The location of PH on the strip is a great location; and, the Miracle Mile shops that surround the Casino are some of the best on the strip. Good and reasonable eating locations within the Miracle Mile shops. Casino itself is nicely decorated and generally active. Regarding the hotel accommodations: We arrived at 10AM and the front desk will not... More

We enjoyed the casino, our room was good but felt tired compared to other hotels we've stayed at. We enjoyed the pool (quite basic)- it was fun. My general comments for areas to improve is in the cleanliness of the common areas, front doors always look dirty, hallways and elevators were dirty and weren't cleaned quickly - our room was... We stayed on the 50th floor overlooking the Bellagio fountain. This room was much more comfortable than initial room that the hotel put us in and if you was spectacular. Overall the hotel seemed a little tired and in need of some upgrades.

Do yourself a favor and spend a few $$$ to stay somewhere else if you plan to stay in regular hip room. Decor is dated, $30/day resort fee is a scam bc all you get is basic internet which worked intermittently at best. Hallways and elevators are beat up and makes hotel feel out dated. Everyday saw food carts lining... More

Wrinkled carpet, chipped furniture, lamps that don't work, sinks that don't drain, stains on the countertop. Clean but worn rooms. The beds are firm without being hard and among the best I've slept in, so all else can be forgiven. As almost everywhere in Vegas, a slight smell of smoke pervaded everything.

Stayed there for 2 nights in September 2016. Despite the two large double beds, the room size was still all right. It was dark in my opinion; just a single window that was evidently quite small for the size of the room. The furniture was in good working condition. It's worth mentioning there was no fridge in the room and... More

We stayed here a few nights while Visiting the West Coast. We liked it because its not too overwhelming & the rooms were easy to reach. We were upgraded to a fountain view (Bellagio) & it was lovely to watch. Loads to do & see. Night club, bars & places to eat. Would stay again & recommend

Check in was fine. It turned out that the room shower had no water. No resolution was offered until later in the evening after my formal event was over. The desk could not resolve the issue and only my continued calls to them ultimately solved the problem by changing rooms in the middle of the night. No assistance from bellmen... More

PH is a tired property. It's location is great, but in my opinion, it's too young to be as worn as it is. My floor had torn hallway carpet, broken tiles, at least one of the elevators had a broken panel that didn't function, lots of scratches and gauges in hallways, and just an overall dark and kind of depressing...
