The room was clean and large. The water pressure in the shower wasn't super strong, but that's the only complaint I would give our stay. The slots were very good to us and the food court had great tasting pizza.
I've stayed here before and based on previously great experiences here I decided to stay again. I'll be very honest in saying that it is the great value here that draws me to it. For most tourists this may be too "out of the way"...More
Room was nice. Glad we brought our own pillows. Complaints from friends that pillows were too hard. No smoking rooms were good but the smoke still got into the hallway causing allergy problems and asthma. They have one bellman and our convention had trouble getting...More
After reading reviews here and on Yelp for the past two weeks, we were expecting the worst when we arrived for the Desert Green Conference in 10/19/16.
Nothing could be further from what we encountered. Kimiko got us checked in efficiently and was able to...More

There are 2 parking garages, one at the North end, close to the Fiesta, and one at the South end going towards downtown Las Vegas. Park at the South end garage or the nearby parking lots, and go in the entrance up the flight of stairs. When you enter, the registration desk is directly to your right. When facing the registration, to the left is a gift shop, and directly left of that is the entrance to the rooms. You will need your key card to get in. Once you have registered, there is also a side entrance between the small pool area, and the hotel entrance, which is located on the ground floor.
The buffet is a short ways away, maybe 50 yards NE of your location at the Registration Desk. Just hug the right hand wall, but do not go towards the Bowling area, which is the opposite direction.

The usual of soap, shampoo and conditioner. No coffee which was a bummer but there is a Starbucks in the casino so that makes sense. Opens at 6 am. I made coffee runs for three families daily!! Pool is open, to the best of my knowledge, 365 but is not heated. For my Calif. family that was a bummer because they "need" 80% water but for the northerners 70 was perfect. I do not recall if there is a shuttle because we needed a car and the drive was 10 minutes on an easy access freeway. Kids loved the skating, bowling alley and arcade.
