At the Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas, guests appreciate the hotel's convenient central location and the spaciousness of the rooms but are often dismayed by additional fees such as parking and resort charges. While the lack of casino noise is a relief for some, others are troubled by noise from construction.
The atmosphere is described as tranquil yet marred by outdated decor. Amenities are deemed satisfactory, yet the service receives criticism for being unresponsive, and there are mixed reviews regarding cleanliness and housekeeping.

Importantly Polo Towers is a clean and high service resort. The public transportation bus stop is in front of the hotel from the airport: Northbound and across the street at the MGM, back to the airport: Southbound. Connecting to the 203 buses will bring you to Chinatown where the Kung Fu Thai & Chinese Restaurant is very affordable and tasty. The 203 buses will take you to the KJ Dim Sum & Seafood Restaurant located inside the Rio Las Vegas Casino.

The mixed reviews did make me wary (especailly as it is a Time Share property) but £55 per night (Expedia with flight from San Diego) was too good to miss. However being set back from the Strip makes it quiet (we had a 5th floor suite) and is well placed next to Planet Hollywood. In my opinion there is no safety issue going from the Strip to the hotel.
The check in was quick and easy, the room is enormous with Kitchen, Lounge & bedroom. Kitchen has cooker, coffee maker and full set of cooking utensils. There is a shop on the ground floor and Walgreens is very close.
Light touch housekeeping, they leave you alone if you have the privacy sign out, and will revisit on the same day if requested.
The do invite you to the desk for an introductory chat. Not pushy for a timeshare presentation.
We enjoyed the space and the option to prepare breakfast at the Polo Towers.
Beware of the resort fee. I later found out that Vegas.com had a great price on this property.

This resort is nestled in the middle of the Vegas strip. It is mid strip and conveniently located across from the Miracle Mile shops located in Planet Hollywood. One block from CVS and a couple of blocks from Walgreens. The staff was very courteous although we were lied to by one of the concierge staff attempting to sell us on a timeshare presentation. The resort itself was clean and spacious, we booked the 2 bed 2 bath suite which included a connecting room and was provided with a rollaway bed free of charge that was actually comfortable. It wasn’t the fold up kind but a regular full size mattress on a metal frame.
I would definitely stay here again.

I have been going to Vegas now for 14 years/36 Trips from January 2006-January 2020 and always been Polo Towers and knew it was a timeshare but never looked into it. This time around I was checking airbnb and then Priceline as I really didn't want to stay in a hotel with nothing but a bed in the room. The biggest expense in traveling is food and drinks. I came across Polo Towers on Priceline and got it for $370 canadian dollars for 3 nights. The place is amazing. Perfect location right on The Strip beside MGM Grand and behind the Hawaiian Market. You cannot ask for a better location. I got the Studio Suite. Checking in the girl at check-in allowed me to check-in early as I got there around 1pm. The Studio Suite was perfect me me.its cool how the bed comes down from the wall. When you put it up, you have the sofa as you put the cushions on it and move the small tables over. The balcony was what Inreally liked. Each morning I had a tea and sat outside on the balcony. Great view looking North towards Cosmopolitan and Planet Hollywood. There is no stove or full size fridge in a studio but that was fine as the medium size fridge was perfect with the microwave. I walked over to Walgreens and grabbed a few cans of stuff to microwave and put some drinks in the fridge. You get dishes, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, utensils, paper towels, dishsoap, dish towels. The bed was super comfy. You definitely feel very at home. I was lazy on my 2nd day and didn't bother going out anywhere until that night. The staff are top notch and not once did anyone bother me about timeshares. I definitely will stay here again no question. Great place and clean.

The hotel is right on the strip, very central and close to the other hotels and restaurants. I had a 2 bdrm suite, which was very spacious with a kitchen and living/dining room and large en-suite. The 2 bdrm had a Murphy bed, smaller bdrm and small bar are with a coffee maker, and both rooms have balconies. It was especially nice to be able to get a view of the strip from the suite.
The drawbacks are the restrictions around the pool. Due to social distancing, only a limited number of people can use the pool so unless you go in the morning, it’s difficult to be able to use it. You won’t even know until you go there and someone is there with a clipboard who will put your name and phone number down on the waitlist. Also, the hours of operation are limited (8-6) and the hot tub is under construction.
There is an underground parking lot but it has limited spaces so unless you go early, it’s likely going to be full and you’ll need to use the overflow lot outside. These are the main amenities you’re paying for in the $32 daily resort fee so if you don’t have a car or don’t swim, you’re not getting much.
Also, due to covid, there is no housekeeping. If you need something, they will bring it up to you.
Other than these drawbacks, the rest of the stay is pleasant. The location and suite make up for the inconveniences.

