Santa Fe Hotel and Casino is a great place to catch a game, grab a beer, play a wide array of slots, or if you prefer table games. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, always a good time! Always feel safe, security in parking garage and casino entrances.

Accusing us for a “missing” lamp and damaged headboard and charging us $500 is beyond ridiculous and infuriating!! We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend only because it was close to family’s house where we spent all day. Only came to hotel to sleep. So there isn’t much to say abt our stay. Although we had asked for no service because I didn’t want anyone in the room, they did come in. I threw out the trash I brought my own cleaning and disinfectant sprays. I’m not a careless person that would damage property or even steal a lamp. It’s ridiculous!! Just be careful when you stay, ( I suggest you don’t) but if you do note everything and make sure they don’t hold you responsible for something you didn’t do.

So disappointing! We went and spend $ 148 for dining. When we handed the players card over to the waiter, we were told that no more points can be earned for dining, table games etc. , only for slot machines. No more senior Wednesday either! Now I don’t know who sits in the corporate office and what they are thinking but if they think they get any support from us, they are mistaken. There are a lot of places in town to support. Let me just give an example. In the past if you spend $ 100 for dining you earned 1000 points which equals $ 1! Now, if I spend $ 50 at Flemings 3 times I get a $ 40 credit! $ 3 vs. $ 40! I don’t want to promote Flemings but I think Station Casino does NOT need the support of us locals for nothing. I understand they lost money but so did everyone else!!!

Our room was spacious and the hotel has a great selection of restaurants and casino games. Employees were very friendly. We wanted a king size bed but had none available. When we requested certain things in our room, they were delivered very quickly. The A/C worked better than most hotels but we could not divert the flow from directly hitting us in bed. The bathroom was postage stamp size with no towel rack and no magnifying mirror.

Very impressed with their large spacious casino. Hotel has a good variety of culinary delights. Rooms prices are a lot better than what you'll find on the strip. Easy to the freeway and other local activities.
