Stayed at the Flamingo previously and enjoyed it. This time, not so much. Staff was unfriendly, difficult to deal with and overall didn't care about the customer. Room quality was disappointing (missing furniture, lots AC and poor water pressure. I won't be staying here again, even at a bargain price.

Rooms are outdated and not clean, virtually no response after contacting front desk. Asked over phone if our family members arriving before us could check in as long as they had reservation, ccard #'s etc and was told yes. Family members waited in line to check in for almost an hour and were told they had to wait for us...

We had a nice room, a GO mini-suite. It was in the mid 90's, so the pool was welcome. Only one pool was opened, and there really should have been two, as it was quite crowded and people looked all over for chairs. The two biggest negatives are the annoying salespeople from Wyndam that are in the lobby harassing you...

Let's cut to the chase: check-in lines here are consistently, maddeningly long. This week, it took us an hour to schlep through the maze of people and luggage and even reach the registration desk. As the length of the line lengthened, registration staff actually dwindled. Talking with friends who also stay here, these massive lines are the rule, not the...

Enjoyed the hotel - great atmosphere and buzz in casino. Visited with 9 friends and always ended up in same spot in casino as drinks came frequently. Service great at reception and pleasant surprise with rooms etc after what I'd heard. Had view out the back which was the high roller so pretty nice. TIP - Get 2 queens instead...

The buffet was amazing. The rooms were spacious and the view was good. Im thinking we might stay at the Flamingo again depending on the comp offers. im glad we didn't have to wait in line to check in as there were a lot of people that waited well over 45 mins.
