This hotel has a fantastic location. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It was very clean and spacious. We got there really late and there was no problem. After we checked in we were greeted by one of the staff and given all kinds of information about the area. All his recommendations were wonderful and we used...

The location is fantastic, it is only 1 block off the Strip (across The Aria) in the middle of everything. Our family of 6 comfortably stayed in a clean 2 bedroom/2 bathroom "apartment" with a living room, small dining area and kitchen. The amenities are nice, especially the free valet/parking, heated rooftop pool & jacuzzi (open til 12 am), and...

Our stay was from 26th February to 8th March 2017. On booking in, the front desk noted that I had asked for a room overlooking the strip as we were getting married so it was also our honeymoon. We were allocated an end room on the 9th floor with the views we had asked for, so well done. We had...

One of the beds was not made when we entered the room, after numerous calls to housekeeping we gave up and used only one pillow and a sheet from the other beds. One the day we checked out we accidentally left...

We have just returned from staying in the Polo Towers for 9 nights and found them perfectly located just of the strip. At first glance they look abit dated but they are well equipped and have everything you need. They are very clean and the kitchen was immaculate. It had all the equipment and utensils needed. I went to Vegas...

Stayed a week, and it was wonderful! We had the studio suite which was all we needed. Clean rooms, great view with large balcony, super friendly staff. The room was surprisingly quiet too! We never heard any noises in the hallways or in the neighboring rooms. Loved the keycard security in the elevators too. You have to put your room...

I have stayed at many hotels during my vacations and booked Polo Resort through Expedia for my Las Vegas trip. At the front desk for check-in they told me that my name was not on the guest list. My husband has the Expedia account and he made the booking for me by providing my name to Expedia. I was inconvenienced...

The hotel is very accesible to key places in the strip. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Very nice and neat rooms. The kitchen was all furnished. Comfortable beds. Good customer service. Would definitely comeback.
