Everything was fine except they did not tell us about the free shuttle and the room was advertised at $47.00 and by the time they added everything up it came to $100.00. We had a 2 queen room for 3 people and was charged for 1 extra person. I have never seen this before, and we have been traveling for... More

Awesome stay!!! Didn't even have to leave the hotel. Bowling, movies, slots and drinks!! Good price for the breakfast and seafood buffets. Plenty of things to do under one roof. Will bring my kids next time.

I read all sorts of reviews about unfriendly staff and crappy rooms, but I have to say, I stay there several days in September and found not only the staff to be friendly and helpful but the rooms were not bad either. It is a value place, meaning you won't spend $200 per night but you are not getting a... More

I'm sorry to say that I'm writing an unfavorable review. As a handicap person, it was very difficult to get to the elevators because they have two heavy security doors that you unlock with your room key, and someone else had to open the doors for me. If there had been an emergency, I would have been stuck. Most hotels... More

We go to Vegas at minimum once per year. We always make a stop out to SamsTown because it is a fun place to visit if you have a rental car. We decided to stay our first night here of the 6 nights we will be in Vegas. It was a nice room. We upgraded to a view of the... More

We didn't stay at the hotel as we were staying at the adjoining RV KOA resort across the street but, we certainly entertained ourselves in the gaming area hunched over the "one arm bandits " for hours of joy, disappointment, cussing, but never giving up. Our foolish perseverance paid off big time. The Wheel Of Fortune 25 cent machine gave... More

A bit kitchy and western themed, but a good place to stay. If you get a room facing the atrium, the shows at 6, 8, and 10pm can get a little loud. The rooms are comfortable. Ours had a safe and fridge. The room doesn't have many available electrical outlets for cell phone charging, laptop computers, etc. The complementary wi-fi... More

My kids and I stayed here from September 7th-10th. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Sam's Town is like a small city all in itself. The buffet is really good and is offered at a good price if you have a player's card. The pool was clean and it wasn't busy which... More
