Palms Place Hotel and Spa boasts a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with guests often praising the friendly staff and the hotel's tranquil ambiance. The rooms receive mixed reviews, with some visitors enjoying the cleanliness and space, complemented by striking views, while others note discrepancies and cleanliness issues. Its location is celebrated for combining proximity to Vegas highlights with a sense of retreat. Service is generally admired, thanks to notable staff members like Marites and Joseph, though not without some inconsistency. However, concerns are raised about the value, citing unexpected charges and expensive amenities, despite the overall appreciation for the hotel's facilities.

I was greeted very nicely by a lady named ruthie on a friday morning. She was very fast and explained the rates thoroughly. I would highly recommend coming in for a small vacation or a one night to get away. There are no other options for this bang for your buck!

I could not say enough great things about our stay. When we arrived we were greeted by Marites and immediately felt welcomed. She recommended many attractions, restaurants and must do places. She definitely set the tone for a fabulous stay! We arrived earlier than our check in time but were able to be accommodated and got right into our room. We stayed on the 52nd floor annd our room was clean and beautiful. Our view was amazing. The buffet was delicious with a great variety of food. Every staff member we encountered from front desk to maintenance emptying trash on the way to the casino was friendly and always said hello. Being close enough to everything and yet far enough from the loud night life of the strip was great! If we ever come back to Vegas this is where we will stay again! Thank you for a great visit.

Stayed this last week at the Plams Place Hotel for the second time! I love it. Did valet for thr first time and it was an extremely good experience. Erick, Tom & Ricky took great care of my Rolls Royce and Bentley Supercars. Was worried about valet handling them. These guys were excellent and I felt at ease the whole time. Top notch 5 star VIP service!!! Tip them well, they deserve it!! I'll be back soon!

I loved my hotel! Plenty of activities in the hotel to keep busy! Staff was super friendly! Close to the the strip as well! Dispensaries literally right across the street! It was on the bus line you can ride route 202 which ran maybe every 30 minutes back and forth to strip for I think $2! Will be back!

I have been traveling to Vegas for the last 10 years and I always stay at the Palms Place… it is located off the strip on Flamingo which I like, because I don’t like staying on the strip - it’s too congested, and it’s too difficult to get in and out of the properties. When I go to the Palms, I am always greeted by the valet team, which always address me by my name , welcome me to the property and take excellent care of me and my vehicle. ONE of the longtime employees, Erick , has been helping me for years. He is so professional and pleasant and makes me feel very comfortable and my car I feel is very secure. The entire entire valet team is so professional. I hope that you can acknowledge them when you go to the Palms. The rooms are very clean and the strip view is very exciting to be able to look out every day and in the evening it’s a stunning view. I enjoy walking over to the casino in the evening and having a nice meal as well.

Great place to be while in Vegas, location was great, not to far from everything, but not to close for more relaxation, elegant suites and great views. Joseph G. At check in was very helpful and professional. Gave us an upgrade we saw fireworks like kings. Thank you staff for a great stay. Definitely would come back. Andrey.

Rooms 15320-15322 Let’s start at the beginning where my family and I decided to go to Palms Place early to see if our rooms would be ready a little earlier than the 3 pm actual check-in time. We got there at 10 am and asked the lady at the front desk for early check-in. This isn’t our first go around with Vegas suites and penthouses so we know normally rooms are not always ready by 3 pm and this was fine for us in the beginning. To our surprise though the lady at the front desk said our room should be ready within 30 mins to an hour. We left again for a bit to get some things and have our son, diagnosed with Autism play and exert some energy since he was in the car most of the day. We came back around 2 hrs later (lunch time) and was told our room are not ready but apparently the lady at the desk said she would put a rush order as well. Mind you each time we checked on the status of our room you had to go back in line which was a long one each and EVERY time. Came back after lunch to check on our rooms around 2 pm and they still said it was not ready (okay it’s still not 3 pm so I was still okay at this point) and we decided naively that it’s probably not that long from here, right? We stayed in the lobby for another hour and a half or so. The weird part is we started seeing other people who had come after us getting their rooms as soon as they went to the front desk. So we left AGAIN and didn’t come back until 6:30 pm, got back in that long line of people “checking-in” to see what the status of our room was. To no surprise they said the room was still not ready. My husband was not happy to hear, “I’m sorry and I don’t know when it will be ready,” for the 10th million time. My husband told the front desk this is not okay and how negligent the staff is here for not being prepared. At this point our Autistic son was also not happy with being made to wait all day for a room and it’s not like they didn’t know we asked at 10 am. We said we would wait at the desk until they found out instead of this indefinite answer they were giving us. We asked for the manager who was already at the desk and she even confirmed that a rush order was done at 12 pm but again didn’t know what happened. So it wasn’t just us who were upset while waiting for a room we thought may not ever be ready - another gentlemen in the lobby had the same concerns as us. Before you know it, security is standing 5 ft from me which is hilarious because it really shows me the nerve of this place and how you guys feel about brown people. Trust me, I could’ve gotten rowdier with the level of disrespect I saw from this place and demonstrated restraint. We finally get into our room - it only took getting upset to make it happen. I thought this room is worth the wait right? NOPE. Looks like they weren’t kidding when they said it wasn’t clean because it really was not. The master toilet had yellow stains around it on the floor. One of the doors had collected dust like none other. The thermostats were temperamental and you could never figure out what kind of temp you would get. The balcony doors had no locks on one of them so our son could’ve easily went out on his own and fallen from the 15th floor if we didn’t just block the balcony door with our things. The lights or should I say lack of lights as well as lack of CABLE on the TV. Some staff person even called my parents room to say we had a check at the front desk waiting for us which were like no way…so when my husband called to ask about it (3 different times) he got 3 different answers - what are you talking about? The manger wants to talk to you. Or our phones are broken. Oh and did I mention the WiFi was also not working. Also bring your own toilet paper and towels. They will send it you…for a delivery fee. They advertise a washer and dryer that don’t even work.

1) Booked a Strip View Studio, was given a Mountain View. 2) Room was dated and mattress old and spongy. 3) Dog food Kibble found in closet. 4) No maid service was provided for entire stay. I was told I had booked a private condo with no service. This was not noted in reservation. 5) Laguna restaurant dark on Monday & Tuesday and never open for breakfast. No breakfast room service either. 6) Only coffee in the room decaf. I requested regular and was told it would be sent up by front desk. Regular coffee never delivered. 7) Spent 10 minutes checking out on screen only to get error message at the end. Called front desk to finish check out, no one answered. Downstairs on my way out at front desk, 2 employees chatting to each other said the phone didn't ring. 8) Overall vibe horrible, will never stay here again. Too bad, this used to be a great property when it first opened 10 years ago.
