Was very great place. Only issues we had was there was no coffee I the roooms and our ac was broken but when we showed up we were greeted right away. And our luggage was taken. And. Put in our room 20 minutes later
My wife and I chose to return based on previous experiences and visits. It's a great hotel in a great location. Unfortunately our check in experience this trip left me a bit annoyed and frustrated. I am a Gold level MGM Resorts member and booked our reservation several months ago in one of the Stay Well, 2 queen beds rooms (non fountain view). Upon check-in I asked if any upgrade were available, non, was the reply, however the front desk gentleman did inform me that I would not be paying any Resort fees due to being a Gold member. Thanks, I already knew that. He explained that we would have a great view overlooking the pools though, really, that to me is not a great view, yes the mountains were in the distance if we turned our head 90° and looked between our building and others close by! I use a cane which was clearly visible to him as I walked up to the counter when beckoned but no offer of a room closer to the elevators was offered. Yes perhaps I should have asked, silly me. It was offered immediately as we checked in last time? I would gladly have paid for either a nicer view or a different room but again, nothing was offered, yes I did ask, sold out! Was it because we were staying 6 nights? I really don't know. The rest of our stay was great, wonderful room service, quick delivery and very nice food. Our 2 meals in the Mayfair Supper Club were great. Excellent seats, food and entertainment. Our waiter both times, Derek, couldn't have been nicer, great service is one reason for our second reservation. Wonderful food. I highly recommend the club. The beds are comfortable and the ac system worked well. The walk in shower in these renovated rooms is a bit strange, why, well the shower control is halfway down the wall and unless you have 5ft arms you have to test the temperature with an outstretched foot! A balancing exercise. Great pressure in our bathroom. The double sinks, built in nightlight is a nice touch in these Stay Well bathrooms. The security station at the elevator halway is nice but they are NOT consistent with room key checks before head to your bank of elevators. It was required in January, as was room key required inside the elevator before selecting your floor! Yes we will return and hopefully our check-in experience will be a nicer experience. The front desk is the key to forming decisions about returning to any hotel, front desk staff and managers need to remember that simple point.…
From the mobile check in to getting to the room, the experience was easy and quick. The Penthouse was definitely worth the money, and stay. It was clean, organized and quiet. Definitely loved the views….AMAZING!!!!
We have stayed at the Bellagio numerous times and are never disappointed. Drinks and dining experience was great. Staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. The rates were competitive for similar hotels.
Beautiful place with wonderful rooms. My issue was cigarette smoke. It came up past the casino and into the room. As a former smoker, this was disappointing. A true smoke free floor for non smokers would have made this a perfect stay.
My wife and I have stayed in most of the hotels on the strip but one bucket list item was to stay at the Bellagio..... so we just did. It is billed as a 5 star resort with top notch dining and amenities. To make a long story short, first time my wife tried to use the bathroom in our room the toilet would not flush.....took 2 phone calls and almost 1 1/2 hours for someone to come and fix. The hot water handle in one of the bathroom sinks leaked like a sieve. Plugged in a coffee pot in a receptacle and when I went to unplug it the entire receptacle came out of the wall. When I arrived back home I wrote to Bellagio guest services....I was informed someone would be contacting me within 48 hours.....It is now 6 days since I wrote them and have not had the courtesy of a response. P.S. I gave 2 stars because the Conservatory at the hotel was so beautiful.…
Our expectations were high and we were disappointed. Broken escalators on a busy weekend. A shoe was stuck in the escalator for awhile. Then once it was removed they never brought the escalator back into service for days.
Customer vs. price was not good. Rented a fountain view room with VIP service. Room was not ready when I checked in at 5:15 and waited in the lounge for almost an hour. Nobody seemed to care about anything. Finally went back to the desk to found out the room was ready. Nobody bothered to tell me. When I expressed disappointment, the staff's attitude was pretty much stuff happens, get over it. Not even an apology. Overall, I feel like the Bellagio is becoming the Queen Mary. It was nice in its day but now it's just an old boat. Won't be staying there again.
Stayed a week & our room was not!! clean Upgraded to a renovated room first day went to take a & there was used soap covered human hair.shower head was corroding bed side lamps not working. The supervisor Eneyda came by every day to check.3 days toilet bowl not! cleaned!! Overall very disappointed ☹️
Id highly recommend that you stay at Caesars Palace after experience a stay with them in October and now a stay at Bellagio in Jan. The atmosphere and class was MUCH better than Bellagio. Normally free drinks are offered when you gamble, but that wasnt offered during my stay. Normally thats how I get water throughout my stay. There wasnt even a lounge accessible without an hour+ wait to enjoy a cocktail. I guess I could have sat on the casino floor and ordered from the bar that makes mediocre drinks. The staff was rude at best on multiple occasions and i paid almost $1800 to be at this casino for 5 days. I like Vegas a lot, but wouldnt recommend this property to anyone. Caesars Palace is the way to go and I like their rewards program a lot.
