We got an early check in and we upgraded our room. Very happy with our view and the room. We ate the Cafe Hollywood (X4) and Gordan Ramsey's place and didn't have much of a wait but after leaving the line doubled. Both were very good. The pool area was a little stark but the bartender was very friendly. What we didn't like was the lack of housekeeping. Our room was not made up. Housekeeping was across the hall and I asked nicely if someone would make up our room. She said I'll contact my supervisor 2 hrs later it still wasn't made up. I asked if someone waould empty my trash and have 2 new bath towels. She said put you cans outside the room and they will be emptied. The new night the something happened. 7:00pm and our room wasn't toughed. I called housekeeping on the phone and at 9:00 they arrived. She did do a thorough job and left. I walked down to the front and asked why my room wasn't made up and she immediately said I must have had my do not disturb sign on the door. I told her I didn't then she said I have to contact housekeeping if I want my room cleaned. I asked I was never told I had to do that, I never contacted anyone to clean my room in over 40 yrs. She said well this is the post pandemic and things changed. What a smartass remark. I will never return to Planet Hotel.

We stayed at Planet Hollywood hotel for five nights in September 2023. During that time we saw plenty housekeeping carts in the corridor but not once did anyone actually service the room. No tea or coffee making facilities provided, no fresh linen or towels for a week and an empty mini-fridge chugging away merrily (why?) I really expected more for the price paid. Even at checkout the receptionist just took the card key and promptly turned her back to me and walked into the 'back office'. Location was a plus, but the overall experience was one of disappointment.

I was very disappointed with the lack of service received. I didn't receive daily room service and called multiple days for service. I called several days and asked for a manager to call me so I could express my dissatisfaction, and never received a call from a manager. To pay this type of daily room fee and not receive room service, soap, bath gel, shampoo, etc. I feel is robbery! Not to have a manager return my call is disrespectful to me as a customer. I had a front desk person say they had alot of people in the rooms is why I didn't receive service. Another person said I had to call and request service. Nothing reason consistently communicated. I will be staying at a different hotel on my next visit to Las Vegas!

Just returned from a 9 night stay at Planet Hollywood. Overall it was great! Our room had a beautiful view of the fountains (think it was a resort room) which was amazing! The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. It was great having a fridge to use in the room. Our room was cleaned several times during our stay and clean towels were provided. One day we did need to ask for towels but they were provided right away. We could hear loud music coming from the pool area which did start quite early in the morning, but it didn’t bother us. This could maybe be an issue if you’re trying to sleep longer though. The hotel itself is in the perfect location being in the centre of the strip. The casino has lots of slots and tables available. The Earl of Sandwich on the casino floor is a must try! The Miracle Mile shops attached have cheap places to eat and drink which is good. Great selection of shops too, including an ABC store which is ideal for water, drinks, snacks etc. We never used the pool area as it was too hot and there were not enough shaded areas/umbrellas to sit out. The pool area did look nice though. Overall, we had a great stay and we would stay here again.

We arrived late at night and were given the keys for an occupied room. Scared the crap out of someone trying to get into the room at midnight. Had to call 7 times for a blanket. Lied to that the blankets were coming on multiple occasions. Dropped an ear ring and went to get it behind the tv stand and the garbage poured out. Not one or two things but could have filled a trash bag. This hotel is a disaster and no one cares. Choose someplace else

Staff on the front desk are still wearing ridiculous face masks, I am hearing impaired and I read lips, they would not accommodate to any alternatives and the one that was not wearing a mask suddenly returned with one after I requested help.

The room was spacious and clean. I happened to be right next to an elevator and that was quite loud. The casino floor was under construction in some areas making navigation difficult. My only real complaint was a dealer by the name or Martha, who was a real bit.. of a grumpy old lady. It's disappointing that one employee can dampen our experience, but she did. The eating options were wonderful and the location was good.

No housekeeping the entire 5 days we stayed… Pool was freezing and you had to pay to use the seats/cabanas Wifi only extended to 2 devices, not really an option for a family unless you want to pay $15 a day. used breast milk left in the fridge from previous guests… Never again

We stayed at Planet Hollywood for two nights. The rooms are large, nice, and have good amenities. The huge soaking tub is wonderful. It's a great location to reach everything on the Strip. We will stay there again.

As we are from the Caribbean Islands, customer service and expiwrence 6 important, and at Planet Holly wood , we disnt started our trip well. We were provided the wrong room and could only receive our new room the next day. The front desk assistance (Korean/ Indonesia) who was on the floor assisting gave us great advice on the new room, and to our suprise, we had the Las Vegas strip view! We had no issues with our room. It was clean and had all the essentials needed. I did notice that there were not enough 6 it didn't have any impact on our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect!!! It was in the middle of the Strip (next to Paris Aria and Cosmopolitan hotel) I love this hotel and I would definitely visit again
