This hotel had the smoothest and fastest check-in I've ever experienced at a 5 star hotel in Las Vegas, and the spring water they provided during the process was most appreciated. The rooms did not disappoint and some of the touches in our room were terrific: * The Bose speaker was easy to connect to. * The sound machine was something I wish every 4+ star hotel provided. * Putting the robes in the bathroom instead of the closet was a nice touch - no darting out in the cold outside the bathroom because you forgot to grab the robe before you started to bath was so nice. * Having the ice bucket filled during the evening turndown service is truly the way to my heart. We arrived on Thanksgiving eve and so had Thanksgiving at the hotel's restaurant -Veranda. The best way I can describe it is adequate. One thing I must say though, the mini-loaf of pumpkin bread they brought us as a take away at the end of the meal was absolutely delightful. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. My only criticism is really minor - our travel agent alerted the hotel that we were there to celebrate my birthday. She shared with us the email indicating that they planned to deliver a birthday cake to our room during our stay, but that actually never happened. I realize it's rather silly to fault the hotel for not providing something you wouldn't really expect AND I hadn't actually requested anyway, but it was a disappointment just the same. Would I stay here again? Yes I would! Would I have a holiday meal here again? No, there are just too many really good restaurants in Las Vegas.

Hotel's Favorite
We have stayed at this property off and on for a number of years but not within the last four or five. From when you arrive, you would never know you are in Vegas. Despite being separately within the Mandalay Bay, you would never really know it. The hotel is quiet and inviting with a wonderful staff, always a smile, always willing to help. Lobby, restaurant, bar and pool on the ground floor and rooms on the 35th-39th floors with a separate elevator from the Mandalay Bay, though there is a casino stop choice on the elevator. Very comfortable room with a view of the Strip, very good breakfasts in the restaurant, small pool with plenty of staff but a shortage of shade for those of us who can no longer be out in the sun. You can also use the giant Mandalay Bay water complex (way too crowded and hectic). Never disappoints!

Rooms are dated. Nothing special at all about this hotel and a stain on 4 Seasons name. Uber and Lyft drivers have no idea how to find you on pick ups addi g 10-15 minutes to most trips. Also very hard to get to monorail. Good news is there is a giid place to get breakfast, across the street!

Everything was great! The hotel atmosphere, all the staff were perfect, no smoking allowed at the hotel and no casino was a perfect hotel stay for us, the room was well equipped and we give it an A+ for the view of the Strip! Felt very safe and it was at the end of the strip so a very quiet stay too but close enough by Taxi to all we wanted to experience! Loved everything about this hotel will return to this hotel in the future!

We live in Utah, when I travel to Las Vegas, once or twice a year, I am picky. At 67 years, an academic executive for the last 10 years of a research academic career, now in private practice and engaged in my own personal scholarship, I guess I can afford to be picky. Because when younger, I couldn’t afford to be. So. now, I choose carefully with cost as a minor factor. I generally stay at the Four Seasons. It’s simply the best Hotel brand in this town. Stands apart. The Wynn is nice, but you are confronted with casino everywhere. Trump Hotel is worthless, really. Caesar’s well located, but too used. This goes for others, Mandaly Bay, Bellagio etc. Botique hotels, Nomad - even the upscale options, disappointing. I’ve tried them all. Crowds everywhere. Service spotty at best. And I could go on with my comparisons. Honestly, I am picky. But, the Four Seasons is as good as it gets here, yes, there are small things. Chat line is a little slow at times. But, nothing is perfect, nor will it ever be. If you want a nice, relaxing stay in this town at a cost, of course, Four Seasons is really the only option.

We had a lovely weekend stay at the Four Seasons Las Vegas. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. Sitting around the fire pit, drinking delicious drinks, and eating s'mores was one of the highlights of our trip. It was such a relaxing trip.

We stayed for a birthday celebration and loved the peaceful respite from the strip in this no gaming no smoking hotel. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Everything was so well done, tasteful and relaxing.

The conditions of my room were far from satisfactory. The bathroom had issues, with a clogged shower drain that resulted in a complete flood. This does not align with the standard of excellence I associate with the Four Seasons brand. Although the maintenance team was notified and attempted to resolve the issue, the solution was only temporary, and the problem recurred. // When making the reservation, we were informed that we could request an upgrade, subject to availability. However, upon arrival, we were assigned what I can only describe as the worst room in the hotel, located at the end of the corridor and in unsatisfactory conditions. Furthermore, the corridor was untidy, with trash on the floor and an unpleasant odor. This deviated from the quality standard I associate with Four Seasons. We requested a new room, but we have not received a response to this request during our stay. // In the reservation, it was stated that breakfast was included and that we had a credit of up to USD 300 for expenses at the hotel. However, at check-in, we were informed that the credit was only USD 90 for breakfast, and the total value for hotel expenses was USD 100. This lack of clarity and conflicting information made the experience even more frustrating.
