Friendly and genuine Great Service from arrival. Pulled into the Valet and both valet and bell were smiling and very helpful. When checking in, we mentioned we were celebrating our 20th anniversary, the girl upgraded us to a fantastic room in the Rush Tower. The room was clean and very nice on arrival, and housekeeping did an exceptional job of...

Our first room assigned to us was not prepared. Bedding was not complete and was not clean. The second room assigned to us after a long trip to the front desk and waiting in another long line was ok. The hotel had an odor of smoke despite being non smoking. The rooms had minor upgrade/makeover but lacked an electrical outlet...

We stayed feb 14th thru the 17th. Our room was on the 17th floor, was clean. Fresh robe available. Tv in the bathroom, while near a little unnecessary. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We'd stay here again. We had the breakfast buffet at the hotel very delicious chicken and waffles are a must have! It was chilly so...

This is the top of the heap for downtown Vegas hotels. We have stayed here 3 times. The Carson Towers are the older rooms, but nice enough. The Rush Towers are newer and nicer. Rush Suites adds room, an extra tv and a couch. You mostly don't visit Vegas for the rooms. Try the Chart House, great sea food with...

This is the only casino that we found in Vegas that have these fantastic Silver coin machines. If you are lucky you will win a silver coin. Make sure to scoop out the one you think is the best as there are a few locations on the floor where you will find these machines.

We stayed at the Golden Nugget recently for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed it. If you're going to stay downtown, the Nugget is by far the best place to stay. They let us check-in well before 3 pm, upgraded us to a junior suite without even asking and left a thank-you card and some of the best chocolate chip...

I stayed at the Nugget as usual. Had a great time even though I didn't win $$. Just by staying downtown I saw a free concert, a movie being filmed, and a sign spinner contest, don't laugh it was pretty amazing! I know I'll be back!

My husband and I just got back from a mid-week two night stay in the Carson Tower. It was awesome. The room was clean spacious and quiet! We had a blast partying on Fremont street and gambling in the casinos downtown. In the past we have always stayed on the stripped, but decided to try downtown. We were not disappointed.

I have given this place 3 chances. Sure the kids liked the sharks in the pool. Then asked why is the pool so small and the hot tub so dirty. Yeh even the kids noticed this place getting run down. Perhaps if you pay a premium you will get a nicer room however, shouldn't every room be well kept, functional,...

I stayed in Rush Tower, which I believe is the newest part of the hotel. The room itself was perfectly comfortable, but the casino, hotel and surrounding area are truly depressing. If you can afford it, I would recommend opting for a newer property on the strip.
