I rented this room for my birthday, and went to a comedy show at the V Theater on January 14. The room design and layout was cool, i loved it. But when i checked in my room keys didnt work twice. I had to back down to the lobby twice to get new keys which made me late for my show. They ended up giving me a new room. When i came back to my room for the night i ran a bath because the tub was nice, when i got in i noticed there was all kinds of hair floating in the water, so i got out to take a shower instead. The towel hanging on the door had black marks, like makeup marks on the folded inside part as if someone tried to hide it. at this point i started to pay attention to everything, i noticed the toilet paper wasnt new, it had been used already, the toilet seat and the beds didnt look freshly cleaned, it looked like someone just fixed it up after the last person. My view was cool because i could see the Bellagio water show perfect, but the outside of the windows were very dirty. I wish the room had been freshly and thoroughly cleaned, it would've made everything perfect. But i still really enjoyed myself at Planet Hollywood, i will go back. So far Planet Hollywood and Vdara are my favorite places to stay on the Strip. The rooms definitely have a Vegas Style to em. I've stayed at Strat, Paris, and Cosmopolitan,I live here in Vegas and come to the strip for mini vacas.

Stayed January 2022. Check in was quick at the kiosk, there was a staff member there to ask questions. We traveled with another couple and asked if we could have rooms next to each other and they confirmed. Paid for early check in. Rooms were clean. Used the text service and requested more pillows and those were brought within 20 minutes. Great location on the strip.

We went to Vegas for a tournament. The tournament requires you to use their hotels $$$. The prices were atleast double the prices that I could have booked any hotel. They give you a list of hotels to stay in $$$. The Strip is not a great place to stay with youth. Our room had inappropriate pictures for youth. They only have resort parking $$$ They don't educate you on how to use the resort daily rate. $$$. We walk in after using the resort parking $$$. With no surprise we have to walk through a mall to get to the hotel lobby. Asked many people along the way for guidance on how to get to the hotel lobby. I'm sure if we would have used Casino $$$ that would have sparked a brain cell. Once in the Casino we find one nice gentleman who tells me that lobby is on the 1st floor but that particular elevator will only take you to the buffet $$$. After finally making our way with luggage in tow we reach the lobby to have nobody behind the desk but with several self checkin kiosks. Sorry not a great experience. It's all about the $$$

This was my first time in Vegas. These beds were so comfortable. You couldn’t hear anything from the outside. We did upgrade our room when we got to the property which was very easy. Easy access to the strip. Easy pick ups and drop offs for Lyft/Uber as well. I would say that area where you get picked up and dropped off was the only part that was chaotic. As it gets really congested at certain times. Over all I had a very great experience and will stay here again when I go back.

We had a late arrival flight and planned to stay at Planet Hollywood for the first night of our stay only. At checkin we received an incredible rate and upgrade so we immediately booked 2 nights instead. Upon arrival to the room we were pleasantly surprised. The large room, beautiful bathroom, the shower pressure, the comfortable bedding and the great views of the strip were awesome. If we wanted to stay put, we could. Great restaurants inside of Panet Hollywood. The Earl of Sandwich was great for Breakfast and the Miracle Mile Shopping Mall is attached. Great location, great customer service, great food and great rates. Our original plan was to stay in the Paris Hotel (I have a thing for Paris!) Everything was wonderful so we never checked out as planned. We changed rooms to get an Efiel Tower view on my Birthday and to our surprise the upgrade fee once again was waived, we were given the some rate! Planet Hollywood made this trip extremely comfortable, enjoyable and affordable. I thank everyone we came in contact with that had a part in making this a very enjoyable Birthday! We are planning on returning to Planet Hollywood in the very near future! PS: there is no coffee maker in the room but there is a Starbucks in the lobby.
