2.5 possible 3/5 Kinda weird they only gave us 2 pillows. So if you like more then two you definitely need to ask. Picture this, you arrive at your hotel excited for your Vegas vacation and you are met with a line of probably 50 or more couples. Many whom have no idea what’s going on.You’re not sure what’s going on either so you scout it out and discover that there are no person at check in time but check in computer stations. Some were clearly not working, others people were standing in front of one waiting for a person as they had specific needs that the computer couldn’t address. There was no line management people who were waiting for a person were sitting at machines others would go off outside the line and cut in front. Finally a person did eventually emerge from the back and was helping guests. Luckily, we managed to check in successfully after about an hour wait. That initial impression already leaves a sour taste in your mouth as it doesn’t feel personable nor does it excite you to start your vacation We get into our room and so far so good. We use the safe, put our valuables in and go out for dinner. We get back, safe does not work and gives an error message of course no one is in the hotel lobby, we decide to wait until the next day. Thankfully we find someone the next day and they send security to unlock our safe we go back to our hotel lobby as we are on the 6th floor, had a broken safe, the walls are peeling and it just wasn’t what we expected. We made it clear on our reservation that it was our wedding anniversary and it is not an obligation to get a better view or a better room but it speaks volumes of the guest services at PH. We did meet a human this time, but only after waiting in another long line up, one service worker was tucked away in the corner busily helping guests. I felt like finding a guest service worker was like striking gold. elora was extremely kind and understood our worries with the safe and the peeling walls and was given an upgrade to a room with a view of the fountain, we are externally grateful for her specifically for making our trip memorable. The view was lovely. Unfortunately the bathroom walls were peeling as was the bathroom ceiling. If you’re paying money for a room you’re expecting a room in pretty good condition, this room was alright but it does speak volumes when you walk into the bathroom and see a peeling ceiling. Casino floor smells like smoke, I visited every hotel on the strip and no where smelt like planet Hollywood if you are sensitive to scents this would not be a good location for you. I am not basing my review on the smell though as that is something that we chose I just thought I should mention to other people who may be sensitive to scents When checking out, we asked the front desk for masks, we expected maybe the hotel would give free medical masks for travellers but to our amazement she said no. You would think a hotel that caters to travellers may have medical masks on hand for the guests? Kind of wild that they didn’t. The pros of this hotel are as follows: It is on the middle of the strip It is connected to miracle mile shops. When guest service was found they were able to solve some issues. Cons: Guest service was difficult to find when problems arose. Guest service wasn’t very accommodating to guests Check in time was a nightmare Room was in avergae condition, but had noticeable damages Because of these points my score for this hotel would be average 2.5 3/5. Guest service check in time is the highlight on why my review is not higher.

I must admit I wasn't expecting much of this hotel after reading a lot of negative reviews but I couldn't fault it. We arrived on Sunday evening and there was plenty of staff on hand to help with check in. We had a king hip room with views overlooking the pool and the Bellagio hotel/fountain. The room was spacious with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc. I wasn't expecting any room cleaning or fresh towels but had room cleaned and new towels every single day of our 5 night stay. The hotel is very clean and modern with a good selection of bars and food halls and obviously you've got the miracle mile as well. We had a great breakfast in the Planet Hollywood cafe. This hotel is in an excellent location with a bus stop outside and within walking distance of all the major hotels. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We absolutely loved it.

Room was dirty. They never came to clean the room. Even when I asked for clean towels ever day. Resort fee is ridiculous as it’s not worth the mount net. Toilet had poop in the toilet on arrival. Would not stay there again. Better off staying at a higher grade hotel. You will be very happy.

Hotel rooms robbed on last night, Hotel staff and security were not bothered. Security said it will have been door pushers as the doors don’t always lock shut. ( a know problem but don’t tell anyone) . No cctv for the hotel only the casino to stop cheating. Anyone can go up and down in the lifts. Still waiting for report from hotel but not expecting one. 2 hour call to Vegas police and the rest of the day cancelling cards and reporting driving license stolen.

My husband and I stayed in Planet Hollywood August 25, 2022 through August 29, 2022 it was for a family reunion. Our first night stay there somebody came in and took my purse and my husband‘s wallet while we were asleep. Security came up in the morning when we realized what happened check the door we took a video Showing that you could open our hotel room door with no key card or anything you just open it that’s how they got in. Planet Hollywood has done nothing as of today which is September 22, 2020 to compensate us or anything they basically have forgot about us since we left Las Vegas and came home to Florida oh I would not recommend staying at Planet Hollywood because not just did that happen to us the manager told me that a couple of months ago a female guest woke up to a homeless person laying in the bed next to her scary. The police in Vegas truly were no help they wrote a police report I’ve had a little contact with the detective investigating the case but I truly feel Planet Hollywood is responsible for not securing all their door locks for the gas that stay there.

