Twice given keys to rooms that were already occupied. Third room had no view whatsoever - something we paid extra to have. Fourth room was finally clean and as we had reserved. All the running back and forth cost us a lot of time and annoyance.

Hotel's Favorite
This was our second time at the Venetian. You can't beat the location or the suites. I really liked how there was a separate living room so if someone wanted to sleep and someone else wanted to watch TV or just enjoy the incredible views (from the upgraded view) this was easily accomplished. The bathrooms are wonderful - shower and bath separated from the toilet, two sinks, make up table with stool and lit up mirror. It was over 100 degrees when we went in August, but you didn't even have to leave the air conditioned hotel if you did not want to. The Canal Shoppes are attached to the hotel, plenty of places to eat are in the hotel or the Canal Shoppes. You can get to the casino at the Venetian or the Palazzo without going outside. We had a view of the pools so you could see how busy they were or if there were any lounge chairs available. Hundreds of slots to chose from. Just a wonderful and classy hotel. Loved our stay!

I made a reservation through their website to arrive on July 17, being busy i did ignore all their further emails. I received an alert on my mobile for a confirmation of next day and "early checkin" which I confirmed. I arrived on the 17th, left days after and I noticed The Venetian charged me for the night of the 16th. I paid a night that I did not reserved for and I did not occupied. I claimed my refund they did not help at all. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN, there are other hotels with much better experiences.

The rooms are old and dated if there is a noise issue or equipment not working the staff will not care or do anything about. I ended up having to find another hotel after 1 night of my 7 night stay. This was the simplest solution.

My recent stay at The Venetian Resort was a truly enchanting experience that transported me to a world of opulence and elegance reminiscent of the romantic city of Venice itself. From the moment I stepped foot into the resort, I was captivated by its grandeur and attention to detail, making it an unforgettable escape. The Venetian's lobby is a masterpiece in itself, with its soaring ceilings adorned with intricate frescoes and the enchanting replica of St. Mark's Square. The seamless blend of Venetian architecture and modern luxury sets the tone for an indulgent getaway.

Having been to this hotel many times before, this does feel like a home away from home to us. Our recent visit was not much different than past trips in that the hotel was well kept and our room was excellent. They moved us from our usual view to a view of the new Sphere which was a nice change and very mesmerizing. I am very thankful that the security guard I spoke with told me about the Level 1 EV charging plugs that are available on the 9th floor of the parking garage since the Level 2 chargers on the 6th floor are always taken. I truly hope that the Venetian management figure out some way of charging guests who abuse the use of the Level 2 charger by leaving them plugged in all week. As more people bring EV's, this will become a much bigger issue. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we will return.

Just checked in into the room , the bar table is stained also with drinks marks , first they switched us to another room , but the bar table in this room also has food stains and drinks marks , smells like cigarettes and weed , the bar is not refilled , when I called the front desk the “supervisor “ has a very condescending way of talk have no basic customer service skills whatsoever, now it’s been an hour we still waiting for the cleaning person she said she will send over to our room , ruined our time staying here, we are extremely disappointed since we used to choose here to stay when we get a chance to come to Vegas but this place is no longer a five star hotel quality , also why would they hire someone with such bad attitude as their supervisor ,,,?

The property offers lots of shopping and dining option, but failed being a hotel. Room is big but dirty. Had to spend long holding time on the phone trying to get the basic room cleaning service. Won’t stay at this hotel again for our next visit.
