Water is a centerpiece at Bellagio Resort & Casino. More than its iconic water show, there is the underwater story of "O" by Cirque du Soleil, fine dining restaurants, multiple pools, a luxury shopping center, and a casino space worthy of its Italian heritage.

Hotel's Favorite
My wife and I chose to return based on previous experiences and visits. It's a great hotel in a great location. Unfortunately our check in experience this trip left me a bit annoyed and frustrated. I am a Gold level MGM Resorts member and booked our reservation several months ago in one of the Stay Well, 2 queen beds rooms (non fountain view). Upon check-in I asked if any upgrade were available, non, was the reply, however the front desk gentleman did inform me that I would not be paying any Resort fees due to being a Gold member. Thanks, I already knew that. He explained that we would have a great view overlooking the pools though, really, that to me is not a great view, yes the mountains were in the distance if we turned our head 90° and looked between our building and others close by! I use a cane which was clearly visible to him as I walked up to the counter when beckoned but no offer of a room closer to the elevators was offered. Yes perhaps I should have asked, silly me. It was offered immediately as we checked in last time? I would gladly have paid for either a nicer view or a different room but again, nothing was offered, yes I did ask, sold out! Was it because we were staying 6 nights? I really don't know. The rest of our stay was great, wonderful room service, quick delivery and very nice food. Our 2 meals in the Mayfair Supper Club were great. Excellent seats, food and entertainment. Our waiter both times, Derek, couldn't have been nicer, great service is one reason for our second reservation. Wonderful food. I highly recommend the club. The beds are comfortable and the ac system worked well. The walk in shower in these renovated rooms is a bit strange, why, well the shower control is halfway down the wall and unless you have 5ft arms you have to test the temperature with an outstretched foot! A balancing exercise. Great pressure in our bathroom. The double sinks, built in nightlight is a nice touch in these Stay Well bathrooms. The security station at the elevator halway is nice but they are NOT consistent with room key checks before head to your bank of elevators. It was required in January, as was room key required inside the elevator before selecting your floor! Yes we will return and hopefully our check-in experience will be a nicer experience. The front desk is the key to forming decisions about returning to any hotel, front desk staff and managers need to remember that simple point.

There was jackhammering our entire stay. We could not take naps and it started early in the morning. For such a premium price this should not be the case.

Loud loud loud pounding every single morning on 28 th floor. Horrible. Jackhammering will go on for months. The bathroom had dirt on the floor, they obviously use the same dirty rags for all the rooms because different hair was all over the sink and shower backed up with clogged hair. It was disgusting

We enjoyed our stay at bellagio and never needed to leave the resort. With all the dining options, casino, shows, and shopping we had a new adventure everyday. It was also centrally located and easy to get around the strip.

Understaffed in every way imaginable! Drink service, Bar service, cleaning service unexpectable! Very sad to see the once former Jewel of the strip starting to compare to Treasure Island!

We have stayed at the Bellagio several times but this was very unpleasant. They started drilling in upper floors at 8:00am and it went on all day.Very noisey and unpleasant. Our room was seldom cleaned before 5:30 pm and we were gone all day. And furthermore it would be simply a curtesy gesture to leave small bottles of water at the bedside as in other hotels. We will hesitate to stay there again.

We showed up and around 11:30 am and checked in early with the front desk. When we got to our room it was trashed from the previous guess. Although they did give us vouchers, when we returned at 4:15pm it still wasn’t cleaned. After finding someone down the hall that worked for Bellagio it was finally cleaned. After they were done cleaning there was still hair from the previous guest on the floor in bathroom, couch and shower wall. There is also a $50 per day resort fee and an $18 per day parking fee. Seems after paying the high price for a room there wouldn’t be a parking fee, especially after paying a $50 per day resort fee. You would think the room would also be cleaned better than that as well.

The Bellagio is wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and they have many delicious restaurants to eat at. Plenty of slot machines-my favorite! Beautiful pools and the poolside panini was even delicious! The central location on the strip is great for being able to walk to different places on the strip. The service in the hotel was wonderful as well and housekeeping was so friendly and accommodating.
