In the time of Covid-19 safety was a primary issue. We enjoyed a beautiful room, responsive staff and more important, great attention to health safety. Thank you for a memorable anniversary trip in the middle of a pandemic. We loved our trip and will feel safe to return soon.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! It is huge, and it has so many spots to enjoy inside of it. The rooms are beautiful, and they are a nice size. It was like staying in a small apartment, it was so comfortable. It is in a very convenient location on the strip, and this hotel is well taken care of. They have security all around the hotel, and no one can go up to the rooms without checking in and out through the security. A HUGE plus!! They have delicious restaurants, a mall,a pool, a spa, a casino, a bar,and many other things. I was able to enjoy my birthday weekend in Vegas and everyone that worked at this hotel gave great customer service!! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas currently has a special offer for essential workers where they are giving away a complimentary night with a minimum 2-night stay. In other words, buy one night and get one free. There are actually two essential workers in my immediate group of friends and they thought it would be nice to do a small relaxing Vegas trip. They booked for Friday night and ended up getting Saturday night for free. The whole weekend came out to be about $350 including taxes and resort fees which is unheard of during a regular Vegas weekend. Along with the free night, essential workers also get additional benefits across the resort including discounts at restaurants, bars, and entertainment. From my understanding, the essential workers offer is only good at the Venetian and not next door at the Palazzo, its sister property. I would say that the Venetian did pretty well with all of the COVID restrictions. Gambling tables were spread apart, there were hand sanitizers every where, and it didn't feel crowded. More information on the blog "The Luxury Lowdown"!

Traveling with a partner with disabilities for his first visit to Vegas we needed very specific info. We contacted Guest Relations and Eunice was extremely meticulous about all of our concerns and even checked back with us the day before arrival. Her services were of a superior quality. We reserved a scooter in advance from the Concierge at a very reasonable rate without any problems. We choose the desk for check in and Amanda was impeccable and when she was not certain of 2 of our questions her front desk manager Kyle assisted and both of them were so conscientious and kind . If you are able to stay or have disabilities please stay Monday through Thursday as you will feel everything more relaxed and not congested. We are very grateful to the Sands Corp. for their Essential/First Responder Room Program...most locations do not acknowledge the Essential Worker who make a lower pay rate and we have worked every day taking the full brunt of Covid. Our room had a beautiful view and was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. Employees were just assigned to cleaning elevator buttons and escalator railings. My only minor suggestion would be to remove the throw pillows on the room chairs and sofas permanently as they are difficult to clean and worn. The pool had a few stringent rules but on the weekdays they were not a major issue, however the hot tubs were all shut down and should have been open with a limit of 4 guests. Also take advantage of the numerous Happy Hour menus and cocktails at various hotel locations they were spectacular. Grand Lux for food was 24 hours and the portions were large and in the right price range. The gelato bar had a strange rule that a small size had 2 scoops, but you could only have 1 flavor...not acceptable for the price. Yes the caliber of guests or just people roaming around has changed, but with so many folks out of work, having reduced hours or working at home many people are just getting fed up and on the strip at all the hotels. My disabled partner will be having surgery this week so we were on a budget so our stay at The Venetian/Palazzo was a perfect unexpected pleasure. Kudos to all the employees here working reduced hours, yet maintaining a pleasant and courteous regard to guests in these difficult times.

The Venetian/Palazzo provided my wife and I a great get away during these times by providing a very safe, sanitary and thoughtful staff. The Casino's were great, the employees fantastic and more than helpful. I would recommend these properties to anyone looking for a break.
