Stayed at this great hotel again last month. I have stayed at about 20 hotels in my many trips to Vegas and this is my favorite. Away from the hectic Fremont Street but close enough to pop over there for alittle fun. The highway and train noise didn't bother me a bit and I was on the 5th floor facing... More

We stayed at this hotel after 4 nights at Bally's, near the Vegas strip. We like the close proximity to Fremont Street, 5 minutes walking distance and 20 minutes walking distance to the North Premium Outlet. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a little charm of old style Las Vegas to it in comparison to the loud... More

We were scheduled to arrive in Vegas very late. We did not want to contend with the hustle and bustle of the strip at that hour so we looked elsewhere to book. After reading several of the reviews of the Main Street Station (MSS), we decided to give it a try. We checked in around 2 am where we found... More

We've been staying at MSS for about 20 years. It was quaint and cool and deal back ten. Now, the deals are "eh" and it appears they haven't spent a penny on the rooms. It's time, Sam. Remodel. Try getting a hold of a casino host if you don't believe me about service. I was in an airport, waiting for... More

Stayed here for Thanksgiving, usually stay at the Cal but they were sold out. It's comfortable, room is old and needs an update, bathrooms are kind of dirty and old. The room itself is larger than at the Cal. Refrigerator, no coffee machine. The room was an even number room and was facing the freeway and train tracks so a... More

After reading several reviews we thought our group of 9 would try the Main Street buffet. Sadly, all 8 of us were disappointed. 4 Adults, 2@14, 2 @ 12 yr's old. Desserts tasted stale except ice cream, lamb chops were over done & tasted like mitten, prime rib was tough & well done, duck was greasy & so smothered in... More

We decided to have thanksgiving dinner at the Main Street station buffet. The line was about 45 minutes but with the family having a good time it went by quickly. The service was good and the food was excellent. We seen several other buffet lines at other casinos that were shorter but 3 times the price. The food was great... More

Ate at the Main St. Station dinner buffet Wednesday Nov. 17. In all fairness, I need to mention that I've eaten breakfast there several times, and every one was a positive experience. But the dinner buffet that night was so bad it defies description. The salad and desserts were Ok, but the "hot" food was extremely bad. I put hot... More

We had never stayed downtown before even though we visit downtown once or twice on each trip to Vegas. Our regular hotel had a convention for the last 3 nights of our stay and had outrageous prices so we moved to Main Street Station to give it a try. We loved it! We only paid $30 a night for our... Main Street Station is located in downtown Las Vegas. There is free parking. It is near the Fairmont Experience which has a lot to see. Bands and shops and lots of people watching. As for the staying at this hotel, it is very tired and worn out. It is like most casinos having a strong smell of cigarettes however it... More
