1. Dead roach in the middle of our bedroom floor upon check-in. Piles of dirty towels and trash scattered throughout the property, including pool areas. 2. Had consistent issues with loud guests hovering outside of our room until late night hours (after 11pm). If you're by the pool, it will certainly be loud as the pool is open 24 hours. 3. 15-minutes after checking in, there was a fraudulent charge on our card, at a restaurant down the street from Alexis Park. Alexis Park was the only place we used our card that day. When we informed the manager, she became very defensive and acted like the situation was our fault. She firmly rejected the idea of investigating the situation further and then kicked us out of the hotel -- for making her aware of illegal activity by a hotel employee. Very suspicious behavior and I urge you to book at a cleaner and more trustworthy hotel. **Side note - we visit Vegas often and have tried several hotels in the area and have had pretty good experiences at all of them. Not Alexis Park. We have never been so disgusted by a property's lack of cleanliness or so shocked by the hotel's unprofessionalism. All things considered, I recommend a quality hotel on the strip -- the walls are thick and the rooms are quiet, and they clean the rooms very well from what I have experienced.

The property has been remodeled recently. I think I was in a remodeled room. The couches and lighting looked new. But there was many things in the room that looked very dated. The bathrooms had old looking toilets and hand sinks. Old hair dryer from the 90s attached to the wall. The shower is in desperate need of a remodel. It was a dual shower with only one shower head really working. The other was more like a trickle. Chipped and worn tile, slow drain. The kitchenette area was nice to have. Again the fridge was very dated and the shelving and paint. I’m not sure why this property is claiming it had a full remodel. It’s very misleading to customers. They did spruce up the rooms with new furniture but that is about the extent of the remodel. I was definitely expecting more of a modern room. We arrived two days after they were “remodeled”. So maybe they still have work to do but it doesn’t seem that way The room was a two story which was unique and I thought was cool. The surrounding area had many options for dining within walking distance. Strip is also within walking distance. For $110 including taxes and resort fee a night it was a decent room. But it left more to be desired. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was bringing my pet as they are a pet friendly hotel.

I would give them Zero star if I could. I stayed here for a business trip last night. Due to COVID 19, not many hotels are open. The room's fee is $50, the resort fee is $40, and the deposit is $70. As I walked into the room, the odor was very bad. The sheets were dirty. I had to dial the phone to speak with someone to exchange the sheets. I had a hard time with the AC remote control. I dialed the phone again but I ended up figure it out. Over all, the a good experience. Ps: I don't understand why they labeled this hotel as a resort, it is very similar to Motel 6. Pray for them to be out of business soon!!!

For some reason the city was absolutely full and hotel prices skyrocketed. Also at this mediocre hotel where rooms are extremely tired and havent been renovated for decades probably. Happy it was just for one night, so stayed in the room just for sleeping and quick shower. Scandalous that they charge extra "resort" charge.
