We have stayed at this property off and on for a number of years but not within the last four or five. From when you arrive, you would never know you are in Vegas. Despite being separately within the Mandalay Bay, you would never really know it. The hotel is quiet and inviting with a wonderful staff, always a smile, always willing to help. Lobby, restaurant, bar and pool on the ground floor and rooms on the 35th-39th floors with a separate elevator from the Mandalay Bay, though there is a casino stop choice on the elevator. Very comfortable room with a view of the Strip, very good breakfasts in the restaurant, small pool with plenty of staff but a shortage of shade for those of us who can no longer be out in the sun. You can also use the giant Mandalay Bay water complex (way too crowded and hectic). Never disappoints!…
Realy excellent hotel and staff is exceptional. The conceirge helps all the time through their app text messages, scheduling evyrthing you could wnat including limos and rides. Really clean, food isbgreat. You get all the benefits of being at Mandalay Bay (its in the same building), but when you enter the Four Seasons area its quiet and peacefull. Like a portal from Las Vegas to a quiet peaceful place, and when you are ready Vegas is just outside a door on the casino level. My kids love the wave pool and also the Four Sesons pool because the food and staff are great. Wish i was there now. Expensive, but you get what you pay for!
My husband and I don't normally spend as much as we did for our hotel stays in Vegas, but this visit was special because we were getting married. Upon arriving, there was no line, no waiting. We were greeted by the front desk attendants with professionalism and courtesy. They congratulated us and gave us complementary champagne, chocolates, and asked us how they could help. We walked up to our lovely room that had such a beautiful view of the strip. It was really clean. We especially liked the crisp white linens that were extra soft (no stains or foul smell whatsoever). The bathroom had a shower, a tub, and the toilet was in a separate room inside the bathroom with it's own door so that the smells would be trapped in there and also the user had privacy. Everything was clean and we loved how the hotel used l'occitane en provence soaps, shampoos, and lotions. The conditioner and shampoo made my hair extras soft and supple. They are imported from France and are a really high grade quality. Everyone from the door attendants, to the parking valet, the bell hop, the maids, and the front desk attendants were extremely helpful and courteous. They really did all that was in their power to make our stay super comfortable and pleasant. We extended our check out time to 2pm and was able to use the pool prior to leaving which was excellent. The pool side attendants were also really wonderful. They provided fresh towels, cold water, and put up an umbrella by our lounge chairs. We loved using the athletic work out room, the treadmills, stair climbers, and weights. In short, we really loved our stay, and though expensive, it was worth every penny. Thank you Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. We will forever have you in our hearts and remember you fondly as we reminisce about our Vegas wedding.…
My wife and I love this hotel second time we stayed here but this time two major disappointments. if you bring your dog you will be frustrated for there is nowhere to walk your pet they have a small I would say 10‘ x 4‘ artificial patch of grass in the driveway at the hotel where cars enter the front entrance you must keep your dog on a leash !not only that ! our dog has white paws after she’s finished walking on the small patch of artificial grass Her pawsturn absolutely black! Second disappointment I would not recommend staying here first three weeks of July unless you are a NBA basketball fan! There were three NBA basketball team staying at the hotel with their managers and trainers the hotel elevator is always crowded everybody hangs out in the lobby and absolutely forget about using the fitness center it was packed all times of the day! That being said it really is probably the nicest hotel on the strip and we’ve stayed at many others over the years. The concierge‘s go above and beyond for you everyone is friendly and the pool area is absolutely awesome very quiet and relaxing!…
Our family of four stayed at the Four Seasons during our first trip to Las Vegas. The overall feeling was serene and quiet - a contrast to the fast-paced vibe in the rest of the city! We enjoyed exploring the excitement outside the hotel and then returning to a peacful environment. Kathryne the concierge secured restaurant reservations at a sold out venue while Tony at the pool took great care of us every afternoon. Dahan ensured that our breakfasts and dinner at the Veranda Restaurant were top notch and sent lovely chocolate covered strawberries to welcome us upon arrival. The room was immaculate and spacious with a gorgeous view of the valley. We enjoyed the soothing eucalyptus scent of the spa as well as the Peloton bikes in the fitness center. The location close to the two shows we attended was very convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a respite amidst the hustle and bustle of LV!…
Ironically, this is both the best hotel in Vegas and the “worst” of all the Four Seasons properties — but that says more about Vegas than it does the hotel! We had a great time and really appreciated the quiet nature of this hotel, which is a segment of the Mandalay Bay building but largely separate from the buzz of the casino and crowded Vegas atmosphere. It was great to have access to both the small/private Four Seasons pool and the large Mandalay Beach. The rooms themselves were not as distinctive or luxurious as the typical Four Seasons, but the service was top-notch. Perfect for a quieter version of Vegas while still conveniently located on The Strip.
It just doesn’t get better in Vegas if you’re looking to chill without the noise. If it was adults only- I would give 10 stars. Check in with Jason was seamless on a very busy Saturday afternoon & they accommodated an early checkin. This is our 4th stay and have tried many others- Belllagio, Venetian, Cosmopolitan- nothing compares. We will always come back because of the staff. Professional & accommodating. You get what you pay for. The pool staff was on point. Special shout out to Tito. We also LOVED Pablo at Fluer & our amazing dinner at noodles. We are thrilled we upgraded to strip view, totally worth it. My only suggestion is to step up the frozen treats. They used to do it every hour & it was the highlight of a pool day. There’s no place else I would stay in Vegas!!!well done staff & management. We are already booking our next stat. Thank you, f…
I've stayed at many Four Seasons properties around the world. I've finally found it. The worst Four Seasons in the entire chain. Let's start with the staff. They are smug, not service-oriented, and could care less about your well-being. They act like they have no competition on the strip, and your business is simply unimportant to them. Cost cutting is rampant at this property, from the slim pickings food choices (they closed the nice steakhouse and the room service menu is modest at best), generally slow service, to them appearing to add water to L'Occitane products in the spa (seriously check out the liquidy conditioner). The beds are mushy and soft (not sure if they are using the normal Four Seasons mattresses) and will absolutely cause back pain unless that's your vibe. And it was expensive. You can stay at Waldorf, Bellagio, or any other 5-star place on the strip for less than the Four Seasons. This property is Four Seasons in name only. Avoid at all costs.…
We had a wonderful experience, enjoyed the pool, restaurant, and access to the water park next door for the kids. The room was spacious with beautiful long views of the desert. Beds were clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Looking forward to a return visit.
My new favorite hotel in Las Vegas! Took a family trip here for the Fourth of July, it was amazing! The hotel is immaculate! Understated elegance. Very “non-Vegas”! Booked a spacious one room king suite. It had 1.5 bathrooms, a wonderful convenience to have a half-bathroom! The pool service was extremely attentive- they gave my son “extra” amenities whenever he asked. The pool was lively but you could always find a place to sit. Loved the DJ on Saturday! If you want a larger pool with more activities you can go to Mandalay pool next door. The app makes service seamless. I would text a request and get a response in moments. Also was able to text to request times for housekeeping each day - very convenient! Food was delicious. We mainly ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel and went off property for dinner. Do the Sunday brunch! Worth the splurge! The concierge helped me plan activities for my son - all I had to say was I wanted things to do that would burn energy of an 11 year old boy! We will definitely return!…
