This place is cheap and inexpensive. They offer apartment type living that includes some furnishings. Beware however: water is frequently off or cold only, mold in units is rampant, as are roaches and other disgusting bugs. The alleys are used for prostituion and drug sales, out in the open, with no regard for children running around. Expect your things to... More

It's cheap for sure. The rooms are decent. I read somewhere else that there wasn't WiFi but our room was working. The location is not so great but the service we received was good. There's a lot of down on their luck folk who live there just like we were for a while. Give them a chance. Yes there's a... More

My siblings and my mom stayed here a week while she and my step dad were separating. It was possibly one of the most depressing and unsettling experiences of my life! Roaches EVERYWHERE! We kept our toothbrushes in the fridge because we thought they were safer in there than on the bathroom counter. Yeah. We were going THAT crazy. The... More

If you rent on the side where the castle is you'll be fine. No bugs, Clean Rooms, and the best pool is right there. We rented there for 3 months, Not 1 bug did I see. We paid more for the better side. And I guess you get what you pay for. I didn't want to rent by druggies, so... More

I was in a desparate situation as a so-called friend of mines named Tan kicked me out of her house and forced me onto the streets of Northeast Las Vegas knowing I had no other friends out here. Well as my desparation grew I was forced to call upon family in California; my wonderful and loving aunt. She sent me... More

Absolute worst place to stay in Las Vegas. It looks clean from the outside and at a reasonable price looks like corporate housing but every unit is absolutely infested with roaches. I tried complaining to the front desk but the "manager" ( an accent that sounded like "the Sopranos") threatened me with immediate eviction and the loss of all my... More

Im in and out of vegas on a regular basis and have found the strip botels to be over priced and pretentious at times. So i started looking for a place to stay that was more affordable and a lot mor friendly. What i found was the Sportsmans Royal Manor! The rooms are "vintage" to say the least but they... More
