I stayed from 3/26 - 3/30 in the tower facing the swimming pool, 24th floor. During Monday 3/27/23, there seemed like there might be a sewage problem as it smelled terrible inside the hotel and outside as well throughout the day. Then from 9pm to 3am, there was a nonstop humming noise of a large sewage vacuum truck right below my window, several stories down. The smell got worse when I popped open the air vent. There was also construction like noises like banging and crashing. The humming was terrible, even with earplugs, I could hear it. I even tried my noise canceling headset. I called front desk at 2am and 3am to find out what is going on with the noise and they confirmed there was construction happening. I really wish management would have given us a heads up prior to them starting nighttime construction work, or let residents know that there was a sewage issue. Being on a business trip and not being able to sleep for 6 hours due to nighttime construction noise is unacceptable. Aren't there noise ordinances in the city? They should at least comp that night of the nonstop construction sounds. Additionally, the rooms need more direct and ambient lighting. It is super dark. …

Hotel's Favorite
MGM is very clean hotel with very friendly staff, the best restaurants, great shows, lots of slot machines, great walking location to New York New York, Excalibur, Luxor, and Mandalay Bay. My wife and I love the easy walk and experience through the shops and casinos to all the aforementioned hotels. It is also a stop on the Monorail route, which is a good way to visit other casinos on the strip. We've stayed at other hotels but MGM Grand is now the only place we stay when visiting Las Vegas.

We stayed in a stay well room but it didn’t feel any different than a regular room. Housekeeping through away some of our souvenirs that we had put up on the bathroom counter. We also found trash from the last person that stayed there under the beds and behind the toilet. Our room wasn’t worth the extra money

Hotel to large, no fridge, microwave, coffee maker in ur room, have to get dressed and stand in a 30 minute line for a $11.00 cup of coffee. Feel as though for the price paid for the room I should be able to store water in the fridge and make my own coffee in my room.

Only smoked cigar at three card poker. Billed $1000 for smoking in the room. Management would not remove it. We told them multiple times my husband only smoked in the casino. They insisted the sensor was correct.

Not satisfied, cancellation policy is We will charge your whole stay if you cancel or not! I will never book through Expedia again or with MGM grand again for a trip here. I tried contacting customer service, they care none at all about a change in plans, they will charge my credit card for the whole amount no matter what!

Extremely uncomfortable beds, not great room service, because maids just left dirty towels didn’t pick things up and would only provide something upon request, the outlets in the room were not working well so difficult to plug. See Pops and ended up making multiple maintenance request so that we could use RC Pops, which left us with no lamps that we’re working in the room for three days.
