We arrived at the hotel via a taxi from the airport only downside is where you are dropped off there are no automatic doors and the doors pull outwards and when you have 2 large suitcases can prove a bit tricky but this minor fault was quickly overcome arrived at the reception desk and waited in the queue which moved very quickly we were greeted by Kiana what a wonderful nature so friendly and kind took time to ask why we were at vegas a credit to the hotel management she has a very bright future in hospitality and also managed to sort us out with an upgraded room in the palace tower which was absolutely fantastic what a room large shower and a separate jacuzzi bath security at all elevator entrances to the room floors no key card no entrance and all very friendly and good to chat too we were only here for 3 nights at the end of a multi city tour wished we could of stayed longer very easy to get lost in the hotel as it is so large but you can download an app with a map to help find your way around but sometimes it can be good to get lost as you find other parts of the hotel you may not of seen we will definitely stay here again and it is probably one of the busiest hotels and casinos on the strip the swimming pool was just about getting ready to open up so we didn’t use it but did take a look around it appeared to have plenty of room didn’t really eat in the restaurants here as with vegas there are so many to choose from but we did have a slice of pizza one night from the food court being from London did find it a bit expensive for a slice $9.99 but you are in a hotel and very greasy after a while it was a bit sickly to eat.

The friendliest of greetings and welcome after a long day of travel. Katherine, front desk, is a shining example of a true customer oriented employee/person! A wonderful representative for the hotel!

After a long day of traveling what a pleasant experience checking in. Katherine was cheerful and welcoming and even had recommendations for places to eat! After a quick refresher we were ready to hit the floor and see the sights.

Nickel and dimed us for EVERYTHING!! No fridge or microwave in room. Wanted to charge us for that. Room wasn’t cleaned all week! Afterwards, my cc was charged 52/day for a resort fee after we already paid for everything. Couldn’t get back to our room at 11:30 at night w/2 exhausted kids after a show. Husband had to stay in a separate room b/c he couldn’t walk up 30 flights of stairs w/his broken leg. Will NOT be back!! And you have to pay for seats if you want a spot by the pool!

I went for business-it was well organized and the food provided was wonderful. The staff was super helpful. Had some fabulous restaurants inside the hotel. But for the love-provide complimentary coffee in the room!

Emma was kind and friendly! This place is central to the heart of Las Vegas. There are many popular shops and eateries close by. If you like, they also have a spa on site (including a bathhouse). Outdoors are maintained well, and service is wonderful!

We stayed at Caesars Palace from the start it was a nightmare. First of they wanted £350 resort fees. Then £700 room deposit. The room was not the best at all for the money we paid. It is extremely expensive for drinks and food !! Me and my son had 2 bottles of beer at the bar $29. In there shop 2 packets of crisps and 2 waters $31. We had dinner in one of the bars in there 2 steaks only and 1 beer $192 Really unbelievable!!!. And in the room min bar we didn’t Touch when we went to check out they said we had water and other things which was a complete lie in the end they took it off it was to be honest not a nice place to be. When we got back my room deposit of £700 was returned they next day £302 was put back in my account we have emailed them asking why my full refund was not paid still waiting for an answer. Don’t stay there you will be ripped off Big time.

Average rooms, every night at 4 AM we were woken up by carts in adjacent areas. Then on check out I was almost charged for $60 and room snacks we never took. When I talk to the front desk to check out about the problem they really didn’t care. Stay somewhere else.
