Haven’t been to this hotel in 10 years, stayed at Wynn and Venetian, where I will go back; no staff and when you find them and deal with them, they are rude and don’t know!! Place not as well kept as it use to be; rooms seemed ok , but no lighting, two lights out! Coffee maker, no coffee; I actually needed a pen and paper , none. Just not the flare of old Cesar’s !

We booked online for a pool view room and on the morning we are heading to the airport an email came through for us to do the online check-in. The email showed a different room category for some reason, but when we got to the resort the check-in line is so long I wasn't about to wait just to get the room we paid for. We went to the express check-in line which is anything but express. There certainly has to be a better way to check-in and get a room key. My wife and I always go to the Apollo pool (3 times a year) and when we were in the pool we could see underneath the daybeds. Since we were there for 5 nights, we saw trash underneath the beds for 4 days in a row, telling us that the pool area rarely gets cleaned up. Drink cups, food boxes and wrappers, etc. Prime targets for rodents. When we're there in September, we'll check the pool deck under the beds again and see if any progress has been made. I would think that if you're paying $35 for a Bloody Mary at the pool, they could afford to have staff clean under the daybeds! (side note: the bartenders and cocktail servers in the Apollo pool area are great)

After a long day of traveling to Las Vegas, I get to my hotel room that is 80° with the air conditioning not working. A couple of calls to maintenance and I was told they would get to it sometime in the evening. Went down to the front desk and encountered a great gentleman named Jason, who contacted maintenance and had them put a rush on it. When the hotel engineer arrived, Tom, he, too, was extra ordinary. Explained the issue and fixed it very quickly and apologetically. Turned my frown upside down. Nice job gentleman.

Very welcoming hotel not far from anything that you would like to do in Vegas. Flat rate cab ride from airport $29.00 (June 23) . Clean spacious rooms and they have a number of pools to choose from. We found the buffet prices in my opinion are high but the lines were long so i guess people feel the value is good. Almost $200.00 for two people is high I feel.

I like staying here because you do not need to leave the property for anything. Employee named Yumi- she is amazing. She was the one employee at the front desk resolving everyone’s problems (we were assigned queen room instead of king). Thanks!

Stayed in the renovated Palace tower. The rooms were not the cleanest. I requested a new duvet because the one that the bed was made with was stained.,. Never received the new duvet and slept with sheets. The appliances were dusty, walls stained and the couch was stained. However, the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient. I had the 700sq ft room btw. There was a lot of space.

After visiting for over 20 years, the service level has deteriorated so much over last few years iv decided not to visit again. I had minor issue that rather than easily resolve, the staff ignored me and treated me like impersonally. They could care less about the issue, which was a mistake on their end, and ignore my concern. There are plenty of other options to stay in Vegas, it won't be a Caesars property.

I would never ever stay at this hotel again!! Worst experience I've had in a hotel in years and with this being the Caesars I surely thought it would be a great experience but oh no the receptionist had a nasty attitude when we were checking in and the rooms were soooo nasty and dirty it was making my flesh crawl!! I stayed in that room no longer than 30 min and I told my husband we're getting the he'll out of here!! The hotel itself is beautiful but the rooms and reception are dirty!!
