I booked this night through hotels.com as matter of change after I was in Venetian . At check In ,Nobody was at Desk then girl asked me to come at 03:00 pm. At 03:00 pm , a girl ask me for my credit card. I refused to give to her as the hotel seems untrustable. I tried to deposit in...

We booked the hotel after cancelling out plans to the Riviera Hotel. My husband wanted a room with a microwave and fridge and this met that criteria. The rooms are nice but need updates to the living room furniture. The bedroom was large with a walk-in closet and the bathroom was nice too. The tub could use resurfacing but otherwise...

We were in town for a convention. We pick the Blair because of location, price and our length of stay. We were in the Poppy suite. The kitchenette was missing a gee listed items, we had repeated issues with our room keys, the bedroom AC was LOUD and the front desk needs more accommodating hours. Other wise, it is clean....

This was a great place to stay for my family. don't go in there thinking that you are going to get a 5 star hotel but it is a great place just short of the strip walking distance to everything on the strip. Laundry and Wifi was free. It is always hard finding a place that can accommodate my whole...

I was looking for an inexpensive place to sleep close to the Convention Center, and Blair House met those criteria. Otherwise.... I got in at midnight (delayed flights), and was very lucky to catch someone in the lobby. I don't think the floors had been vacuumed since the last person to use my room. The bedspread had a big stain...

They close their lobby at 11! We got here at 1130 pm and couldn't check in until 7am the next day!!!!!! The mini kitchen is a lie!! We got a mini fridge and microwave, no oven, or even toaster! The water bottles they supply you in the room are 1.50 each!! They wouldn't give us more towels or linens! The...

WE are sorry the guest did not read the confirmation letter or our website when booking. We clearly state we close during non peak times, and non convention events Monday thru Wednesday. It is clear that once someone is upset everything else is that much bigger of an ordeal. It hardly qualified for such a dishonest and damaging response. Wish...

If you are looking for some interesting people watching, this is the place to be! If you are traveling with kids, stay far away! This was the grossest hotel I've ever stepped foot in! The rooms that are remodeled face the freeway with lots of noise. The quieter rooms are filthy and smokey. We walked out and spent the night...

Ask for updated room. Room was nice and clean. It seemed like there were long term residents there and that was a bit odd. The hotel itself is good if you have a low budget but the entire building is like apartments, outdated at that but Chelsea gave great customer service and very helpful. Good place only with updated room.

My husband & I, as snowbirds from Alberta, Canada, have been coming to Vegas almost every year for 1-2 months for about 25 years, and have stayed at Blair House Suites for all but the first two of those years. During that period of time there were years where the standards were a bit questionable under different owners, management, etc....
