Hotel's Favorite
Our first stay at Aria (after many years at Mirage, which is leaving MGM) was absolutely wonderful. Comfortable, clean room with a great view, excellent food and bar options (loved especially Javier's and Din Tai Fung), friendly and helpful staff, and fun gambling options (video poker and slots). We came with several family members and everyone had a great time. (highlights for them were the pool and poker room) We will return for sure.

Great resort! Room was great. Very nice shops and restaurants! The central location was a huge plus! Services were excellent! MGM rewards are also a good advantage. Walking distance to other major resorts.

Anyone who travels for work would probably look forward to the vibrant Las Vegas scene but not this working Mom. Aria staff and amazing room made this not only bearable but so enjoyable! Their staff executed comfortable conference setting, had plenty of staff to give directions so I could get to meetings on time, and I always walked into a clean fresh room. Rarely would I brag about technology because it’s the one thing to break- but theirs all worked great and actually added convenience! For someone who finds every opportunity to avoid Vegas, Aria is the place to deliver whatever experience you are looking for. I think I went through the casino twice, to get to a destination. It’s convenient if you want it but avoidable if you don’t. The food is excellent and many options. I’ll definitely be back.

In June my family left a pair of shoes in the room when we checked out. One or two hours later I went to all the counter, guest service, MGM rewards member, front desk to see if they can allow me to go back to the room and pick it up. But they said they just cleaned the room and asked me the fill out the Lost item report. I did and 1 months later they still didn't find it. And in July I stayed there again and I left a denim jacket in the room. They claimed they didn't find anything. It was for sure in the room on the couch or the table! Called front desk and they transfered me to Security, and Security said they only deal with high value items and housekeeping has an inventory for clothing. But housekeeping said they don't keep anything and will turn everything to the Security...... Back and forth. It was an very important jacket gifted by my family. I think it's highly possible that the housekeeping person took what they found in the room.

Overall, giving Aria somewhere between 3.5 and 4. Stayed 5 days in July. Pros : room was large (deluxe king strip view), bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Usually I take a day or two to adjust to a new bed, but not here! Slept like a dream. Clean rooms. Aria is well placed mid strip with easy access to all the hotels. Loved the tram ro Bellagio. Pool was good sized with nice servers. The restaurants were awesome! Especially the tapas place. Cons: hotel showing signs of wear and tear in the halls. Halls smelled like marijuana like crazy. Don’t waste time renting a chair because there are plenty of chairs to go around at the pool. Overall, after seeing other hotels, it’s definitely on the nicer, cleaner, more upscale side. Would stay again

As much as I love this property I feel the management has let it go and only focuses on the suites and not regular rooms. My room was disgusting and the air conditioning vent was caked in dust as well as 3 engineering Thad to look at it. The sink in my bathroom was clogged and had to be unclogged then when it happen the black sliced shot back at me and it went all over the place.

I wish I could give it a 3.5, but the food pushed it to a 4. Julian Serrano tapas was absolutely amazing. Salt and Ivy for brunch was fantastic. Even the Proper Eats dining hall was really good. The rest - bars, ok I guess. We didn’t do any clubs or anything, so keep that in mind. The main bar behind the food hall was…loud. Pumped club music the entire time which wasn’t our vibe. Lift was pretty good, with live music playing. The pool bar was meh. Ordered a grey goose bay breeze with a shot of Malibu (which I drink all the time) and what they served me was unidentifiable. The dole whip drink was amazing though. The room was very nice, but not fully functioning. We had a king strip view view, which was very nice, but half the lights in the room didn’t work. The iPad to control things didn’t work at first, but after a reboot was ok. I think there is a lot more functionality to be had there. Shower is big and nice, but only give 3 towels, which is weird for 4 people. The pools were pretty nice. We rented seats at the resort pool and the other main pool because we weren’t sure how it worked. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. There are plenty of seats around all the pools that also have waitress service. Paying $75 for free water and a slightly more cushioned front row seat is not worth it. Be there before noon and you can have a front row lounge seat for free. The building is a bit outdated. The halls have a lot of like, holes in the wallpaper, busted drywall etc on the 19th floor. Not a deal breaker by any means, but should be addressed. It smells VERY strongly of weed through the halls. We’re not judgmental at all, but it’s a lot. The beds are 11/10 comfortable. I’m actually sad to go home to my own bed after this. Insanely soft but somehow supportive at the same time. I have issues with my back, so I’m a bit weird about beds, but omg. Wow. Pillows were perfect. Minibar is absurd. Prices are outrageous. Do yourself a favor and grab a case of water at the least. Close to all the major hotels, with a tram that goes to the Bellagio, and to Park MGM. Lots of high-end shopping at Crystal shops attached to the building. TL;DR - nicer than the Planet Hollywood, not as nice as the Bellagio. Would we stay again, yes.

Aria - The Best of everything - Location, Resort Facilities; Pool, Spa, Casino Layout and variety of games without crowds, Elevator access, Fine Dining as well as a variety of other choices, Rooms; large and well-appointed with high-end amenities, electronic room controls, with amazing beds and pillows. The Floral Designs and Art is also beautiful. Most of all, the Teams at Aria are amazing; sincerely helpful and happy to help - from Cleaners in the Casino to Bell Desk to Check-out - unparalled and attentive. For over a decade I have never been disappointed!
