Considering the price for a room plus the xtra for a pool which we didn't even use, I feel this place is way too expensive. You weren't even offered free water in the room. No fridge to keep your own stuff. No coffee maker for the morning. Fancy living area, but for what? Who stays in their room? We had moths flying around in the room too. Gross! Everything was so expensive. We went down to Freemont street to eat. Can't understand 7-9 dollars for one bottle of beer. Talk about your tourist trap! Nope! Wasn't for me. We will stay downtown if we ever go again..

Hotel's Favorite
This was our second time at the Venetian. You can't beat the location or the suites. I really liked how there was a separate living room so if someone wanted to sleep and someone else wanted to watch TV or just enjoy the incredible views (from the upgraded view) this was easily accomplished. The bathrooms are wonderful - shower and bath separated from the toilet, two sinks, make up table with stool and lit up mirror. It was over 100 degrees when we went in August, but you didn't even have to leave the air conditioned hotel if you did not want to. The Canal Shoppes are attached to the hotel, plenty of places to eat are in the hotel or the Canal Shoppes. You can get to the casino at the Venetian or the Palazzo without going outside. We had a view of the pools so you could see how busy they were or if there were any lounge chairs available. Hundreds of slots to chose from. Just a wonderful and classy hotel. Loved our stay!

We stay at the Palazzo. The stay was terrible. We got there the first night and there were bugs in our room. The sheets were dirty as well as the robes. In addition, we found out the next day that we have missing property from our room. Incredible. The best was Nicole the manager very polite and professional (she cut the resort fees from the bill). The last day our room was not done even if we asked for it. When I called there was a woman telling we give a credit for dinner. I say we leave tomorrow she said take or leave it and she hung up on me. When I called back she hang up on me again. The prestige lounge has a great breakfast and the resort is nice I traveled all over the world and has been in Vegas several time. THis was the worst!!!

Even before we arrived we knew we made the right choice. This beautiful, clean, classy resort was top notch. I got a notification to check in when I was at the airport. Check in was 3p , I arrived at 10:30a. To my delight the room was ready. We were checked in so we just needed keys. They have a designated area. Warmly greeted by James. He was polite and professional. He offered us a comp. Late checkout. Wow! I felt so welcomed. When we got to the suite it was beautiful. Pictures do It not justice. My fave was the TV in the bathroom. We were treated wonderfully by everyone one there. No complaints at all. Our room faced East, so no strip view. Oh well, to my delight we got the sunrise over the mountains. Spectacular! Just another bonus! This resort has everything to offer so if you don't want to leave you don't have to. We can't wait to return!

Here for a conference and upgraded my room and stayed an extra night for my anniversary with my significant other. Called down to make sure we didn’t need to have our key cards redone for the extra night and were told no. Came home from the pool today and our keys didn’t work. My fiancé went downstairs to get the keys updated. First he went to the concierge and was sent to the enormous check in line. After standing in line for a ridiculously long time, he was told he couldn’t have new keys and needed to wait for an engineer to let us in.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Venetian (palazzo tower). The rooms were large and clean and most importantly, quiet! The staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful. We had room service several days and it arrived in the promised time frame, the food was very fresh (especially the fruit bowls) and warm. I appreciate the things you don’t really think about too, like very fast elevators. They have them divided by floor and they are fast and we rarely waited more than a minute or two. Keep your key ready when you’re returning to your room, you will need to scan it to get past security.

Had huge moths in my room and I would kill them since I thought it was a one time thing, but I believe they come through the AC/Vents. Called the front desk to get them to remove them but I came back to more moths. I also got charged for refreshments that I have never touched. I wasn't even in the room at the time of the charge... maybe the moths did it.

The room was spacious and the floor quiet. The elevator wasn't an issue in terms of wait time. The hotel eh we were there for a convention so didn't go to gamble, etc. it is on the "other end" of the strip so you have to walk a ways or cab it to go to the Bellagio which was probably the only interesting thing to do there (light show). Oh yeah, kind of mad that my rate went from $1,200 to 215 for the same room due to a convention in town and their ability to price gouge.
