Checking into the hotel was pretty easy. It was a very lovely room. However, we had booked double beds. Ended up with a single. Called front desk (phone rang forever). They told me it would be an additional $20 per night. Asked for extra pillow. Had to call 4 additional times and flag down house keeping. 8 HOURS LATER WE... More

Right here, right now I can say I have never been treated so poorly at any hotel. I do realize there is a specific check in time; however, a bit of kindness would have eased the wait. I have been here five hours and have not been given my reserved room room. I have seen others come after who have... More

Room very large, no coffee pot inside. Bought coffee for $2.50 and they added $0.46 taxes which was NOT correct. Not a biggie, but principal of it. Cab fare will cost about $20 to the strip, or you can use UBER. Food way overpriced for what you GET. Trouble getting key to work in elevator. Pools not open very long.... More

My Pregnant wife and myself travelled from the UK and spent 10nights here recently. We enjoyed our stay and below are the positive and negative things from our stay. Positives: - clean hotel and rooms, and we upgraded to a pool view room in Paradise tower for a good rate ($20 a night). This was on 17th floor and had... More

My stay was extremely fun. If you like to party it up, you'll enjoy yourself. Although, I don't recommend booking a family vacation here, it doesn't seem to have an appropriate setting for children to be around. It's loud & keep in mind, it is a casino. My view from my room was beautiful, overlooking the poolside & the beds... More

Hotel was booked as part of a package so all prepaid, but when we mentioned we were in town to celebrate birthdays we were upgraded. The room was lovely, clean and tidy, the beds were comfy and all though it could be a tad noisy with the music and guests its Vegas and no one is really there to sleep!... More

Spent 3 days here for the second time this year. Room was perfect, staff were very very helpful, and the location is good if you don't mind a small walk. The one downside is that all the in hotel restaurants are very very expensive.

Ok the room was big amd the bed was comfy, but that's about all. The hotel is old and very noisy. You can easily hear everything in the hallways, noise from other rooms echos badly, and you are on the landing route for the airport, so you constantly have planes landing a few thousand feet away. The casino is not... More

Really enjoyed staying here. All the Rock 'n Roll memorabilia around the hotel was very cool. Rooms were very comfortable and black (a la Rock 'n Roll). Check in was quick! Go to Mr Lucky's 24/7 restaurant and ask for the gambler's special for $7.77 which gets you a steak, three grilled shrimp, choice of potato, plus a salad and... More

Stayed for 4 days in the suite tower. My room was excellent. Bed was soft and comfy, bathroom was probably where I spent the most time! Huge, well lit and decor was great. Bathtub was big and shower was spacious. Huge vanity area for all of my woman necessities to be out and my husbands things too. The living area... More
