The Four Seasons has pros and cons. The pros The rooms are very comfortable and the beds outstanding. Best sleep we have ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel has it's own pool and has access to the 5 pools at Mandalay Bay. The Four Seasons pool is smaller but never had a problem getting a chair and the service was quite good. Frozen drinks were very good and the pool is quite. The cons were the distance from the main strip. You either needed a car or take a cab way to far to walk. Felt like we weren't even in Las Vegas You can gamble in Mandalay Bay, since the Four Seasons doesn't have a casino. Next time will stay either Bellagio, Pallazo or Encore in the middle of the action.

We stayed from 13 Nov – 15 Nov and I’ve been meaning to post this review because I thoroughly enjoyed the high level of personal service. Every single employee I encountered was an absolute pleasure, from check-in to check-out. Jazzy answered the phone and she always knew how to handle my request, even anticipating my next question. For example, I would ask for turndown service and she would ask what time we were leaving the room. Eileen at Press was a delight, even offering us a glass of champagne for our anniversary. Dejan Todorovic checked on us at breakfast each morning. And the concierge, Marama Nengel, was simply the best. She was exactly how a concierge in a 5-star hotel should be. It’s a forgotten art, and it was so refreshing to interact with a professional concierge for a change. I had given up based on my experience at other hotels. The next time we return to Las Vegas, we will be sure to stay at the Four Seasons.

Pros: Very nice staff. Good gym. Fantastic views. Very nice, aesthetically pleasing public areas. No crazy casino atmosphere. Cons: They need to fix the air-conditioning problem; you need to keep the AC at 65° and on high fan setting in order for the room to be cool and it’s a little bit noisy under those settings for sleep. Engineering came up twice to to try and remedy to no avail. I spoke with another guest who was encountering the same thing in his room, so it wasn’t just mine. Bed linens did not have that smooth, cool feel to them and the mattress was mediocre. No water at all to be found in the room!?? Junky Keurig coffee machine. The rooms are underwhelming; I’ve had better rooms at the Mandalay Bay itself and also at the Cosmopolitan recently. I’ve had fantastic stays at other Four Seasons properties recently that I would return to however this one I would not. Not a bad choice, but I think there are better options in Las Vegas.

The attention and service start to finish was phenomenal. Upon arrival, our contact - Amanda, had champagne brought to the room with macaroons. The patience and the recommendations of the Concierge team of Patricia, Carolynn, Arturo and Cryil were top notch. Patricia routinely forwarded ideas and suggestions while revising plans as needed. The views from the strip-facing room were wonderful. Beyond the stellar service, the resort is quiet, which is a nice break from other resorts. This offers a secluded experience. Wonderful staff, attentive service with fabulous views and food translate to an unforgettable experience.

From the beginning as you pull up to their front door, your car door is opened and greeted by staff members. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. The breakfast buffet needs to be reserved in advance, it gets filled up quickly. The salmon is smoked, bagels are freshly made, yogurt parfait is topped with fresh berries, granola, and mango sauce, freshly made pastries, omelet station made to order, and a hot plate with fluffy scrambled eggs, scrambled egg whites, homemade sausage, bacon, homemade french toast with homemade chunky berry sauce. I'm sure I missed a few other food items but, anyway everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel is quiet with no casinos and family friendly with a children's game room and pool. Excellent get away for relaxation.
