Wow what a dump, this motel is horrible. Not worth $20, I paid $180 for a one night one a Saturday. We made a last minute booking and regret not spending an extra $50 on a better hotel. This hotel is in a horrible area in Vegas, homeless and drug addicts everywhere. This is probably the nicest motel in this... More

I've looked far and wide for an affordable place and chose Sterling Gardens. What a surprise! Room is very spacious, clean, modern, and quiet. Nice flat screen with new furniture and the bathroom is very clean. Gary in the office is very welcoming/helpful with information and the place is very quiet. Very fast free wifi and good cable tv. Horrible experience. I checked out two days prior the end of my week, I dropped the key at the office because nobody was there. After two days I received an extra $50 charge because the houskeeper claims I broke the bed.. It is a lie and I assume they do this all the time because the bed was already broken.... More

I was pretty much out of options and took a gamble on booking this place without seeing it first. As you drive in it looks like a hillbilly village, people laying in bed watching TV in their underwear with the door wide open. BBQ grills outside the rooms. The room itself was small and filthy smelled like cigars musty and gross.... More

I stay here every time I come to Vegas. Beautiful property, large and spacious rooms. It is nice to have a quite place to go back to after you venture around town. They are also pet friendly which is great when I travel with my dog. Best little place to stay in town!

I had made a reservation at the Roulette Motel for three nights for EDC in Vegas. When I arrived the office was closed and I was directed to the Sterling Gardens. The owner explained to me that Agoda had previously owned the Roulette but had left with no record of reservations or deposits. I was out about $200 and he... More

I love what they did with the place and also the new management that took over not to long ago! The rooms were clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly, you can tell when you first drive on property that it is totally different. unlike the last time about a yr ago man that left a bad taste in... So my girlfriend an I stayed at this trash hole a few months ago. First off , the rooms were awful. All the furniture was from ancient times. Some homeless crackhead was banging on our door at 3 am. No manager or anything around. The next day , we got out of there as soon as possible. A few weeks... More

Anybody looking to pay 180 plus tax for dirty rooms, no room service, trash never picked up outside your rooms, frequent druggies all over the area along with walking dead prostitutes than this is the place for you. New management feel as if you owe him because of his new amenities he has added to this run down building.. I... More

This place is now under new management and called Sterling Gardens. If you were looking for the kitschy room motifs of yore and in-room jacuzzis they are no more. Our room was recently renovated and updated, incredibly spacious, clean and felt more like a buddy's guest room, that a cheap tacky motel. New mini fridge and microwave. You can tell... More
