Everything was excellent, we will definitely be booking with NYNY again. The atmosphere itself was happy and inviting. The ability to get around easily in the hotel without getting lost was a huge plus.
You get what you pay for. I was displeased with how loud I could hear the guests in the neighboring room. It kept me up in the hours of the night and couldn’t sleep without the help of my white noise app. The staff was friendly from what I was observed but did witness an argument between staff one morning. The elevators weren’t very clean from my first glance but I do know many people use them daily. I will be staying in another hotel next go-around but my stay was adequate for how long we were in the room.
We stay here every year! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Rates are reasonable. Casino is fun! Everything you need is right there at various price points. My husband is not a gambler and enjoys staying here as well. Quick and easy to get from hotel room out to the Strip.
Bad customer service and really didn’t care to try and find a resolution. I was being overcharged at the check out but caught in just in time. The counter representative wasn’t Not capable of handling my adjustment he had to refer to management probably needed more training seem overwhelmed.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Las Vegas hotel. When we checked in there was only one front desk clerk. It took over an hour and a half to check in. There was no help in sight. When we got to the front desk the front desk agents we're not very helpful and did not have much support from management
I had a great first time stay at New York New York. It was a spacious room, beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. Super clean room. The staff were super attentive and friendly.
Even though it seems time for a general remodel, I always enjoy staying at NYNY. I appreciate the VIP staff. However our hostess made no attempt to connect with us but did provide a fruit basket for us in our rooms.
Had semen stains on sheets. Dirty stained towels. Housekeeping took hours to “change” first sheets only to find they just made the bed with the same dirty sheets. Had to complain again and watch the new housekeeping put new sheets on.
The best hotel I've been so far in my many years here in the US. Close to the freeway, ample parking and friend staff. I love the many restaurants at the casino level and many access points in and around the Vegas strip!
Check in and front desk was terrible and not courteous. The rooms are very dated and worn out in relation to the price charged. I was forced to choose this location due to stay and play situation but the price was well higher than the experience given for that amount. Old and outdated with bitchy check in does nothing to offset the problem. Terrible experience
