Stayed for 11 days in Planet Hollywood for my 30th birthday celebration. Overall the experience was good, hotel itself is clean and tidy, a little overwhelming if you’ve never been before, but you soon get used to the hustle and bustle. However check in time took over 45 mins and this was at 10pm on a Monday. The American customer service was good as expected but they do not seem to work very quick. The queue was massive and yet 2 to 3 people on check in desks were slow, short staffed so a management issue but considering the hotel makes a fair bit of profits, I’m unsure why this was. Hotel is massive so expect to get lost finding the lifts when in the casino, we was on the 10th floor, room was hip hop twin queen. Room was clean and tidy, very spacious, bathroom was also large with separate shower and tub. I believe we had a updated room so was nice to have, ac worked well tv was good. A little short on storage but managed to unpack most things. View was decent too, got a pool view overlooking the mountains. Carpets need changing as was a little dated, also was a bit of dust that needing cleaning. Casino was ok, but not as good as other hotels on the strip, it’s a little dark and dated. Very Smokey ! I did complain about the poor air circulation because the smell was the worst out of the hotels. Cannabis was also heavily smelt in the casino in which I was told it’s not allowed inside. The location of this hotel is what makes the hotel worth if you can get a good price, it’s in the middle of the strip located right next to miracle mile. Lots of food options too. Gordon’s burger is situated inside the hotel, be prepared to wait for this. But worth the wait and price. Drinks are overpriced but that’s like that everywhere in hotels Overall I would recommend this hotel, however if the price is not much more for other hotels and like Paris, Cosmopolitan, Caesars, etc I’d pay extra and go elsewhere.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. There is a cricket on the curtains, the room was never cleaned, ran out of toilet paper and nobody answered our request for more. Had to go out and purchase toilet paper. I hope this place burns down

Decent hotel. Room was very clean and large, as was the bathroom. Pool scene crowded and exercise room large but the equipment was pretty basic. Pretty much nothing included. Not even a coffee maker in the room. $50 a day resort fee basically gave you gym, pool and Internet. Housekeeping just decided not to come on our final day, even after multiple calls and despite checking in, our reserved room was given away. If you are going to be out all day/night anyway, a decent base. Not much more. Definitely check out alternatives if you are not getting a very good rate.

Pros - the hotel is in a really good place on the strip, with lots to do and see near by. Cons - Hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade - carpets worn in the casino and corridors. Our room was a good size but the floor lamp did not work with the wire hanging out of the wall. Housekeeping was non existent, we were there for 4 nights but had housekeeping service once during our stay and had to call to request fresh towels. bed linen was not changed during our stay. Staff were friendly in the cafe and good service there. However, would probably not stay here again.

I paid in advance for a king bed fountain view but after the kiosk check in failed for the fifth trip in a row, I am told that they only have queen beds despite me booking 2 months in advance and at no time being told no king bed availability but they will comp me a single night resort fee. How very considerate to comp me $50 for not proviniding what I booked and not having your express check in functioning . The I get to a room and find out that the water will be out from 1 AM to 5 AM. Of curse last time I was at this hotel in 2022 , there was an unannounced water outage for multiple hours during the day. I have tried to give this place a chance as the staff is wonderful and the central location great but the overall management of the site and general kack of respect of the customer management is pathetic. The staff is the bright spot and the o really cleanliness is good but they do not deliver on what is booked and there are serious infrastructure issues with the hotel

Everyone is really nice, the rooms are remodeled, and the casino games are all up to date. We arrived super early from the airport so we checked our bags at the front and went to hang out until check in. Then when we were able to check in they delivered our bags to us. And this was all for free!! Of course, they appreciate tips. Check in is at 4, but for 25 bucks we were able to check in at 11. Well worth the cost. Connected to the Miracle Mile shops so there is so much to do without even leaving the hotel! Our only complaint is that we booked a smoking room and were not told they went non-smoking. We would have booked elsewhere had we been told they changed their policy.

The hotel/casino was decent as always. The only complaint this trip was at the pool. We enjoy the pool, but the DJs don't seem to understand Decibles, and ear damage. People were plugging they're ears, and leaving. They need a decibel meter out there in the pool area across the pool in view for the DJ to know how loud they are . The DJ should be ambient as to allow for good time, but still able to talk to someone without screaming. ( I play in a rock band , and am not like a whiney Karen here ) it was a bit ear piercing and out of control. I'm not one to complain usually but we paid many hundreds to cabana up , and try to enjoy some sun, but it was too much . So until this is rectified as professionals, we will be at different pools . Thanks

I have been to Las Vegas several times. This was my first time staying at Planet Hollywood. The room was very spacious, and it had a refrigerator. There are many hotels in Vegas without a refrigerator. The view of the Las Vegas Strip was nice to see at night. There were so many places to eat and you can shop at The Miracle Mile Shops. The check- in and check-out was very easy, and they had plenty of staff so the line was never long. The burger at Gordan Ramsey Burgers were really good. The wheel of Fortune casino game was fun to play. I lost $11.00, but my niece won like $63.00. We are not real gamblers. It's all about fun times and making memories. If you like to walk around instead of taking a LYFT or UBER the hotel is located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. You have to visit the pool area which is really nice and has lots of seating. The area has sun on one side and nice shade on the other. I do recommend staying at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas for great service and convenience.

It has amazing location right in center of Strip of Vegas - easy accessible to North or South with lots of attraction surrounding including lots of food options. Our room was facing Fountain of Bellagio - which was added attraction to our residence.

I’d give this place 3.5stars. Wouldn’t let us check in early without a fee, wouldn’t even start the check in process until 4pm, ended up using the machines - which were a pain and our room still wasn’t ready til 430pm, we’d arrived in Vegas at 10am. Requested daily housekeeping, they never came. Had to call daily for towels. The room was alright, could tell either artwork or mirrors were missing from the room. Only one hook to hang towels in the bathroom. Didn’t care for Miracle Mile too much. Tbh didn’t spend much time at the hotel, for the price it wasn’t bad, but there’s better.
