Booked 2 rooms one room smells horrible that it made it difficult to sleep the other room the hot water was out !! And front desk did not answer . It was just an awful experience. Book somewhere else . They just lost a customer!!!

The rooms are pretty nice but the shower was not draining. Also I asked for a view of the strip and the lady indicated she would find me one but instead of telling me she couldn't find one, I found out when I went in the room.

Excellent customer care just needs work on the new check in app. Kept trying to check in with the qr code but kept having errors but other than that I had an amazing experience. The staff was professional helpful and very responsive.

I was very unhappy and disappointed. The shower temperature was either scalding hot or cold. Couldn’t even shower my child. I bared both and it was not enjoyable. Room service delivered cold breakfast and steak. To top it off the elevators went down on our last day of stay.
