Had some issues during my stay. But generally the atmosphere is good in the Hotel. Great Location. Fernando deputy Manager is an asset - best in the form of customer service. Professional and polite - and actually gets things done. Rooms I wouldn’t recommend paying a little extra and getting some of the new refurbished rooms.

Room was a dump. The floor was sticky, the sink faucet was cracked, the vent above the shower was covered in dust, and the shower didn’t work. Front desk staff was rude and said they called someone to fix the shower but nobody came. Checked out early and would never stay again. So many better options on the strip.

This hotel is repulsive. The casino is dirty and the rooms (even the supposed renovated ones) are dirty and WAY overpriced. There is a $60-$30 fee to check in before 4pm. They charge an additional $45 a day for a resort fee and there is NO resort there. No attention to detail, terrible customer service. Just a dirty old hotel and wreaks of years of smoke, sweat vomit and who knows what else.

Don’t waste your time. We had banging pipes for 3 of the 5 days. Kept waking us up during the night. One day, no water for a few hours and when it came back on there was no hot water as well as the next morning and the water was brown. One of towels I used after my shower had feces stains. Complaining was a waste of time. Will never stay there again unless I have to. I stayed for a 5 day seminar.

I wasn’t expecting much with the price of this place, but it was better than anticipated as far as the rooms were concerned. The check-in process was a bit messy and the pool was always seemingly really crowded, so we didn’t make it there. The best part about this hotel is the location - it has a monorail stop attached and is in the center of everything. The casino is OK. If you’re looking for a budget stay and won’t be in your room most of the time, definitely check out the historic Flamingo!

The room was fine the lack of adequate trash cans. Bathrooms and one small 12x12 inch can in living room. Had to take trash to can by the elevators. House phones inoperative and Guest Services was closed all different hours of the day. No concierge service other than virtual available was most concerning when paying $4800 for a 5 night stay I expect a higher level of service

The Self Check in kiosks is absolutely horrible. What a slap in the face to guests not to even have the choice of checking in with a human. I could see one or two but it is obvious that you are just trying to eliminate positions with a kiosk. This was my first time back in a few years and I was really disappointed with the self check in stations, the lines are continuously very very long and the is no interaction with any host or staff. What a terrible decision. As far as the room, most people come in from out of town, would it be too much to have a couple of waters in the rooms for guests first arriving? The decision makers really should wake up!

Brought a group of 16 to celebrate our son's 21st birthday. Decided on Flamingo after checking out so many of the "non-luxury" hotels on the strip. So Glad to say we made the right choice. Of course, you can't beat the location right in the center of the strip, but the rooms and stay exceeded our expectations going in. The rooms were comfortable, and clean which is all you really need. There are plenty of places to eat and drink both inside the hotel, and right outside at the Prominade. The "kids" had a great time, and the location to the club across the street at Caesars was great for them. It ended up being the perfect location for our group.

This place is the best deal on the strip in my opinion. It’s close to everything and the monorail even has a dedicated stop at it! The room was nice and updated and served our needs well. They have decent quick food service and they are right next to the Lina’s promenade, so there’s plenty of food options.

After reading some of the reviews I was dreading what might be coming. I needn't have worried , we booked a flamingo room on the 17thfloor which was spotlessly clean , beautifully furnished and serviced daily. We had a lovely view looking out to the high roller and sphere which was captivating at night. We arrived on a Saturday night after a long flight and had no problems Checking in,all though it did get very busy at times. The staff I spoke to were all very polite and helpful. I would definitely go back to the flamingo.
