This was an absolutely wonderful hotel overall. The room was a spacious suite and meticulously clean. The staff who clean and stock the room were extremely attentive, courteous and speedy. The pool area and spa/gym were wonderful. The Grand Canal and its shops and restaurants are beautiful. Location was outstanding for us, because it was walking distance to Caesar's Palace across the street, which hosted our concert and many restaurants that we used for dinner. At checkout, we stored our bags for a few hours, since our flight was later in the evening, and the attendant even helped me transport my bags to the 2nd-floor ride share area, a long way from the front of the hotel. The only very small issue was at the very start - very slow check-in with long, long lines and wait time. But checkout was fast and a breeze. We definitely would recommend this hotel, and will come back to it in the future.

We had 3 rooms booked at the Venetian for a friends vacation. First of all, yes the line to check in was enormous....BUT they have a QR code in the lobby where you can check in, put your info for incidentals in, and you download an app that will text you and have your room key ready when your room is. Also you can leave your luggage with the incredibly nice and friendly people in the luggage area who will give you a card to call when you are in your room and they will bring everything to you. I have no idea why anyone would stand in line. We took 10 mins to do this and went about our day! No time wasted. Now on to the rooms. AMAZING. Huge, beautiful bathroom with shower, tub, vanity area. Probably the best room I have ever stayed in. Word of warning.....do not use the phone in the bathroom to call your friends as a joke....my husband did and it cost us $19 for a 30 second phone call. Oops. Our fault. Also utilize the Walgreens at the bottom of the hotel for snacks and drinks. I was super thirsty the first night and drank 2 diet cokes. They were $8 a piece. It also states in the room brochure that if you put anything in the fridge of your own they will charge you $150. Don't pick up any of the snacks either. Everything is weighted. My friend used the pool one day and said it was beautiful. She got there right at 8am and there was a long line but it moved quickly. I'm sure the wait is insane as the day goes on but you can check online for wait times. The casino was pretty large and there are stores and laces to eat and get a drink everywhere. We ate at Rockhouse the first day (really good) and Canaletto one night. The waiter was amazing....a glass on our table slipped off and they kept apologizing to US! I will say the food court service left alot to be desired. We ended up standing in line one night and no one came over to help anyone so a bunch of people just walked away. I can't speak to room service as we did not order any. On our last morning check out was easy. We used the kiosk near the elevators downstairs and was simple and quick. Then we asked security where the uber pick up was, and the very nice man walked us up to it. It was kind of out of the way, so we really appreciated this. This hotel was definitely more upscale than we are used to....and the prices reflect that, but we loved it and would recommend it highly especially if you got a great deal like we did.

During our current times of Covid, cleanliness should be the top concern for every hotel right now. Our bathroom had multiple pool party wristbands and multiple bobby pins on the floor when we arrived. Makes me wonder what else in the room was not cleaned properly.

The rooms are really what makes this place special in my book..every room is a suite which is really nice if you are planning to spend any time in your room. The suites at large and we’ll appointed. The resort as a whole is fun with lots of dining and stores, the pools are nice as well. (Being 100 percent honest, I actually like the pool and casino at Caesars better). Things that could help elevate the experience if management is listening: 1. I know it’s Covid people shortage and all but all the other hotels I could reach a real person, not one ever picked up when I tried calling the Venetian prior to my visit. 2. Coffee in the room!!! Seriously, I know you want people to spend money at the restaurants and such but no coffee in the room is close to a deal breaker !!! A Nespresso would be a super nice touch. 3: pool hours are way too short especially when it stays hot 24 hours. A dip after dark is a really nice treat! (Also a plus when the pools are so crowded during the day). 4. Bathrobes in the rooms! What better way to enjoy the suite life than to lounge in your robe! Enjoyed our stay but these things smallish changed would knock it out of the park!! Overall we enjoyed our sa

Horrible customer service! Manager told me verbatim if you buy room from secondary discount company you with only get room on back of building. Rude and proud of it. Never again i her decision to go out of her way to not deliver great customer service lost me as a customer who visits vegas 3-4 yearly.
