Very difficult to get anyone's attention on the casino floor even in the high limits room. Not that they were busy or anything just plain out rude and made both my husband and I feel like we were bothering them when we asked questions simple questions like where's the bathroom? Where do we go to get a cab? How do...

Julius Tower is recently renovated and very nice....I prefer the Augustus...But, it is understood at with the rodeo, new club and George Strait concert going on,,,that rooms would be at a premium...Our Casino Host,,,Christian Unpingko is great and has always given us great help...We will be back very soon and hope to have the Augustus again...

Room is great, games is good, pool is nice, shops are easy to get to. A good accommodation of the hotel stay for customer like me, who enjoy play games, watch shows, spend time at the pool, and eat shops in the thanksgiving break.

This is a hotel that seems to be too big for them to manage. It's dated, very dated. Carpets, wall coverings and furnishings in average to poor shape throughout the property. 64th Floor of the Forum Tower smells like a tandoori grill. There are no options to avoid smoking areas, no easy options to wheel luggage around as the casino...

“Most Caesars properties have an in room coffee pot and free coffee pods/packs for Diamond card level and above players. There was a Keurig in my room, but they charged $13 for 4 k cups and the packaged condiments. That's crazy -- bring your own!”

“Check it thoroughly before accepting the rooms at times look rushed through and cleaning just brush over and not done with care- vents were stuffed with dust and floor around bed looked like it was missed with vacuum. Just keep your heads up and it is a good hotel and casino just have to make sure you run into the employees that are there and happy and your time will be great but shouldn't have to seek out such employees. ”