I have been visiting Las Vegas on a regular basis since 1973. Most of the hotel/casinos in downtown and the strip have been my accomidations at least once. Just returned from four nights at the Polo Towers, my first time there. Most incredible lodging in Vegas due to:
Easy parking. Zero wear and tear on the unit and the common areas was evident, and spotlessly clean. Great location. Super nice staff, upon arrival I was hunting for my room, and a maintenance guy saw me looking and guided me. The whole staff was like that. My lodging was not a mere "room", it's an actual apartment with full kitchen, balcony large enough for several people, fantastic views over the strip, fast elevators. Even the hot water is somehow set up to arrive immediately upon turning the faucet. High quality towels and bed sheets. Great mattress and pillows. No one ever bothered me for one second about buying a time share. My one bedroom unit had two flat screen TV sets with all the cable channels. The bathroom was huge. The full size refrigerator had a working ice maker. They left a giant coffee packet for each day of my stay, with a full size coffee maker. There is even a dish washer. I won't be staying anywhere else in Vegas after this experience. Polo Towers must be run by somebody who knows what they are doing. I seldom bother to write a review, but this place deserves it, and I have zero business relationship to whatever Diamond Resorts is.

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel withing walking distance of the T-Mobile Center to attend the Pac 12 tournament, and not have to pay exorbitant parking fees. This was a good value we got on hotelwire.com (hotwire.com). They have free parking, and yes resort fees for about $35/night. When the tournament cancelled due to virus, the front desk said we had to talk to hotwire to get a refund if we wanted to leave because of the virus. We're seniors with asthma. After two days of calling hotwire, they tried to negotiate a refund, but desk said no. I wrote to the Area manager for Diamond Resorts which owns the hotel, and explained, I understood the typical no-refund policy but in the case of this national pandemic, our age and health, we would like to make a personal plea. He wrote back and said I will get a refund of both the resort fees and our room rate. Very pleased. but the front desk when we check out 2 days early couldn't give me a receipt indicating I would be receiving the refund, even when I showed them the Area manager's email. So I'm still waiting to see if I get the refund. Stay tuned.
The room, was a studio, and though it said "murphy bed" it's kind of always down. It makes into a sofa I guess, but you have to ask for the cushions to do that. Small kitchenette that was very nice, with adequate dishware and utensils. Very nice shower and bathroom, and even a balcony. I would come back and stay here again.

Good location on strip to access nearby casinos, so unless you want to venture further than the strip while in Vegas you don't need a car here like you do at some of the other Diamond properties in Vegas. It does edge on what has been a little "grittier" section of the strip, but as of September 2022 the area is closed down and getting a facelift so hoping this area will be rather nice by next year. 1 bedroom suites and villas are nice size with suites providing a parking lot view and villas providing a strip view. Fitness center is nice and has an attendant during open hours, unfortunately there is no access outside those hours. Rooftop pool is nice with both semi-shaded areas and sunny areas, again the open hours could be a little longer for the pool and hot tub. The new norm most places seems to be no daily housekeeping unless you pay for it, but Polo Towers will text you twice a day to check if you need anything and will bring more towels etc if asked. Avoid the sales presentation, update, or whatever they want to call the meeting - the new Hilton people are nice, but it is ultimately still a sales pitch with the usual veiled pressure to take advantage "TODAY ONLY".

We rented a 2-bedroom unit for our family. It turned out to be a lockout situation with the 2nd bedroom in a hotel room setup. This was not a big deal, but we thought it was odd that the single unit had a Murphy bed instead of a regular bed. The larger unit did have a full kitchen, but it was missing a spatula for cooking eggs, lids for skillets, and a pizza cutter. Neither unit had a broom, mop, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, which was a first in our experience with timeshares. If we had decided to use the housecleaning service it was an additional $100 per visit on top of the $261 we already to pay in resort fees for basically nothing. Like another reviewer stated, we could not access the pool or hot tub, and when the spa was closed, so was the exercise room (same area). Also, we had to pay extra for parking, about $175 since part of our family came a little later in the week in a separate vehicle. When leaving, we asked to use one of the luggage carts to bring our items downstairs and were told that none were available. Apparently, they are only available when using the valet parking, which we couldn’t because we have a pickup. We picked this resort because it was close to Top Golf. Next time, we will stay at the Grand Desert across the street from Top Golf. We’ve stayed there before and it was nicer and the parking was included. On the upside, the staff checked on us daily to see if we needed to refill any amenities and the grocery store on site was not overly priced compared to other places on the Strip.

Polo Towers is in an excellent location on the strip, making it very easy to get around to the different casinos. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I have been staying at Polo for over 20 years, and it’s definitely showing its age in the rooms. It’s great to have a kitchen and the size of the suites is decent, but the beds aren’t very comfortable, the hvac is noisy, and every time we would shower the smoke detector would beep from the steam. Some paint and new fixtures would go a long way in improving the feel of the rooms. In spite of the great location, walking down the driveway/road toward the strip is super creepy at night. There are people sleeping/passed out along there. Polo should consider investing in outdoor security people and lighting to guide people safely to the strip until the new shopping center is built on the former site of the old Hawaiian Marketplace.
Suggestion: If you stay here, you will want to pick up your own toilet paper at the nearby drugstore. The rooms have really cheap single ply tp, and you’d be better off wiping with a piece of cardboard.

Not sure. Best if you call the property
There was a public parking lot directly behind the Polo Towers that was a good deal cheaper that we used. You could come & go as you wanted, get your own car, no valet (no tipping, no waiting). We found it much more convenient. It wasn't a garage, just an open lot. I can't remember the name of it, or the amount. But if you drive around the building when you get there, you will see it.
They are a good size. You could easily accommodate 5 or more people. The master bedroom is very large and has room for a cot.
The living room has a pull out sofa that sleeps 2.
