Arrived on a Monday night at 5:15 pm faced a line that took us 35 minutes to get to the front of to get checked in...travelled in 50 countries, the third world and never experienced anything like this. Failed management to anticipate the mass checkin--they had the reservations ...not sure why they did not staff up. Only half of the...

I have visited the Flamingo yearly for the past 12 years. They no longer offer room service for dinner. Room service is offered only between 6 a.m. & 1 p.m. Their casual restaurant is closed and the buffet is not open for dinner during weekdays. The only place to get something to eat in the evening/night during the week is...

Thank you for the feedback. While we are pleased you enjoyed yourself in general, we regret that you experienced an inconvenience with regard to broken vending machines and hours of operation for our restaurants. We hope you will consider staying at Flamingo again on your next visit.

If you want a bargain hotel in the middle of the strip action.....The Flamingo is what you are looking for. However if you want luxury accommodations - look elsewhere. I stayed in a GO Room, I would suggest nothing less than that for a room. It came with a fridge and coffee maker. The pool is nice, large, and of...

Hotel is showing its age, staff not friendly, rooms OK at best. Food choices and quality not good. Don't be fooled by 'high roller room' it means you look at a big Ferris wheel and parking lot not the strip, and the strip view room is cheaper. Place needs improving to be worth the cost. Pick a newer property it...

A co-worker of mine told me that there was always, at any hotel in vegas, a $28.00 a day resort fee. I had gone on the expedia website & looked at the flamingo & did see the fee. I went directly to the Flamingo site & after I paid & got the receipt it said I was paid in full....

Rooms in this hotel are older and not yet totally remodeled. The flamingo garden is fun to take the kids to and is free so even if you decide not to stay here it's a must do. The food court within hotel is open real late like for those of us who like to stay up and gamble. Also pretty...

Repair all elevators to be in working order at all times. Rooms are wonderful and at perfect location. It would be nice if there was transportation to most locations for hotel guests instead taxi services are necessary which is very expensive.

Checking in took over an hour and out about half an hour. The lifts took ages to arrive. The rooms were very dated yet the beds were comfortable. On arriving as we had no credit card they took 200$ from us for security. Customer service very poor, and no free wifi available. Wouldn't recommend this hotel far better ones on...

Visited the Flamingo from Aug 4-9. Had a go room over looking the pool and Linq. Pool was great, I would suggest getting in line for pool at 8:50 as they open at 9. If your planning the 21 and over pool remember ID and room key. The only cons I had were the total rewards Program doesn't offer as...

I have been around the world, I know how to use hotel room keys so when the front desk repeatedly asks if I have had them near my phone, money, credit cards, etc, I find it quite ridiculous. The queue for check in was over 40 minutes long so when I waited, got my key, went to my room for...

From the newly designed GO Rooms to a wealth of dining and entertainment choices, Flamingo proves "fabulous is forever." With classic Las Vegas style and flair, it continues to be one of the Strip’s most-visited resort destinations. Outside, guests enjoy acres of waterfalls, winding pools and lush foliage at the Lagoon Pool and Wildlife Habitat. For adults, the GO Pool is the destination for an afternoon of relaxation. Inside, enjoy performances ranging star siblings Donny & Marie to comedians George Wallace and Vinnie Favorito. Afternoon frivolity is found at Nathan Burton’s Comedy Magic while adult fun is staged nightly at X Burlesque, the Topless Review. Diners can enjoy go tropical at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville or simply go all out at the Paradise Garden Buffet. Flamingo is also the home of the world's first Margaritaville Casino, a Parrothead paradise straight out of a Jimmy Buffett album.
