Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas has garnered mixed feedback from its guests. While the hotel's prime location near the strip is a highlight for many, some have voiced discontent with unexpected fees that impact the overall value. The establishment's cleanliness and service have received varied responses, with incidents of dust and unresponsiveness tempering praise for tidy spaces and friendly staff. The ambiance and rooms, described as spacious but outdated, echo the need for a modern refresh. Amenities like full kitchens are appreciated, although Wi-Fi connectivity garners mixed opinions.

The hotel is in a good location for the casinos and shops. Polo towers is very dated and in need of refurbishment. I think they should have done this while the building work was going on next door. I was given a letter when I checked in informing me of the construction. As the letter mention the building work did start every morning at 6am. Room was a good size with a balcony and kitchenette. Bedding was well worn and bobbly. Rooftop pool are was great.

Importantly Polo Towers is a clean and high service resort. The public transportation bus stop is in front of the hotel from the airport: Northbound and across the street at the MGM, back to the airport: Southbound. Connecting to the 203 buses will bring you to Chinatown where the Kung Fu Thai & Chinese Restaurant is very affordable and tasty. The 203 buses will take you to the KJ Dim Sum & Seafood Restaurant located inside the Rio Las Vegas Casino. Las Vegas is a very exciting vacation week and close to all shops or outlets or entertainment.

I planned a little graduation trip for my daughter from April 2-4 and our flight was canceled an hour and a half before taking off. I couldn’t get on another flight until late the next day, so we would have been there 12 hours and that’s not worth it. I was charged $206 by polo towers for not being able to get to Las Vegas (that’s even more than my original $190 total all because I cancelled knowing I couldn’t make it and thought maybe they could give my room to someone else). Apparently you should just not show up. It’s cheaper. Spent 2+ hours on the phone with Hilton and Polo Towers. They just kept transferring me from person to person. Finally they said that they would let me rebook but when I tried to I was told I couldn’t. So disappointed with how I was treated. I’m canceling my Hilton Amex.

The price: If you are paying $125 for a 1 bedroom suite, you would be getting a good deal. Just know that they will also be adding on a $36 nightly resort fee when you get here. The standard: I have been a vacation owner for 20+ years. If this was the standard I would be VERY disappointed. This is the first time I have ever had to pay a resort fee and truly there are no additional amenities that an above average hotel would not have pool, fitness center, business center. The staff: The staff were not helpful. Honestly, they were less than helpful. I had to ask how to.find the elevator to my room, how to get to the rooftop pool. Even when we asked the concierge which monorail station was closer they just answered MGM. They gave no additional information on how to get there or asked if we had additional questions. There is a lot of construction around the property & it is difficult to navigate. We were not given a map or directions on any of the area shopping or attractions. Apparently, there is supposed to be 50% off at a restaurant nearby. I just read that on the Polo Towers site. The room: I really believe our room must have been one that is only in the busiest of weekends and as a last resort. It has to be. It seemed clean (although definitely needed to be dusted!) The room is in desperate need of updating. The sheets had holes in them. The shower drain was rusted. The cold nozzle on the bathroom sink faucet took two hands to turn it on...it was so tight. And, the shower rod was installed incorrectly so the curtain did not properly close. I know it seems that I'm complaining. I'm not. I'm just being honest. I want to ensure that others are properly informed. I would highly recommend choosing another hotel in the area.

This hotel was a throw back to bad taste in decor of the 1990s. Parking is not free as a guest choice of valet in secure garage or an open public parking lot rather inconvenient. The hallways smelled funky. Moldy? Old? The villa. Was dated and worn. The kitchen was not adequately applied with basic cooking needs. Poor lighting in the bathroom made it a challenge for a morning shave or to apply makeup. This was our first and our last stay at this place. We took a chance because we were not able to book at the Marriott Grand Chateau next door and we like the centralized location. We know of other properties that aren't quite as convenient but much much nicer. They were off to a bad start from the get go. Informing us if the additional fees for parking but also adding an addition exchange fee we had paid with our travel share. As noted before. Won't happen again.

Not what I’ve come to expect from Hilton. The rooms are outdated and dirty. Urine all over the toilet and the shower was had a layer of black gunk inside and out. The studi is a Murphy bed that doesn’t covert and you have to jump in. Absolutely no customer service! All they know how to say is no. Charged me extra day of parking for leaving at 2:00 instead of noon. Not even a full 24 hours! Construction noise starts at 4:30 AM. I am a very light sleep, but they couldn’t accommodate my request and put me facing the construction. I could go on with the list of issues!

This is a great location. There was construction in the lot next door when we were there but it wasn't too disruptive. The pool area is awesome with an incredible view of the surrounding strip. Can't wait to go back to see the completion of business' nearby.

We stayed at the Polo Towers from February 24 till March 2nd in a two-bedroom condo that we booked. The view from the condo was amazing as it had a view that looked over the strip. On arrival we found the condo was super clean and the service that we received from the VIP staff was excellent. They would text my husband during the day to see if there was anything that we needed such as amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. On one occasion we needed more towels and within 10 minutes they brought it up to us. On another occasion we needed detergent to wash our clothes because the dispenser had run out and within a reasonable amount of time after sending the text to VIP services, a member of the staff brought up the detergent. There is construction going on as they are building a mall beside the building, but I can’t complain as I didn’t hear any noise. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Note that there are daily resort fees of $28.00 and you are given a choice of $20.00 valet parking per day or $18.00 general parking fee. We chose to take the $20.00 as we knew the car was in a safe place and it would be brought to the front area within 5 minutes of informing the valet service by text that we needed our car. There is a convenience store downstairs near the back entrance, and you also have a Target and Marshall within a 5-minute walk from the main entrance, in case you forgot something. I want to thank all the staff at the Polo towers and in particular Trina, Christina, Janice, Melissa and Selena at the VIP services as they were always very friendly and helpful.

Great location on the strip. It's located between the Planet Hollywood resort and the MGM. We had a 2 room lockout suite with an adjoining door. We had 2 balconies and had a great view of the Sphere. We would sit at night and watch the different images on the Sphere. Check in and check out were easy and everyone was very helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully furnished, and bathrooms were clean. We did have to request more bath towels and there was only one washer and dryer per floor. The bus stop was a short distance outside the building. A cab to the airport for the four of us was $25. Target, Walgreens and CVS are a 5 minute walk away. We found a great classy restaurant/bar in the Planet Hollywood Mall. They advertised 3 strong drinks for $12 and full meals were $5.99 each. They were top rated meals. The Restaurant/bar was called "Oceans One". We ate and had drinks at this place 6 of our 7 days in Vegas. Based on what we ate and drank, I figure this place saved us at least $300 per couple.
