We stayed at this Hotel in 2018, we were upgraded at check in to an amazing suite with a stunning view. The hotel is a little off strip but still in walking distance of everything. I truly enjoyed the staff & and ambience of this hotel. It was an excellent choice. We will be back!
He kept my money after I did not want to stay there due to his dilapidated condo. Bodily fluids on rundown furniture. Completely filthy inside and outside on balcony. Missing handles from outside to be able to get back inside. Several different people had keys/access. Dirty laundry in bags still through out condo and kitchen appliances had foul order. It was unsanitary and unsafe to stay there. Floor plugs were sticking up and out of floor causing potential trip and fall or potential electrical shock. Be weary of renting from this property at all as this owner said he has several rooms there.
It was the worst experience I've ever had at the Palms!!! My advice would be to SHUT IT DOWN! Your hotel is NOT up to standard. Your hotel is FILTHY! Your Hotel Service is not even up to Motel 6 standards! I've stayed at the Palms Resort several times and NEVER could I have imagined this beautiful Hotel would turn into a dump.....especially during COVID! 1. No room service (no food, but overpriced liquor is available) No even a pack of freakin crackers) 2. No customer Service - (1 person at front desk, line out the door) 3. No housekeeping (WTF! No clean sheets, no clean towels. So due to COVID you can't even leave it for me daily...not even in a bag, at the door, thrown in the room, left at a pickup station, nothing! TRIFLIN!) 4. My room was filthy (Tub with visible dirt ring, clean sheets to cover a dirty stained duvet comforter, hair in bedding, seating (bar stool) stained with what looked like blood, residue of something on countertop, dust EVERYWHERE! 5. Room amenities broken (hair dryer BROKEN, makeup led mirror BROKEN 6. "Resort services" Pool available NO FOOD but all the alcohol your liver can stand! So you're telling me due to COVID you can't have food but you can serve liquor???? Ridiculous!! oh and no you can't bring outside food cause Palms needs you super drunk to not recognize that they haven't cleaned or sanitized a darn thing since MARCH! 7. No bell service, No luggage carts - Of course.....Due to COVID you can't simply sanitize carts for guest after each use?? So due to COVID, bell service, valet, room service, housekeeping, customer service, concierge, cleanliness, IS ALL UNAVAILABLE! Is COVID also the reason you also can't notify guest BEFORE arrival the your service is crappy too? COVID broke your computers and your fingers so you can't send emails to arriving guest? But......luckily COVID didn't mess with your payment processing system!! Dang COVID even let your company charge me $88 for a resort fee? I just want to know for WHAT resort, cause I was at a freaking SUPER 8! SHUT IT THE HECK DOWN PALMS!!…
Though this is not a new hotel, it appears as new. We rented a condo 18th floor, room 306 through Airbnb and it was spectacular! It was furnished beautifully and the beds were quite comfortable...it was exactly we advertised. But be aware, because of COVID-19 there are no bellmen and the drive through to the registration area was blocked. Also there is an ice maker in the small fridge but we could not get it to work and the hotel has no ice, so buy ice before you check in. But don’t let the Covid problems stop you. This is a great place to stay...with free parking and an easy walkway access to the Palms casino. I would absolutely stay again.
Some of the room amenities are a little outdated, but the view and balcony make up for all of it! Great staff, very clean, and a very memorable experience every time. We will be back! Can't wait for our next trip!