We were in town for a business convention at this location and it was by far the worst the company has ever booked in my 30 years of employment. The problems began right as we attempted to check-in. Unless we wanted to pay $36 a night to valet park, you have to pull your bags through a busy mall. Once you navigate the mall and finally make it to the casino lobby, you aren't able to check in and receive assistance from a human, as they have all been replaced by electronic check-in machines conveniently located in front of where normal check-in stations would have been. In addition, the lines are horribly long since most people have difficulty navigating the electronic check-in process. I know we did, but we were able to finally track down an individual to help. Even though we were required to check in using our Caesar Rewards number, it never was added to our room so we didn't get credit for the stay, which we found out after we attempted to check out 5 days later. Self-parking is $18 a night and if you decide to use valet, one time, like we did, to drop off a bunch of our bags, they charge you for both valet and self-parking, which makes no sense since the car can only be in one place at a time, but if it spends more than four hours in self-parking and four hours in valet, you pay for both to the tune of $54 a night. They only cleaned our room once during our stay and when I say clean, I really mean just made our bed. We even had to request towels and shampoo, lotion, etc. There is also a $ 41-a-night resort fee, which we couldn't understand since we really didn't receive anything for it other than allowing us to connect up to two devices to their slow internet. If you wanted more than two, you would pay $14.99 a night and you couldn't disconnect one and add another once you logged on. As a result, my wife connected her iphone and Iwatch to the internet and we couldn't remove them when I needed to connect my laptop. They had our bill completely messed up the night before we checked out and we were able to get them to correct it, but the next morning, when we attempted to check out on the TV, it was unavailable and when we called the front desk no one would ever answer. We were running late for our flight, so we left without checking out and called back to do so from the airport. We were able to check out, but they couldn't add our rewards card to the reservation unless we were onsight so we didn't even get points for our horrible experience. Bottom line, our advice for our fellow travelers is to avoid this location. Hopefully, this review will help you avoid the pain we endured.

This was the last place I stayed during a 20 day road trip in USA. Room was big, clean, comfortable and lovely to have a bath tub! It was also the only room in about 15 hotels I stayed in with no coffee making facilities which just seemed odd! Booked a hip room, which overlooked the back of the hotel, so no view, but quiet. Self check in worked well, self drive car park is a way from the hotel, and it was a hassle getting out of it as it didn't recognise the fact we had paid on check out. Good position on strip, super smoking casino!

We arrived shortly after 2pm and upon check in we were charged $25 because we were checking in before 3pm. After lunch we tried to go the pool at 5:15 pm and the pool closes at 5pm. Also, we were charged $55 resort fee. Resort fee for what??? This was not a resort. Choose another hotel if you are looking for a resort. Also, our room smelled like cigarette smoke in the morning. Obviously the air freshener wore off. All in all, not a hotel I would recommend.

Check -in was ok. Rooms are ok. I came her for sun @ fun. But when I realized that you need to rent a lawn chair to sit by the pool- yikes. $35.00. I signed up for rewards card- the woman at desk -rude. The Jessica Brooks at security is a doll. Today room was never cleaned. As far as gambling- good luck- craps table last night- fun - dealers- friendly. Today- craps table - the dealer could not be ruder. If your staying here bring your wallet.

Originally chose this property based on the positive ratings however experience was horrible. Arrived at the hotel and the associate at the desk basically refused to help us and 3 other guests ahead of us and basically told us to use the kiosks if we needed any help with check-in. When we tried to check in early we were charged an extra fee of $25 for arriving. The hotel room we reserved online was a "Ultra Hip " room that appeared like it had not been renovated in a long time. In the room there were stains on the floors, a weird stain on the back of the chair, a thermostat that looks like it was installed over 30 years ago, phone with buttons missing, lamp with usb ports missing, rust on the shower head and a horrible view of the rooftop which glowed with neon lights all night long. In addition we reserved a non-smoking room but it seemed like the room was just as smoky as the casinos. Based on poor customer service and horrible state of rooms, I would warn other travellers considering staying at this hotel.
