I've stayed at better hotels, I mean for the price of $130 a night and $32 a night resort fee and $15 a night..for a whopping $177 a night , I could've gotten a hotel on the strip, that had elevators that worked. The people were great, but it's not worth the money on my opinion. Thank god I know...

We stayed here November 23rd and 24th. Check in was super easy and we were able to get right in our room. What a room...600 sq ft and we looked at the mountains. The room was nice. The bed was amazing, it was so comfortable. The bathroom had a sink and make up area and then another sink with the...

This hotel is dark, and smells like an ashtray. Worse, when they took my reservation , they failed to inform me of a $16.80 "Call Center Processing Fee" - they CHARGE ME for making a reservation??? AND WORSE, they also failed to inform me of their $32.48 "Resort Fee", which added $129.92 to my bill. The hotel had only ONE...

We left our free rooms at The Silverton due to bad hotel customer service, loud unadvertised remodeling and no open restaurants without any warning. We moved to the RIO becuase they had great rates for the time of year and the nice suites. Our suite on the 21st floor was showing it's age but not too bad. Rio/Ceasers Entertainment staff...

From check in to check out the employees were gracious and helpful. Kudos! Our double queen upgrade was excellent. The maid service was very good. The elevators broke constantly during our visit creating long lines to get to the room or down again. The facility is a bit worn, however, the employees made up for the facility issues. Our view...

Normally, we enjoy our stay at the Rio, however, this trip was sub par. *There was duct tape to tape down the carpet in our room going into the bathroom. *The shower door was broken and difficult to slide *The water was warm when we took our shower.

The check-in process was chaotic at best. I called ahead of time to confirm a late arrival. Upon arriving at 1:00 AM, the lobby was mass of people, all struggling in some way with the automated check-in process. When I was finally able to access an automated check-in kiosk, the outcome was "Your room is not yet ready. How would...

We chose the Rio because of the pricing. I was a little worried, because I had read several bad reviews. When we checked in there was no line and the employees were so pleasant. They did offer us an upgrade, and explained the room we had and the difference between it and the upgrades. We upgraded, and had an awesome...
