Casino and restaurants are nice. Saw the topless show sexy. Not a bad show. Lobby and hotel amenities were good, But the rooms were terrible!!!! I saw the new remodeled rooms they brag about for time shares- gorgeous but the room I paid to STAY in was a poor attempt at a remodel!!! The tub we had looked like Elvis... More

Was here for a conference and the room was booked by my company. I've been here before and it's been bad for at least 8 years. Rooms are old with no electrical sockets at any convenience place. Had to plug my phone across the room, and when I went looking for a wall socket behind the bed found years of... More

Stayed 3 nights for a conference. Room was fine, I think mine was renovated, but it was just pretty average. I had no issues with noise. I agree with other posts you are constantly ambushed by the staff for your "free gift" or "free shows". It's annoying. Staff was nice at check in and whenever we needed something. Would not... More

Yes you are away from all of the action, but the monorail is on site and is great! The rooms are nice and the staff is polite. If you have an event at the convention center this IS the place to stay. You can walk through the hotel and right onto the south side of the convention hall. Had a... More

Good location - if you plan to use the monorail. The spa was broken while we were there - boo! and the poolside bar was not open. They had plenty of cabanas to rent - but the jump in price on Friday to Sunday, made it not so interesting. Go for the 1/2 day rental - though it's 1st come... More

I was booked here through my office to attend a conference at the convention center next door. Having vowed never to stay at a Westgate property again (see my review of Branson Woods) I arrived with trepidation. The hotel was adequate. My room was cleaned everyday and the five nights were spent sleeping on a pretty comfortable bed. But that... More

Even though this hotel is off the strip, I loved it. (I usually stay on the strip). There is easy access to the strip via monorail which stops at this hotel. I uses the monorail daily. The hotel isn't overly crowded for its massive size but there was a bit of a wait for checking in. The room was updated... More

We were in a Signature Room in the Central tower, very near all the action. The room was clean and comfortable, a good size, overlooking the golf course and Stratosphere. The pillows were the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. There was a nice amount of storage space (except for the bathroom) and I appreciated the room safe NOT... More

Stayed in a two bedroom for 4 nights Thanksgiving week. Walking in, first impression was great - pretty fountains at the front entrance, friendly staff, the rooms were good sized and the huge garden tub in the master was a highlight. As we got unloaded, small annoyances started popping up immediately - lightbulb out in the master bedroom lamp, closet... More

Nice Hotel. Good prices in November. Not that overcrowded. Free self parking garage. Go green and renounce housekeeping/chambermaid to get a 10$ voucher daily which you perfectly can use for the buffet or a restaurant.
