Check in took almost 2 hours. No desk to go to it’s all kiosks. One young lady trying to direct you but unfortunately she was not that good at her job. Once we got our rooms it was all good. Room was clean, bed and pillows were good and would not hesitate to book again. We passed on the $7 a day house keeping but did pay $20 to have the room available on check in. We found all the staff we dealt with very good throughout the stay. Check out took 5 minutes as we went right to a kiosk rather than lining up. Resort fees, for what? Rip off!

Hotel's Favorite
Our 1st stay here. The price was great first of all. Right in the center of the strip across from Caesar’s. The casino outside of being smoky from constant cigarettes was a nice place to gamble, slots or whatever you like to play. Clean and well maintained. A few restaurants inside, coffee place etc. Also restaurants and coffee places on the outside of the hotel. The 21 and older pool was a hit with our family seeing we have no youngsters any longer. They had food and drinks and a DJ with good music later in the morning early afternoon. The pool itself was beautiful and big. Waterfalls etc. definitely something the family loved. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was a nice room very clean and updated. I recommend this place if you want the bang for your Buck. Room service was so polite and great. Check was easy and check out we actually did through the room TV. Thanks for a great stay.

Room Tip: Vegas is busy so I recommend getting an Uber or taxi to get you from and back to the airport....

Once I got past being unnecessarily intimidated by the self check-in kiosks, everything was smooth and awesome. The feel of the Flamingo is warm ... 'old school' Las Vegas. Totally central on the strip for easy access to everything else. The pool area is tropically dreamy. I recommend getting into line for a pool lounge chair early ...like at 8:30am, for a 9:00am opening. The only thing I could see being an improvement would be for the hotel to replace the many expensive rental loungers for more of the no-charge accessible loungers, so more people can have a chance to enjoy their time by the pool. I'll be going back for sure!

We stayed there for 5 nights this week and the the rooms are so run down and old. Carpets are black furniture stained toilet paper holders coming off the wall hardly any servers working the casino On a Thursday Evening we saw 2 servers and 1 server was working most of the floor and was tired and complaining. I did not blame her one bit. If you smoke , finding an ashtray is a challenge. So if you find one. keep it as you love around the casino. The Cabanas at the pools are simple and quite frankly gross. Do not rent them. The day beds are better. Security staff at the Pools were really wonderful and the servers at the pool were great! Only good service O experienced there. We have stayed here before and it just gets worse everytime.. We will not stay there again , I will gladly pay alittle more to be in a clean hotel with decent service.

Hadn’t stayed at the Flamingo for years! Wish I hadn’t stayed this time. Probably a great place if you are you younger, and on a budget. We had a large room, and it was clean but the hallways we filthy. We didn’t have a long wait for check in, thanks goodness but, we stayed Sunday thru Wednesday. The pool is nice but, no chairs. The music was super loud and like others said, I could do without the music without all the swearing. Slots were super tight! We did not see one person get paid off for a jackpot. We switched to video poker and did much better. The only good thing was that this hotel was centrally located. Stay somewhere else.

We had a big group of friends going to Vegas and the host decided to stay at Flamingo due to the lack of availability in other hotels for 40+ people on the same floor. Booking Flamingo, I knew it will not be the Bellagio or Cosmo, but damn! Flamingo shocked me. Check-in took 1.5 half hours in the line. My flight was one hour, and Flamingo check-in took longer. We had to sleep wearing our cloth and put towel on the shower floor. Dirty room, sheets smelled like Clorox. Bathroom was just filthy with mols and someone’s hair, God knows from where. Pictures speak for themselves! FLAMINGO - you need to pay my money back.

This hotel/casino has gone dramatically down hill since Caesars sold their properties to El Dorado Group. This hotel is so mismanaged, it defies belief. Checking in is a nightmare!!! No front desk anymore. Now it is kiosks and a couple of people to help the masses if you are lucky. Lines are long and the wait times unbelievable. Service employees are very unhappy and they probably have retained maybe 60% of the people who once worked there. Also, they have changed the odds on their slot machines and it is not in favor of the players. Finally, all of the properties do not give change at their ticket cashing machines, so you get a piece of paper that has to be taken to the cashier area. Most people either don’t know to grab the paper after they get their cash, or they do not bother to cash it in for 20 cents or so. They are making a bunch of money every day with this scam. Avoid Eldorado run casinos and hotels at any cost. Those casinos and hotels are: Flamingo, Harrahs, The Linq, The Cromwell, Ballys, Paris, Planet Hollywood and Caesars.

Beware of extra resort fees. They gave me a room that had an awful view and was right behind the elevators so i could hear that all day and night . I also had no refrigerator, then when I later found out I could call to ask for one, the had none available
