in after being up all night. All of a sudden we hear loud drilling going on in the suite above us. We could hear thing being dropped so it was obvious they were doing maintenance work in the suite right above us. It was extremely loud! I called front desk and was on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up. Needless to say, we did not get the rest we needed. I also could smell fumes. They were painting the suite across the hall from us, and had blowers in the hallway but we could still smell the fumes. Not our typical stay at the Venetian this trip!! If you’re going to do maintenance, book rooms accordingly where guests are staying. The 15-20 minute hold times for someone to answer, does not match the quality and level of your resort. I would like to add that bellhop Marcus that brought our luggage up to our suite last Friday was most accommodating, helpful and friendly. Please improve the hold times when guests need to get ahold of you while staying there. See you next month!…
This is a nice property but here are a few items I didn't like: 1) The bed was very uncomfortable and the comforter was soo heavy it was hot. 2) The front desk was trying soo hard to have me upgrade my room at a big increase in cost. Hard pressured sell. How about upgrade us at no cost. Ended up with a crappy view. 3) The Venezia tower is a LONG way from anything. It takes a long walk and multiple elevators to get to your room. I would not stay in the Venezia tower again. 4). This hotel is in a great location to get to other places easily.
Beautiful suite hotel Very spacious Hotel is definitely a 5 star hotel The casino stinks of smoke All our clothes smell This day and age they should have some smoke free parts of the casino Otherwise we had a great stay
I will never stay anywhere else in vegas. It's wonderful. You can stay inside and have a great time. Food casino shopping entertainment all in one stop. The rooms are amazing. 1st time I've ever soaked in a bathtub in a hotel.
The suites are beautiful and the bathroom with the vanity and TV is perfect! The bed is comfy and I loooove the remote curtains it was so easy to open & close from my bed! Definitely will be my go-to hotel for future Vegas trips!
This was my first first to Vegas (won’t be my last) and my jaw absolutely dropped when we pulled into the drop off. The place was so grand. Check-in was very smooth although I did forget to ask about the 100 USD beverage credit that I got with my booking and the check in assistant didn’t mention it either. As I walked down the Grand Colonnade heading towards The Venetian Tower, the sight was magnificent. And then finally heading into my King Suite, I was knocked off my feet my the pure perfection. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. I’ve never stayed in a suite like it. It was so spacious and could not fault. Housekeeping during my stay was brilliant. Pool area beautifully maintained. And the resort as a whole with its bars, restaurants, casinos and canals was just out of this world. Would not have a problem staying there again…
super great place, stayed for a wedding and visit my son who lives in vegas.Great pool and all the service was top notch. We have been to vegas multiple times and this place is the only one we will stay at again.
Nice service, Complimentary excess to TAO Pool party, Amazing pool view from the room. Tonnes of amazing restaurants and lounge spaces. Excellent Gondola to experience- both on the interior and exterior part of the building. Must Visit if you are in Vegas!
Love everything about the Venetian hotel The quest suite are so beautiful, the restaurant are wonderful and the gondola tour make you dream more:)for sure this is one of the best hotel experience I have in Las Vegas
Had a fantastic stay in the Palazzo tower for 8 nights, I can't fault the room or the customer service. We stayed on the 28th floor so had a great view, the bed was extremely comfy, and it was great having the sunken lounge area to relax in in-between activities instead of awkwardly sitting on the bed to relax in the day, it felt like 'coming home'. Bathroom was great, very powerful shower and loved having the vanity unit set up. It was also so quiet, we didn't get disturbed at all during the night by other guests or noise from pools etc. The Palazzo pool appears to be considerably quieter than the Venetian Pool so being over the Palazzo pool didn't pose any noise issues. We used the pool a couple of times which was lovely, no problem getting sun beds but to be fair, it was during the week we used it. The casino area was the best we saw and we went in most hotels on the strip during our stay, it was so light and welcoming, a lot of other hotel casinos are very dark and smoky. The range of restaurants from a basic food court to high end dining was great. The bar selection was great too, we particularly enjoyed the Dorsey in the Venetian! I would absolutely stay here again but there are a few reasons I'm giving this four stars and not five as there are a few, what I would consider very basic things which you'd find in most hotels which were missing at the Venetian/Palazzo. Firstly (ok so there was a tiny thing with the room), no charging points by the bed, had to pull out the drawers and unplug the lamp in order to charge our phones overnight. As others have stated, considering we're in the desert, bit odd not to have a fridge for personal use in the room, I get this in the basic Marriott I stay in for work in Stoke on Trent!! Final thing was wifi, constantly having to re log into it on our phones every time we left the hotel and came back plus at all random times inbetween. In comparison, MGM and Wynn property wifi is free for everyone, you don't need to be a guest and it automatically logs you in at every MGM or Wynn property you set foot in after you've done it once. At the Venetian, when we'd checked out we were well and truly kicked off wifi which considering we had a 10pm flight left us without any communication for the rest of the day (we're from the UK so weren't using data). Would I stay again, yes, in a heartbeat, the pros outweighed the cons and you can't beat the overall ambience and beauty of the resort.…
