Great property. Friendly staff, clean, elegant surroundings and great restaurants. Location can't be beat. It adjoins Caesars Shops, easily the best and largest shopping area attached to a strip hotel. This particular trip was a gambling trip and did not stay here.

Good price, rooms are great. Food is good and quick in the lobby restaurant. The Forum Shops is still the top shopping collection. Can win money at crap table and automated roulette machine. Swimming pool area was clean and the grounds were well cared.

This was my first and hopefully not last. I stood in the Julius Tower and my room was close to the elevator, which I prefer. They have thee best mattresses, I've never slept so well in Vegas and not to mention the 6 pillows on the bed, the towels where thick and soft. I had a great view of the...

Caesar's Palace turned out to be a great location for my vacation this year. My brothers and I were impressed with the amenities and how convenient the location was. We had the opportunity to smoke cigars at a newly opened cigar bar as well as hang out at a European style pool. Drinks were not cheap, so if you do...

First of all, I want to say that I love playing at Caesars and that the room in the Augustus tower with a view of Bellagio was beautiful. What was not so beautiful was the nail that was sticking up through the carpet. I stepped on it my first night there when I woke up to use the bathroom in...

Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the disappointment in maintenance and service follow-up during your stay. Our chief goal is to provide our guests with a comfortable experience, so it is always disheartening when we are informed otherwise. We hope to see you at Caesars Palace again soon.

awesome staff and very helpful front desk staff. They upgraded us to a room with a nice view of the strip, with out even asking to be upgraded. Plus being Planet Hollywood we go to see a celebrity in the valet along with us waiting for our car!

I was really disappointed with the how long it took to check in and the quality of the room. The furniture was so old and beat up. The bed was way too soft and needed to be upgraded. Mesa Grill was good, but way over-priced for the Dorito-sized lobster tacos. Even the server warned us about how tiny the tacos...
