Upon driving to Las Vegas from California, our AirBNB reservation was cancelled due to electrical damage and we needed a place to stay. With last minute rates being expensive, a google search brought up Budget Suites of America. We arrived within 15 minutes after speaking to a rep, viewed a few rooms and decided the weekly rate would suffice. THIS... More

This place is so ghetto it isn't even funny. Trashy, disgusting people, filthy parking lot, dog poop everywhere because the residents don't clean up after their animals, ineffective security, you name it. During our stay, our neighbor down the hall got into a fight with her boyfriend resulting in the cops being called to our building three times in one... More

Phyically, the place was ment to be attractive. Unfortunately, 85% of the people who stay here actually live here full-time. This is the welfare crowd, none of whom need to get up in the morning to go to work, therefore can stay up late every night of the week and make as much noise as possible until the early hours.... The good news is that it has two beautiful swimming pools and jacuzzis. The bad news is that the parking lot is absolutely filthy and looks like it has been through more than a few earthquakes. The apartments are small and are in serious need of upgrading. The linoleum tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms are filthy and outdated. Our... More

This woman should never be dealing with hospitality I don't even think she can spell that , she was the most disgusting mannered woman I have ever felt with and just considered everyone dirt beneath her feet! I would never recommend this place to anyone considering how awful the main office was , I realize they are used to dealing... More

The general manager sally is a two face liar. They constantly change and make up rules. They don't even let the kids play in the grass, it's sad. It's full of drug dealers that are all Sally's friends so don't try to tell on them or she will kick you out! Do yourself a favor stay away?!!

I am writing this to let out of towners know that this is NOT a place you want to stay when coming to Las Vegas to visit, or for temporary housing. People live her long term. It is in a bad part of town; dirty; old and not a place you want to be. Over a decade ago we relocated... More

I originally rented in Phoenix Arizona, at the Yorkshire property. I might add, a beautiful quite property that treats you like you matter. Also in Phoenix there are many apartments like Budget Suites, the reason I chose Budget Suites, is they were only 1 of 2 companies that didn't increase their rental rates on established renters already there. With that... More

A year or so ago this used to be a better place, but it seems with a change in management came a disregard for the rules and regulations that they have you sign at the desk, now it's as bad as Boulder Hwy..real ghetto.... Kids running around unsupervised riding scooters and bikes, damaging property, cars, etc. and parents who really... More
