My wife and I stayed here from September 26-30. We were both very pleased with our stay. We used the mobile ap to check in and the self check in kiosk to pickup our room keys. I highly recommend using this process to check in, about 15 minutes is all it took. We stayed in one of the newly renovated Flamingo rooms. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping staff was excellent. The location of the Flamingo is hard to beat, it is right in the heart of the strip. We loved being right next to the Linq Promenade which has many dining and shopping options. We will definitely stay at the Flamingo again.

Hotel's Favorite
Our 1st stay here. The price was great first of all. Right in the center of the strip across from Caesar’s. The casino outside of being smoky from constant cigarettes was a nice place to gamble, slots or whatever you like to play. Clean and well maintained. A few restaurants inside, coffee place etc. Also restaurants and coffee places on the outside of the hotel. The 21 and older pool was a hit with our family seeing we have no youngsters any longer. They had food and drinks and a DJ with good music later in the morning early afternoon. The pool itself was beautiful and big. Waterfalls etc. definitely something the family loved. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was a nice room very clean and updated. I recommend this place if you want the bang for your Buck. Room service was so polite and great. Check was easy and check out we actually did through the room TV. Thanks for a great stay.

Room Tip: Vegas is busy so I recommend getting an Uber or taxi to get you from and back to the airport....

Great place to stay very central of the strip. Pool was nice and Dj had variety playing. Rooms were loud and can easily hear next door. Great space in the room. Rooms were cleaned daily. check in was a bit of a hassle and a lot of computer were down

So I took my bff for her birthday…I checked out no problem no extra charges everything paid… only for 2 days later my card to be charged for a different hotel restaurant I didn’t go to and it was after I checked out and was on a flight back home .I’ve never been there & was charged $90 so basically you can go to a restaurant order food charge it to a random room Harrahs doesn’t check ID (if they did I wouldn’t be charged)so basically it’s fraud ..to have access to a card & to charge it after the customer has checked out without point of contact… also the people on the phn were very rude … I’m waiting to be refunded… be careful anyone can charge food or whatever to your room and they will wait until days later after checkout to charge you after confirming you paid everything and are good ..hopefully this never happens to you I’ll never go back k.w

Room was great, amenities good. Housekeeping in everyday to change garbage and freshen up bathroom and towels. Enjoyed coffee shop, lobby massage, casino and RuPaul show. Excellent location right in the middle of the action.

We traveled to Vegas over Labor Day weekend and checked in the Flamingo on Friday afternoon. We have traveled to Vegas several times and stayed at almost every property on the strip. We prefer Flamingo because of the size, location, pool and old Las Vegas feel. Upon arrival, the line for the kiosks was about a mile long and the Diamond check in room was closed. My husband found an employee assisting at the kiosks and asked if there was a separate check in area for diamond and she said she would meet us at Diamond check in. Within 5 minutes we were checked in. We had a Flamingo premium room which is classified as a suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint that I have is that the carpet in the room was filthy. My husband and I each brought a pair of slipper socks and put them on while we were walking around the room and threw them away before we left. There did not appear to be housekeeping services, but I am still a little confused about it. On our second morning we wanted clean towels and toilet paper and to have our trash emptied and I texted Ivy (automated concierge) and she said that we had opted out of housekeeping. We were never asked. She asked if we wanted to opt back in and I said yes but we never did get housekeeping over our five night stay but were able to change out towels and get supplies when we saw housekeeping in the hallways each morning. Overall, we love Flamingo, it’s one of our favorites. They seriously need to shampoo the carpet throughout the hotel though.

i recently stayed at the flamingo for two weeks. At 9am in the morning security banged the door and was phoning the room. We orignally thought it was housekeeping. Opened the door it was security claiming they were doing a safety check for people who stay for extended stays. The guy came in with a torch and looked clearly he was looking for somebody or extra bodies never done any "safety" checks . For two girls staying there this was intimidating and unnecessary.

We stayed at the Flamingo because it was a part of the wedding package of a grandson. Check-in was a nightmare, and when we got to the room it was a disappointment for the price of over $300/night. The list of problems: no shower curtain, bathroom sink drained VERY slowly, bathroom door was damaged and unsightly, the hanger on the bathroom door was ready to fall off, the bathroom air vent grill was filthy, the room was short on outlets for 4 electronics, a hearing aid charger, and lighted mirror, and the switch on 1 lamp was broken (this was replaced).

The room was very cheap (we spent more on a pool daybed for a day than for our entire stay) which was great, but the room/hotel amenities were lacking. It was not clean: there were items left from the last guest under the night stand and there was so much dust on the closet shelf that it started piling up when I dragged my finger across it. The amenities were off: there was no body wash in the shower dispenser, the hair dryer was not working and I was told they didn't have another working one in the entire hotel, the ice machine on our floor was out of order and they couldn't even bring me a bucket of ice instead because they still did not have room service. The buffet was also not open (but I knew this before hand). I found the casino to be a bit boring/quiet, but I didn't get to go in many others to check if this was just the way Vegas is now. I would probably try staying again at a later date hoping that things would improve as the world opened up again, but this was not a good first impression.
