This was my first time in Las Vegas. I expected all of the hotels to be modern and updated. While the hotel and casino was nice, and it was convenient to the mall (connected) as well as other sights, it was also very outdated. The carpets reminded me of something out of a 1970's movie. We had a panoramic view...

I love the gaming at the Planet Hollywood not to mention the food selections. Employees were friendly and had a blast at the Let It Ride Table! The location to the shopping and being on the Strip make it an easy walk anything you might need.

We travel to Vegas annually for my husbands birthday and we stay at the PH on most of these trips. The rooms are only okay/average at best, but the location is great. Situated close to several attractions on the north strip. There are several good food options in the hotel and the attached Miracle Mile Shops offer even more options...

Planet Hollywood was not what we expected. Purchased a pkg deal , bundle deal with flight and hotel, with friends for a fiftieth bday celebration to discover when we arrived that the pkg deal did not include additional resort fees. The concierge area sucked and were rude, they charge you to print your boarding passes whereas neighboring hotels do not,...

This place has gone done hill in the past few years . Very impersonal experience. We will stick to our favorite places and local places. Girls on the bars are tacky. You have strip places for that if you want to see it! You still have young adults and children walking through! No one can direct you anywhere they just...

I used my Hilton points to offset the expense at the Grand Hilton Vacation Suites inside Planet Hollywood. The first two days were very reasonable but New Year's Eve and New Year's day was expensive!! They doubled the price like everyone does. OK...besides that little hiccup....Las Vegas. com was a great resource to use for tickets for shows, etc.. The...

The room was great the atmosphere was wonderful and the overall trip as a whole was a good time. The weather could have been better but that's no fault of the hotel. I would definitely stay their when I visit Vegas again.

Stayed over the New Years weekend which understandably taxes the services and employees. However, Harrahs (Planet Hollywood) was able to step up and provide the highest level of service and service was outstanding.
