Hotel's Favorite
My Second visit to Vegas. My husband has visited multiple times before. Wanted to try circus circus, as travelled on a budget this time. In comparison to some other higher priced hotels, don't go to circus circus expecting premium hotel service. Other hotels have premium shops, they can even smell lovely- circus circus doesn't have that. It is an old hotel and is not a premium or luxury hotel, so don't go there expecting. The room- 2 x beds- clean sheets, bed comfortable. Bathroom- clean, shower worked well and was powerful and hot spot on for me. Bedroom carpets- admittedly I felt better wearing something on my feet as they could do with either being replaced- vacuumed or a good carpet wash. Bedroom furniture looks like the dog has been gnawing at it. But overall that didn't affect a my stay, the room was quiet, no disturbance. However, what did bother me is my room it was Interjoining- I personally don't like that. Especially after night 4- a neighbour arrives and Wakes me up with their loud voice, and trying to be nosy opening their side of the Interjoining door. Being a joined to a room where you don't know the neighbour doesn't sit well with me, but that is My preference. Our room wasn't cleaned for duration of our stay, and I stayed for 6 nights, if I stayed much longer I think a refresh of towels and top up of bog roll would of been required. No fridge or facilities in room. Plenty of free parking- valet parking doesn't seem to exist no longer. Parking is alot difficult if you stay between Friday and Monday. If I visit vegas again I don't plan to do it on a budget, however if I did I wouldn't rule out circus circus that's for sure.

Poor customer service. They charge you to check in early and charge you for extended checkout. My flight was delayed so rather than give them money I sat at the airport. Buffet is mediocre. You wait half hour for the elevators. Jam-packed. Smoking everywhere. It's a zoo.

I had a very pleasant and hassle free stay. The restaurants within the hotel were quite good for me during my stay. The rates were quite reasonable compared to other hotels so it was excellent value for the money I paid.

Let me start by saying that we weren't expecting a high end hotel, but we were expecting decent customer service and cleanliness. Neither of which were received. We only stayed here because we had two teens with us and we thought that adventuredome would be a nice option. We stayed in a suite and there were ants on the ceiling of the bedroom. We called the front desk and they said that they would send someone up. Almost two hours later the housekeeping manager or supervisor came up. She was very nice and sprayed a cleaning solution which she told us wasn't strong enough to get rid of an ant problem. She suggested we call the front desk and request to be moved. We called and werr informed that there was nothing available. We asked for a solution and they said they would get back to us. Nothing. Fast forward and now there's ants in the bathroom all over the counter. We call the front desk again. Again, they say they'll send someone up. This time 2 ladies from housekeeping came up and were surprised that we were there because they assumed that we had been moved. The reiterated that the cleaning solution wouldn't be strong enough but they sprayed anyway. My bf is deathly allergic to ants and the two teens were already sleep so we stayed up all night to ensure that no ants made their way to us so that an allergic reaction didn't occur. This wasn't ideal because we had s long drive ahead of us and you know, we paid for a suite to SLEEP in. The next morning we started to get ready and the bathroom light presumably blew. However, it came back on 30 minutes later. There's no windows on the bdrm of the suite so the bathroom was pitch black and impossible to use until the light came back on. By this time there was no way that we were buying tickets to adventuredome. They don't ebe. Keep their rooms up so I wouldn't trust the maintenence of the rides. Overall, this was a terrible stay. No solution offered, refused to provide a refund and the front desk staff were just unhelpful. Would not recommend. *I forgot to mention that there were only 2 bath towels for a stay for 4. This wouldn't be a big deal but we called for extra towels and 2 hours went by until my bf went to the front desk to which they told him that we have to call. We

We were worried to return after such a long time away. The hotel was cheap and we knew we wouldn't be in the rooms long. We were pleasantly surprised on the maintenance. During the week the buffet and pizzeria were closed, but reopened the Friday. The adventuredome is the same as well as the midway...both great areas for kids. They had a great choice for food from the food court, big eats (open 24hours) as well as the steakhouse (we didn't visit, but smelled SO good passing by it). There were a lot of great shops to look through as well with a variety of items. Fresh paint was seen and carpets looked good. I highly reccomend this even if you do not bring your kids. The RTC machine is right out front to buy passes for the deuce bus as well.

+ The standard of the hotel and distance from the center of the Strip was acceptable given the price (I paid $400 for two nights Thu-Sat in November). + Check-in and check-out was smooth and staff were hospitable. - I stayed in the West Tower, which was supposed to be the more newly renovated part of the hotel, but it felt quite old. - The sound proofing was bad and noise from the corridor was very loud.

You get what you pay for so buyer beware. Dirty throughout - did not feel comfortable walking around in bare feet. One hanger. Pillows are 100 years old. Furniture is chipped and falling apart - drawers don’t close.

Extremely disappointed. Was looking forward to three nights here but the hotel is only geared for gambling clients not tourists. The room had no coffee making facilities nor fridge though it was clean and tidy. The staff were extremely unhelpful when asked about eating venues or anything else. So bad we decided to leave after one night. Couldn’t bear to stay there any longer. One of the worst places we have been to in all our travels. Never again

The facility is poorly maintained, dirty and dilapidated. All the carpets and walls are grimy. the room safe did not work. I reported it, and nothing was done. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything going on in the rooms next door. There was no coffee or even way to make hot water in the room. They wanted $!.07 for hot water from their 24 hour cafe. Several lamps did not work. Housekeeping did not make up our room on the day we stayed over, yet on the morning of our checkout, they knocked on the door before checkout time. They may have cheap rates, but their facility fee ($37.50 daily for internet and the use of the gym) more than offsets any savings.
