Simple and very comfort lodge with every thing needed and well equipped with everything . The furniture is good and there is a hot water and the tv cable is perfect and the air conditioning is exactly what we needed
First, I want to thank Arliss who switched our room for us because we were having some noise issues in the fist room assigned to us. She gave us a free upgrade and it was a very nice and quiet room. Thank you so much, Arliss. In general, the location of this hotel is ideal for those who want to be near the LV Strip and the airport. The hotel airport shuttle is very convenient. The room itself is nicely equipped - the wifi worked great. Great shower, comfy bed. I would definitely consider this hotel when in Las Vegas again.
Nice place rooms are clean.mostly quiet. Rooms have fridge and microwaves. It is las vegas. I stay here ever week. Easy access from the freeway. Close to downtown. Arliss at the front desk is very friendly. and helpfull professional.
Yes, first and foremost I would like to warn anyone who wants to stay here and I'll give a brief explanation of why. My grandmother, girlfriend, and I stayed here for our Vegas trip. Their check in time is from 3pm-2am and we were there before 2am albeit 5 minutes past 2am. When we finally arrive to Travelodge we get greeted by this lady who clearly hates her job. I had made a reservation about 1 month in advance and when we get here they are "sold out", have nothing available for us and we have to find somewhere else to go until 3pm. These people didn't even HAVE my reservation, so I had to call Hotels.com to figure out what was going on with my reservation. So after about 1.5 hours on the phone with a non-english speaking woman who IDK, had a fan blowing right into the damn phone making it incredibly hard to even understand her, and she informs us that I DO INDEED have a reservation and it won't show on their systems until 3pm. So we get that settled by about 3-4am. With no where to go we take my rental car over to the El Cortez to gamble a little bit and ended up having to sleep in my small as* rental in a parking garage, mind you my Grandmother is in here 70's, for about 10 hours until 3pm when we could finally check in. Then this sh*t takes the cake with these people. So we arrive maybe 10 minutes before 3pm to see what's going on with our room, and again greeted with people who hate their lives and are extremely rude, and they tell us the room isn't going to be ready for another 30 minutes. Well about an hour later around 4pm we are finally able to get into the room I had reserved a month ago. You know, our flight was delayed 1.5 hours in the first place not to mention all off us were up at about noon the previous day so all of us were up for about 12-14 hours when we first arrived at the Travelodge, after everything was said and done we had been awake damn near 24 hours just to check in to this Sh*thouse, again by Grandmother is over 70. Oh and btw we stayed here for 4 nights and you want to know how many times Housekeeping came around to give towels or anything? NOT A SINGLE GOD DAMN TIME, like holy sh*t, we had to track down Housekeeping 2 times to get fresh towels, take out our trash, and we even ran out of toilet paper. BE WARNED staying here, they will treat you like sh*t, even after an all ready stressful flight, figuring out where to get my rental, finding the right shuttle busses, getting molested by TSA ect. I'm really surprised ANYONE has left a positive review for this god awful establishment. If I had known this is the price I pay for trying to get a place off the strip, NEXT time I'll just cough up the resort fee and stay in one of the Hotel/Casinos next time. F THIS PLACE you guys get a big as* fat F-.…
Enjoyed my stay. Close to the strip, clean and convenient. Six minutes from the airport, they offer shuttle service and have taxi access to assist with transportation. Wifi service was fast and area was quiet.
