The hotel is excellent in every area from the rooms to the hotel staff. The property is kept clean. Room service is top notch. Drink service is A+. It's off the strip but has the most convenient location right next to the 15 freeway. To...More
I was very happy with the style of my room. The room remodeling was well done. Just not the location- right in front of the bank of elevators. Got to listen to the ‘bong, bong’ (down) the whole stay, plus people tends to yell or...More

The king suite we have stayed in once one it was good but I must say we prefer the deluxe queen with the two beds. Beds are clean, nice sheets and comfortable pillows. The hotel was having hugs renovations the last time we were there and the bedrooms were done quite recently. We have absolutely no qualms about staying there. There is a free shuttle bus every hour to the strip and you can ask at the desk for a timetable for the return trip times. The rooms are clean and the staff we have encountered and spoken to are very polite and will do anything requested if it is within their means. Restaurants are excellent and use the boarding pass you can pick up in the casino to get a discount at the restaurants. We have stayed in the big hotels on the strip but would NEVER consider staying at them any more. We love the Palace Station and have been there many, many times.
